Politics / Re: Who Will Win The Southwest? by unleashit(m): 11:21am On Apr 07, 2011
for you to know who would win the south west, all you need do is to go to the field to find out. Talk to taxi drivers, okada riders, plumbers, carpenters, market women and men and you would know the true situation of things. This are the people that do not see party but individuals and based on my talking to a lot of them, this is how they want to vote : Nass elections would go to ACN, Presidential election would go to Jonathan ( note that i wrote Jonathan and not PDP ), Governor and state house of assembly would go to ACN. These group of people make up the largest group of voters and in a free and fair election they hold the ace. They don't see Jonathan as PDP, it is only those in offices and in the internet like you and I that see PDP. Based on this, PDP would win the south west.
However, the biggest winner in this election would be Tinubu for being able to move ACN from being seen as a regional party to a national party.
Politics / Re: Tinubu Raises Alarm: They Want To Kill Me (Dude Got Jokes!) by unleashit(m): 3:20pm On Mar 20, 2011
Tinubu is a strategist that is looking beyond 2011. In actual sense Tinubu would not even want Ribadu to win, I keep telling people that he would vote for Jonathan on election day. His game plan is to move ACN from a regional party to a national party and then wait for a time when there is no incumbecy factor in the presidency  and then contest for  president. Tinubu would never be stupid enough to allow someone he can not predict to be president from his party.

This re-run is a test run for april, unless finger print verification is done on any contested result, there would never be a free and fair election in nigeria.

Politics / Re: Will A Young Man Ever Be The President Of Nigeria? by unleashit(m): 9:51am On Nov 22, 2009
We have spent so much time thinking the nigerian problem is corruption, the simple truth is that our problem is not corruption. Corruption can not be wiped out of any society,it can only be reduced. There is no country on earth that does not have its own level of corruption. The difference between this other countries and nigeria is that they have or had hard visionary leadership at one point of their history.
We don't have to join the corrupt leaders just because we think nothing can be done. It is true that thinks look a bit terrible but one thing we should all come to understand is that we can actually transform this country if we look beyound corruption and take a closer look around us. In NL for instance there is a general acceptance that a change is needed and they are all willing to contribute to that change. The question is how to we bring about the change ? If we seat down to analyse what Beaf wrote earlier, we would be able to bring out something.
A young man with vision can be the president if we make that bold step to start changing the system.

if only efcc can tackle Antony Anenih then we would know the anti-corruption crusade is going well. He was the main conduit through which stolen money was distributed to PDP members.

Just think about this: in every revolution, there are winners and losers. The winners will be those pioneers who use their insider knowledge and contacts to exploit emerging trends and ride the crest of the wave. The losers will be the bystanders who watch them make their fortune. The question is, which are you going to be.

I have this idea of how we can all become millionaires by beating the capital market if you are interested send me mail at beatdstreet@yahoo.com.
This is an unfair advantage, exploit it.

@ all
over time we have been trying to analyze the capital market in order to make good buys but the truth is that we are really analyzing how different people behave toward a particular issue at a point in time. If this is true it therefore means that the market can be made to behave the way we want it to. with the help of some gurus like frank,windy and cheeksy we can actually beat the street. I know of a way which would make us all street beaters.
If you are interested, send me a mail @ beatdstreet@yahoo.com

Politics / Re: FG To Name Ribadu New Police IG! by unleashit(m): 11:52pm On Apr 26, 2007
The worst agency in the country right now is the nigerian police and it is the bed rock of corruption in the country.Corruption in the country is increasing because the average nigerian believes the force is incompetent to investigate cases and in situation were it involves stealing,the average nigerian steals enough so that when he is caught he can have enough to settle the police.Ribadu coming into the scene would help to bring some kind of trust to the force.
Politics / Re: Yardua Should Not Rejoice Yet! Tribunals And Street Protests Ahead! by unleashit(m): 11:00pm On Apr 26, 2007
It is so unfortunate that we have so many dreamers wanting to become our president, there was nothing on earth that would have made it possible for atiku or buhari to have won the election unless the only opponent is abacha. For those who believe yaradua wud be obj's puppet,just wait and see.The commander in-chief can not be given orders, he can only be advised and he reserves the right to take it or leave it.
For those who think they can go to the street to protest instead of going to the tribunal,they would all be declared security risk to the state and remember no individual is greater than the state.

Relax, you would not loose your certificates,they would surely get to their destination,Nigerians generally don't like paper work and transfering shares invovles paper work. Further more, verification is very meticulous, any body that wants to transfer your shares would also need a stock brooker who would ask for verification of identity either tru drivers' license or international passport. There are also situations were verifications were denied as a result of irregular signature. For anybody to hijack your certificate,the person has to be good at the act of certificate transfer and i don't see anybody at nipost wasting so much time to wait for share certificates that don't pass through it regularly. Once again, RELAX and see you in risky business.

On the 13th of April i sent a list of some securities to my stockbroker to find out if they are available, he called me back to find out how i came about the list, i only answered by asking how much all the securities i've asked him to buy for me has appreciated and he answered and said over a 100%.
Here are the names of the securities i asked him to check for me;
Afroil, C & L leasing, Sterling, Cappa, Costain, Nampak, Livestock, Access, fcmb, Fedelity, evans, ABC, Nig German,Cutix, First inland, Grommac, Japaul oil, Linkage assurance, Mutual benefit, nfi insurance, Unic, Okomu oil, Soverign insurance,Avon crown, Platinium,Skye, IPwa, NCR, Tomaswy, Lasaco, Union homes and challerams.
In the last one week i've been busy and this has prevented me from checking their percentage appreciation or depreciation, but since my stockbroker called me, i believe they are doing well. I would advise you all to monitor these securities.

As for transcorp, don't bother about their manipulation of suspending and not suspending,wat you should bother yourself with is if the manipulation would benefit your portfolio or not.

@cheexy
its one of those things, i bought cornerstone @ 1.10 and planned to sell by feb 2007.After the technical suspension the price droped to 0.90 but i did not mind because i could see the outcome of the consolidation that was coming to the insurance sector,later in feb it got to 2.81 and after it was publish in financial standard that it was over valued people started to dump and the price started sliding downward,when it got to 2.41 i gave a sale order to my brooker.On that same day i came across a newspaper publication on how a company bought into cornerstone and their intension of bringing in foreign investors,immediately i called my brooker to stop sale because i knew it was going to hit 3.0.Right now it is at 3.0. I have 200000 units of cornerstone,imagine how i would have felt had i sold @ 2.41. The other day i gave an order for my zenith to be sold because i needed money urgently to meet up with week 23 of treasureline,it was sold @ 39naira,that same day it went to 40naira and its presently @43 with prospect of going higher.The painful thing is that i couldn't meet up with week 23.I actually planned i was going to dump it in june, now i regret not waiting. Not to worry sha,all my securities have done above 100% and i just started investing in march of last year and i bought them in large volumes.

I stay in an apartment where i can see a large part of lagos and i noticed tonight that from yaba to victoria Island,from ikorodu to surulere,from ikeja to oshodi there is light everywhere, could it be because of the election.If so,then why has there been no constant light all around the country for a long time.Does it mean there has been dilibrate acts to keep the country in darkness.

my most embarrassing moment came some years back when i was in the university;there was this girl i was so interested in ,that i could have done anything to get in between her legs.I chased her for two years without success and one day she came to my house to spend the weekend, for two nights i tried talking her into having sex with me but she refused then on the third night after much " yans" she decided to allow me.I was so excited that immediately i started penetrating ,before i could say jack i began to ejaculate.She looked at me and began laughing.
