Anytime you are travelling, don't use black leather bag or you should avoid leather because they always have problem to scan it therefore they sometime break it and physically check what is inside,in some cases, they steal things or it get broken, lost,in rear cases forgot to return the bag,so i will advice you guys to always use something like fabric bag or soft leather bag, they always break my bag anytime i use leather though i have never lost anything
Break your bag like tear it? Or they just zip it open

Bros, if you are a frequent flyer, you will know the Nigerian market is a big one internationally.

Emirates flies twice a day from Lagos, and also flies from Abuja. Is it pancake they are carrying?

On all trips, the fullest legs are the Lagos legs.
I fly, though not frequently, but I do The point I am making is that if the regulators and the economic climate of Nigeria becomes unfavourable to them, they would have no choice than to reduce involvement, afterall you are in business to make profit and if the climate makes it difficult for you to operate, no matter how good the market!is, you would have to reduce involvement. That is the TRUTH.

That is all I am saying. or what do you think?

I repeat, nothing will happen. Go and find out how much BA makes on the Nigeria-UK route annually. Should they choose to pull out, Virgin Atlantic will find a way to enjoy the monopoly to the fullest.
If there airlines choose to pull out, how would the other airlines increase their capacity to accomodate the shortfall? You may know nothing about oligopolies but I tell you this, when those airlines make a decision to reduce their routes because of the status quo, it's Nigeria that would suffer it, or you think this market is the only viable market they have?

let's watch and see.

But our dear mayweather just keeps spending and enjoying life, he should go and learn from people who've been there before.

OP finished work on the list, 1-11 are all true, as a very good bad guy, i can tell you OP know what his onions.
12. Bad guys get the girls,
13. Girls love sex but good guys don't see that, they see beauty and wanna die there, where as the chic gets Hot af and the wild, bad guy takes care of that part while she goes back to bf.
14. Money sort almost all things out, it brushes you up, u look and feel different, helps with your self esteem, some girls fall easily for good looks, the good life.
15. The rich and bad boy would always get sex easily.
16. The good guys love a lot more that they fvck
17. A lot of naija guys love to take, collect but have problems giving, they believe sex is their way of giving forgetting it's a 2 way pleasure str.

18. If you want a girls attention while while she is walking on the road, at the mall, party, don't whistle unless she is local or a prostitute, don't talk to her behind her back, walk to her side and better side come to her front and say hi with a warm smile, apologize for stopping her and try your lines.

19. The good life attracts and everyone loves it, guys hustle up, there are always going to be good looking fun girls.

20. Girls just wanna have fun, a lot of girls are bi-curious but don't know till a crazy guy or girl helps brings it out.

21. Everybody has some fun fantasies, some push it away, others go all out to have them, a good girlfriend could have a 3sum in a different state and return to being a good girl to her man, i know this as i have been the 'RUN TO GUY' only the bad cool guys understand that everybody gets Hot and guys that form and dot on love and minus the fun are loosing out.

I could name 50 tho but just helping OP add some spice to the thread...

Business › Re: International Spend Restriction On Naira Card: What Is The Implication Of This? by Ugosample(m): 1:11am On Dec 22, 2015
AkinPikin:
Let me try to educate you small my brother.

1. For every $10 a Nigerian spends, $9 comes from crude oil sales by the Federal Government or the national reserves.

2. OBJ left over $70 Billion for Yar'Adua when he left office in 2007. Average oil prices under OBJ was about $65/barrel.

3. Yar'Adua left $65 for GEJ when he died in 2010. Average oil prices under Yar'Adua was about $45/barrel. Remember oil fell to as low as $38/barrel in 2009? Most of the $5 to 7Billion that Yar'Adua spent was to defend the Naira during the global crisis of 2009, save the banks that fell into trouble in 2009, and fund the amnesty programme for the Niger Delta militants. Notice again the difference between what OBJ and Ya'Adua made from oil.

