Hello dude the kids you brought from 9Ja will get the permanent resident permit 9/10yrs same day their parent submit dia application to the federal....while its will take just 4/6 month to get dos kids Brazilian international passport if they are not upto 11yrs ...but if they are above 11yrs....dat means they wil get it after they can speak and understand Portuguese language...
The both parent can get permanent resident permit when ever they submit dia new born baby documents....while it's take the both parents to get brazilian international passport after 1 year and they must be able to speak and understand Portuguese..

Becus they will be called for interview before they can be granted Brazilian passport

Thanks Pharm, do you know anyone who got their foreign born kids a Brazilian passport within that range of time? What are the things they did to be able to get the passport fast? I will appreciate if you can provide more details.

1. Yes, I know a few people. I thought the age limit was 10 years but someone here said 12/13 so I’m not so sure. The child must be enrolled in a school in Brazil, the process is relatively fast if you have all the requirements. You can check the Brazilian govt website for more details.

2. It’s not easy to get a Nanny here due to language barrier and most Nigerians are not willing due to bad past experience, however, you may be lucky to find one. If you want to bring someone from Nigeria, you can apply for tourist visa. They can only stay for a maximum of 180 days and won’t be entitled to permanent residency except they are grandparents or siblings of the Brazilian child.

3. Private hospitals range from R$17,000 to R$22,000. You pay obstetrician seperately between R$3000 to R$5000. Públic Hospitals are free. Same level of professionalism but private hospitals are generally more conducive. Black market rate is R$135/140 to 1 naira, USD 5.1 to 1 reas. It changes from time to time

4. Accommodation is generally not cheap in São Paulo especially for short stays. If you’re looking for something decent, your budget is USD$1000 upwards per month for an entire apartment. You might get lower but I doubt considering it’s summer soon. Nice and safe residential areas include Vila Mariana, Vila Olympia, Itaim Bibi Brooklin, Jardins, Pinheiros, Morumbi. Morumbi is home to popular private hospitals.
You might get cheaper accommodation (probably) in places at Centro, like Republica, Bela Vista, Consolação, Se etc but you may not like the sight of homeless people on the streets. Check Airbnb for options

5. I don’t know any.

Thank you so much for the detailed information, I'll be sure to reference them soon. Stay blessed

2)some people on this thread offer this service. Contact Techspot for more info.
3)Fortunately, in public hospitals nah FREE. You will be given free food and pampers during your stay in the hospital.
4) Paulista is the best! If you have the money. Ask Feelgoodstuff lol

You’re welcome

Thank you so much Tope, I really appreciate the feedback o. Feelgoodstuff please come and tell us about Paulista o

can you please explain what you meant by "pulling back" in the comparison?

I've been in 3 other countries since I left New Zealand and 2 out of the 3 are great country with its own charm and uniqueness but I still miss New Zealand. There's something there that makes me want to go back.

DUPSYSPARKLE:
Hello Everyone as my way of giving back to the thread

I gave birth last month and I’m back in Nigeria. Got in with a Uk visa. I was also able to get an agent from Nigeria who helped me with the process. Her fees were less than what others were charging by half.Giving birth in Mexico is cheap however a lot of these agents charge between $4000 for getting you a hospital and assisting with babies passport and PR and minimum of $2500 for documents alone. These are all exclusive of hospital bills, accommodation, Govt fees for PR etc.

At point of entry wear something big and have your return ticket.

Also there are constraints about getting documents if your spouse is not with you, this is what I experienced, however the agent helped me navigate it and I was able to get my Pr and babies passport however I will advice your spouse be there even if it just to do the documentation process.

Mexico is a good place to give birth and they are very friendly set of people even with the language barrier.

It’s also better to start the process of getting your PR immediately you arrive Mexico cause it’s almost a 1month and a half wait time for appointments.

I'm considering either Mexico or Brazil although I prefer Brazil to be honest but I will like to have an idea how much your agent charged you, average cost of rentals, options of hiring a nanny and the cost and other contingencies that one could budget for?

Finally up to date again. Been on this thread since the first page and haven't made it to Brazil. By God's grace I will this time. Please I have couple of questions that I need clarification.

1) has anyone been able to get the Brazilian citizenship for their child that was born outside of Brazil on the basis of their newborn child in Brazil? If yes, how long did it take?

2) How easy is it to get the services of a nanny or support from Nigeria after childbirth? Like someone to assist with bathing the baby or providing basic care for my wife?

3) What's the birthing cost like at this moment, preferably in a place like Sao Paulo? Can someone highlight some of the expenses and cost?

4) Which part of the city (Sao Paulo) is highly recommended for safety, ease of access and decent cost of rentals?

5) Any WhatsApp/Telegram group for Nigerians birthing or living in Brazil?

They're preying on the desperation of Nigerians who just want to leave this country at all cost.

Some of them even go abroad to mess up the opportunities for others.

I really like how some of the Nigerians in NZL are maintaining low profile and not getting into trouble in a bid to make it by force

One of the few places where we still have a good image. Most Nigerians in NZ are into a noble hustle.

Thanks for the heads up.

Please, how best can I go about getting this work to residency visa from Nigeria?

