It has been really tough for me. Sometimes out of desperation we make the wrong choices and I happen to be a victim of those whom some UAE employers cheated upon. Exited to Kenya since Nov 17th 2016 with the promise of receiving my employment visa before 27th of de same November which happens to be the same date on my return ticket back to UAE. Fast forward till this very moment and I am still in Kenya waiting for this same employment visa without any financial support from my company whom have as well refused to pick my calls. Have decided to return back to Naija any moment from now. My advice is this, follow due process before agreeing to exit to any country or u would be a forgotten case. God bless us all

@Bellong Please I need your advice on a situation. My bachelor degree in Business Admin(2.1) from Uniben was assessed as an associate degree by VETASSESS. So my question, Is a Nigerian bachelor degree assessed or equivalent to an associate degree in Australia? If no, what might have gone wrong in my case? Should I appeal the assessment. Will appreciate your feedback.

Well I had the same issue, most farms pay by hand, all I did was go to the company to request for payslips, with the help o of d accountant and the manager and little research on the Internet for acceptable formats, it's doable

Guyz plz becareful do not let anybody deceive you about Dubai visa,the main amount is 890dirhams for 3months directly from them but our naija so called agents made it difficult for pple to enter due to their high visa fee.My advice is that you shld forget going to UAE to work cos it's difficult to get job.Dubai is full atm(at the moment) and most of the companies here are not ready to employ pple especially Nigerian.I have been to all the 7states in UAE and I have seen the way things work there.I'll advice you all to forget UAE and process another good country cos UAE is mean for those who wanna go for holiday.plz be warned plzzzzzzz.God bless Naija

Hello everyone, I have a toxic bullying adult child that all he does is to curse and threaten ,he is 37 years old and still lives with me and my husband, he has gone in and out of schools and does not have a form of tertiary education despite the fact that the father and I have, he hit his father about 2 different times before while living with us and still lives with us, he does not have any job, and does not want to get one, all he does is sells hemp and smoke too, My 2 other children are doing very well of very good professions and highly responsible, I wont say I've been an enabler,We raised his other siblings I think he just wants to be wayward and be influenced badly.I am in my sixties and just want to live the rest of my life in peace , the father has decided to leave him without any inheritance , I have noticed all he does is harass and threaten helpless people like the aged parents and younger children , good advice is highly appreciated

Hello All

My neighbor and i have airline tickets, my neighbor to Singapore and then myself to kaduna. For unexpected reasons, we can not make the journey again due to unexpected landlord issues we must urgently sort out.

My neighbor has called etihad for a refund but was told he would get 150k out of a 450k ticket, which presently has a value of 600k.

As for me, no head way as calling my Nigerian airline (arik), they gave me the impression refund is not available.

My question is, can anyone with the experience explain to me how we can re-sell these ticket

Your fair deal could be to push for fiscal federalism or just anything. But it's a joke taken to far for anyone to think they will live in affluence while their neighbours suffer.

It's akin to a rich man living in a poor neighborhood.

There's a reason why even South Korea occasionally renders financial assistance to NK.

That said, personally I am indifferent as to what becomes of Nigeria, but for the sake of posterity and those that might be negatively affected, it calls for concern.

I will recommend you apply for EAST AFRICAN TOURIST VISA (It covers Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda). It cost just 100USD and easy to obtain. Rwanda is a lovely and clean country. Less crime, people are easy to approach, and they have lovely food with a touch of French cuisines.

In my last vacation which am planning to repeat so soon. I visited Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Congo. Kenya is more developed when compared to others, but I enjoyed Rwanda most. My journey started from Turkey direct to Kenya via emirate, spent 4 days in Kenya, flew to Uganda via Kenya Airway cost 90USD. Spent 11 days in Uganda (here, they love goat meat like anything and fufu)..lodged at Munyonyo Speke Resort (its amazing place). Then flew to Rwanda via Rwanda Air cost 105USD just around 50 mins. The airport is super clean and small. The immigration at Kigali Airport is over friendly and lots of Tourist from France and other European countries. Rented a clean 3-star hotel for 50USD per night at Kigali city centre, went for gorilla trekking and visited lots of tourist places.....then rent a car to Lake Kivu...from Lake Kivu entered cheap boat/ship to Congo.

In all, I spent 30 days exploring Rwanda and 10 days in Tanzania.