4. GEJ on the other hand, left $29Billion for PMB. Average oil prices under GEJ was $92/barrel. There were months when oil sold for as high as $130/barrel. For 3.5 years (2011 to June 2014), GEJ sold oil for over $100/barrel. For your information, GEJ presided over the richest years in Nigeria's history, yet he ate what we were to have saved and even ate what was handed over to him.

I have told every one who had ears that whoever takes-over in June 2015 was going to see hell - whether it was GEJ or PMB.

I am at least glad that we have removed the bastard that brought our dear country to this sorry state.

PMB can only work with what he has been handed with. That is why he is chasing corrupt people, looking for money to fund the budget and meet his electoral promises. Government is a continuum. The problem we have now was handed over to us by GEJ and his band of rogues. You think we would be where we are today if his government had saved $100Billion in reserves?

I am no ethnic or religious jingoist. I voted for GEJ in 2011. I deeply regret doing so now. I have friends that have lost jobs because of the man's stupidity since late last year.

As they say, opinions are free, but facts are sacred.
Really? Am not an Obj, Yaradua or GEJ or MON (because I think they are all srupid) but you also need to remember these facts too.

Under GEJ, minimum wage was increased to 18000, this means that there was increase in salaries across board in the federal civil service. The previous minimum wage was 7500. That is a more than 100% increase. Deny this fact.

Second, though related to the first, the Youth xorpers allowance has increased to 19800. at any given time in Nigeria, at least 150000 corpers are serving nationwide.

NOI proposed a SWF , considering its syccesses in Norway and Libya. But the greedy governors took the federal government to court. The b astard oshiomole making noise today was one of the governor's at the forefront of opposing SED. all these are facts you should know

Nigerians get the leaders they deserve because most of them suffer from selective amnesia and they are also very foolish people.

GEJ has his own cross to bear for the way the country is, But PMB also has his own cross for being a slow and dumb president. The Nigerian Governors forum also has it's own role in the mass for thwarting the SWF.

The Nigerian people bear it's own cross for being stupid people, supporting politicians because of tribalism and bigotry.

Obasanjo has his own role too. Squandering billions on power yet the country is still dark.

In fact Nigerians are the problem with Nigeria.

Simple. I am very angry this night

DO YOU KNOW THAT 90% OF GUYS WHO USE A CONDOM HAS A SPECIAL LADY THEY WILL NEVER USE IT FOR?

Now what is teh difference between you and that special girl?the answer is clear.

So my mesage is to send the red alert to many ladies that guys will be guys and you need to use your head. Don't allow a man use condom on you means abstain from sex till marriage or if you think you are clean and he is clean and both of you are "faithful to each other" well do the sin and bear the consequence.

This write up is crystal clear but its unfortunate we cant ignore the fact that some people are not endowed with intelligence.

As a thoroughbred igbo boy, recent events in the country makes me so sad. Seun, though having seemingl
good intentions voided big time here. I personally am not in support of Biafra but that does not mean that those who are in support of it cannot voice their opinions out, after all it is a democracy.

However, the silly president we have is pouring fuel to the fire with the way he is handling the whole issue, like it is a trivial one, and with the detention of Nnamdi Kanu, you make him look like a martyr.

And the silly comments made by some elements from other tribes is even adding more fuel to the fire. When someone is agitating to leave and you don't want him to leave, you make them feel welcomed so that they would consider staying. But with the stupid comments from some ethnic groups (especially Yoruba people, I have to point fingers here) they are even adding more fuel to the fire.

I love in Lagos and I know what I went through during the elections especially the Lagos elections with the whole lagoon statement and everything. It is just unfortunate.
That said, we need to be welcoming to ourselves and make every one feel like they belong to the country, if this country is to remain one (which I wish anyway) We cannot claim to be one country and you don't make one ethnic group feel unwelcomed, neither would lagoon statements be made if we are to remain a country

Am just angry and I am typing discordantly. I hope you all see the message I am trying to pass anyway. Good night.

