The four account numbers are all individual account and all their GSM numbers are out of reach now. Please learned colleagues help me to help him. How can one start a case like that? The only way out is this, let him go to any Court and show them the transaction details and they will collect some money from him for their service and they will issue him a court order which he will take to the various banks and those banks are going to work on it Immediately and as soon as they finish their investigation, the next thing is for him to get his alart. But if the scammer does not have money in his account that will delay his alart, though this can take time sometimes but he will definitely get his money back, thanks.