They're not processing almost all types of visa categories for those applying from overseas. I know people that applied for visas since 2019 and are yet to get the visas because they stopped processing visas for offshore applicant since 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions. I also know people with visas already but can't come in to New Zealand to join their families because of the restrictions.

Please, is it still possible for one to get a 2 years work visa to New Zealand from Nigeria?

My opinion is that offshore applicants shouldn't bother applying for visas now. Hopefully, most people will get vaccinated this year. Almost everyone I know has either received at least their first dose or about to.

Well, I stumbled on this thread when I was moving to NZ, I obtained my visa in 2019 and travelled in 2020.

I have a copy of the visa and I can tell you, all Visa posted here since 2020 March are fake.

The people here are real, I didn’t meet Ugsam, but he linked me with Naija here that are family today, we crave for more Nigerians here, Why?
Eligible bachelors and spinsters from Nigeria want to marry Nigerian but there are few choices….
We want more Nigerians so that we can be shoulder for eachother.

In another note, NZ isn’t a quick money making country….you till the soil to live here.
Housing is on high side.
Wages are highly regulated.
All professions are regulated such that you can’t jump in without passing through the needle eye.

……I am just preparing your mind, it is a beautiful country.
….Less and few dubious Nigerian are here (I haven’t met any), Nigerians here are academics or professionals.

You will love it here…..

Hey bro! It's been a while. Hope you're keeping safe in this lockdown?

If only they know how happy Nigerians in New Zealand are to receive more Nigerians they won't be saying all these. New Zealand is one country that takes their time to evaluate your visa and most times even call you on the phone for interview. They may also call other parties playing a role in the application. Anyone who plans to go to New Zealand should be ready to put in the work and also meet the financial requirements of their visa category.

What I NOTICED about this misleading thread is too much criticism and unwavering gesture to lay verdict on peoples attempt to travel calling everything FAKE FAKE FAKE howbeit no-one has been able to SHOW to you the REAL VISA, OR REAL WORK PERMIT E-VISA. I have an inlaw in NEWZEALAND and some of what you deemed to be FAKE here are actually real. If you can't present to anyone proof of what you supposedly call original travel documents pls just sht up.

You must be a scammer or has just been scammed. You think all of us will just be saying the same thing? Almost everyone I know in New Zealand wants to have more Nigerians come into New Zealand, the problem is how?

For example, immigration New Zealand has stopped processing visas for offshore applicants since last year, yet many of you keep paying for New Zealand visas based on fake claims from the scam agents. Have you personally visited the immigration New Zealand website to confirm if they're even issuing visas?

Except anyone can come out here to give an account of their dealings with any of the accounts which proved so. They way someone on this thread did it is kinda not pure.. paying and all that so I don't advice... I think there are some guys near them embassy that do the parole.. please im not suggesting anything illegal ooo

Also my cousin who went in February hired some guys 1k for 14 of them plus him.. and all of them were dialing same number (embassy number) and got through in 2 days. They downloaded auto dailer join..
At a time, he was frustrated because na pizza delivery he wan go do there...

But please note sir, that you can't carry soft copy go embassy o

In your two previous post that I quoted, you claimed you didn't have a brother or anyone in Poland where as in this your post your cousin traveled as recent as February, how come you didn't ask him for information when you were looking for an agent? How come you claimed to have no family before now.

Bula!

You are correct, there are definitely villages in Fiji that are not as advanced as Nigeria, and that’s also the beauty of travel. Nigeria is a beautiful country and I hope more consider visiting.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to attend a kava ceremony, but did see a fire dance which was really nice. Reminds me of the Luau’s in Hawaii!

Here is a picture of the Fire Dance, we saw this in the vicinity of Hard Rock Cafe at Denarau Marketplace.

Vinaka my friend and be well!

Bula!

It seemed as you guys had an awesome time there. I enjoyed my stay there and saw lots of business potential in that country. I also got my fair share of the Fiji time right from the airport and this made me realize that African time is still learning the ropes. Bye mate cheers on your journey. Hopefully, international travels returns back to normal before the end of the year.

Bula! Fiji is fun if one is open minded. But beyond the beautiful islands and nature here and there, it's just a tropical country like Nigeria. So many Nigerian villages are even more advanced than some small cities there. They are lovely and laid back people and yes, one will find lots of tourists there. Did you get to see fire dance? Or attend a Kava ceremony?

I have a budget of 3million naira to travel out but I don't know which country to relocate to and what business to start when I get there that will fetch me more money.

Please advice me .

Travel goes beyond the amount in your bank account. You should at least tell us a little about yourself, educated or not? highest level of education? your occupation? age bracket? all these will help us advise you better based on what is feasible for your profile.

Ask yourself what that 3 million exchanges to dollars today? If you can afford to travel the right way, please do. Also note that decision to travel abroad shouldn't be based solely on money. Consider the quality of life, and an organized future for your next generation amongst other things.

If you are flying to New Zealand to join your cruise, you must apply for a visitor visa before you travel.

This NZeTA also authorises you to pass through Auckland International Airport as a transit passenger on the way to or from Australia.

When you travel to New Zealand, you must check in with the passport listed here.

This part of your earlier post already highlighted that it's not a tourist visa and that you can't fly to New Zealand without a tourist visa.