Ignorant and educated illiterates everywhere! How did nairaland descend this low! Rather than focus on the very positive effects this could have in fast-tracking africa's development with the western world, foools are shouting end time!! Ugggghhhh!!!!!
Forget it!!!

As one with an economics background I dare say that this plan is a disaster!!!!!

All West African countries are commodity based countries e.g. Nigeria -Oil, Ghana- Oil and Cocoa, Niger - Uranium and the rest. These commodities are volatile in nature, and when the price of one of these commodities fall, under a common currency, the entire region is in hot peppersoup.

Look at what is happening to Nigeria, oil prices have fallen, and our currency has taken a serious hit. If Nigeria shared a common currency with the rest of west Africa, you see that Nigeria would have dragged the currency, as well as other countries down.

Again, for a common currency to work, there has to be a hifg volume of intra west African trade. Do you know that intra regional trade in Africa accounts for only about 10% of total trade? Why then do you need a common currency?

Lastly, fiscal indiscipline is rife in west Africa, the biggest culprits being Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone. Under this condition you try implementing a common currency, you have set yourself up for disaster.

The EU these people want to imitate are very different from them.

If your Governor steals money and you call him out on social media, make sure you are ready to defend yourself in court. The jail term attached to this bill cannot be enforced without the necessary court judgement.

Some diehard opposition guys won't understand the importance until your ex comes to twitter to label you wrongly as a rapist.

Wanna be back in Lag by Monday evening. And lastly, where can i get 'em girls? And what's their charges like? Or, are there some i do not need to pay? Thanks much!
Bros I hail I!!!! grin grin

Now Friday to Monday means three nights.

I recommend Guesthouse at Haie Vive. Just tell the bike guy haie vive and when you enter the street, look to your left-hand side. It is beside lambis bar and the Chinese restaurant is close by too. they charge 8000 francs a night so multiply that by 3 night's you get 24000 France.

To know how much it Is in Nair, multiply it by 0.385.

For transport, get to mile 2, take same. And sort yourse
- out.

Lastly for girls, just tell the cab guy to take you to Jonquet. it is pronounced Jon k in French.

When you reach there, pick your choice and carry go......

But that 30k eye you carry.... ...It depends on you I. But if you can make it 40000 in my opinion, or even 35000, then that would be o.k..

Take care and remember to wear raincoat grin cheesy
Career › Re: The Hard Truth About Your Salary by Ugosample(m): 6:57pm On Dec 03, 2015
Nihilist:
This article is so wrong I dont even know where to begin

1. The average employee typically works a 5 day week or roughly 20 days in month. I completely disgree with the premise of the OP's dubious calculations, but even if the calculations were grounded in some sort of logic, shouldn't the OP be dividing by 20 instead of 30?

2. The OP also misses the point by comparing an employee and his steady income to Hawkers,Truckers etc with their irregular cash flow. Again I doubt the veracity of his stats with regards to the earnings of hawkers, truckers and co, but even if the stats were true, The OP still fails to consider that even though the Hawker could earn 2000 Naira in a day, he/she is not guaranteed an income of 120k per month unlike the Banker

The crux of the OP's assertion is Business Owners have the potential to earn more than employees. The OP fails to consider the level of risk that these entrepreneurs are exposed to.

For the vast majority of people, it is better to go to work and be guaranteed your 300k monthly salary jejely, than to go and out hustle with no true knowledge of when the next paycheck is coming.
I love this response! !!

But the op has a point too.

So you both have different points, but they are both correct.

Hatred is a choice people make about themselves. The igboes hate the north and can't stand the fact that buhari is president.

What led to the first civil war? When igboes exhibited their hatred for the north by wiping out the entire top northern leadership in the first ever coup.

And what effect did that coup have? It paved the way for a succession of military coups, it caused the death of millions.

It also led to the death of the very federalism the ipods are shouting about.

So historically igboes laid the foundation of the present bad blood and quagmire Nigeria is currently in.

Why blame anyone for the misery you dunderheads architected?
So the actions of less than 10 igbo (misguided ) soldiers translates into the whole Igbo people hating the north? ignorance
