Skyfornia: SMH... I have noticed with increase how some certain people on this forum abuse other individuals whose views are contrary to their own belief or dogma instead of expressing their arguments in a more mature and reasonable way.
A journey through some of their previous comments you will also notice that some of these abusers are Atheists and people addicted to hard substances.
You go about pouring out your vituperations on every thread, creating nuisance and getting supports from your kinds...for your mind you feel say you be James Bond.
Now to the business of the day..
Some of you believe that some radiations can can attack a cell in human body.
You believe that consistent usage of x-ray machines can cause harm to the body.
You uses phones that recognizes your thumb, eyes and face and respond instantly.
You've seen or believe there's a technology that detects when someone lied.
Yet you find it difficult to believe that a technology such as 5G is harmful to humans or cannot have negative effects to a human body? Now I'm not saying that I have a proof of it's danger but the possibility cannot be neglected.
Your claim is that 5G is a non-ionizing radiation yet ultraviolet rays, Microwave which also are among the non-ionizing radiation are reported in most cases to be harmful to humans and animals.
Chinese, the originators of 5G are busy destroying the masts and you are inside your small village abusing and cussing them.
Your colonial masters are determined to destroy all 5G programs in their territories, and you that studied physics in one local university in Nigeria is out here exposing your ignorance.
I weep for you.
Funny how people behave, you started by claiming that others insult people to gather support! Please read your high lighted comment, have you not done exactly what you're accusing others of doing?
Perfecttouchade: SACS (Special Anti-Cult Squad) operative receives thorough beating for crushing a boy’s leg while chasing a man labeled a fraudster in Agege Lagos.
In the video, one of the beaten Sars could be heard shouting "yeeee" as he was pounced on mercilessly.
A failure on the part of our highest leadership to act, even after WHO had warned all nations, and even after we witnessed the number of deaths and the level of contagion coming from China, and Italy, and South Korea.
That did not occur under H1N1, and that did not occur under SARS.
In case your memory is short, here is a brief re-cap:
December 31 -Chinese officials and WHO health experts in Wuhan in China's central Hubei province confirmed dozens of cases — but they are unsure of the cause. (This confirms what some journalists had been reporting).
January 7 - The outbreak was identified by WHO as a new coronavirus — and WHO advised all nations to begin to take “appropriate actions.”
January 11 - Chinese officials confirmed their first death, and WHO again reminded all nations to take “appropriate actions.” WHO also released a statement on how contagious this new coronavirus was.
January 20 - A World Health Organization situation report detailed the first confirmed cases outside China in Thailand, Japan and South Korea.
January 30 - WHO declared the outbreak a global public health emergency as more than 9,000 cases were reported worldwide, including in 18 countries beyond China.
When our leaders ought to be active, they were busy strategizing for 2023 election.
Babatunde40: No need to attack the government. At least they are taking action now.
We all know that they didn't have time for coronavirus before now because they were all fighting for their interest in the Oshiomole chairmanship saga. They all started taking action after the oshiomole saga was settled. That should tell you something
That's true, but it's shameful to know that out leaders are not proactive. Why do they have to wait for this long when developed countries are struggling to contain the virus?
scoundrel: It was here I stopped reading OP’s Nollywood script. Fellow Nairalanders, have at it with this story, me no get time for fictional tales.
You're very smart! He met her in the friend's house, she called the friend who's also a neighbour (same friend) yet the lady don't know where he stays. And the friend took his girlfriend out after that he took her home and introduced her to his family and the girl could not object because she doesn't know the place very well. The OP is not serious.
This incident has occured in Otukpo, Benue state before. There was this Igbo lady that sells Okpa (it's like moi moi) there, she goes to the mortuary to get water used in bathing corpses.
Unfortunately for her, one day while coming back after fetching the water with okada they almost got hit by another vehicle, the water got spilled in the process, and the stench from it was hurrible.
Being a woman who's well know because of her Okpa business, and been fully aware where he picked her from he asked her, she refuse to talk, and people gathering around her.
They started beating her until she confessed and tell where the water was from, and what it was meant for. Luckily for her the incident took place in from of a police station, so police intervene.
It was so funny that most of her customers and those that ate out regularly started getting married immediately to avoid eating out.
IyaTola: What's that misconception that people have about you?
1. Men find it difficult to believe it when I say am not in a relationship . They will be like "fine girl like you ". 2. Most of my friends think am so rich and comfortable. When I say I don't have money to give them, am tagged wicked. 3. Alot of people see me as cold, rigid and stubborn maybe because of how I Express myself or how I look. But the few close people in my life will always attest to how soft I can get.
op! You're exactly like me, just that you're the lady version.
Mgbadike80: I have come to the conclusion that most blacks are genetically coded to be evil and wicked especially when in position of authority.
Rape is bad, and I strongly stand against it anywhere it happens. From my exposure I can confidently tell you that it has nothing to do with race. Blacks are not alone in this act, so please stop stereotyping blacks as all bad because of the actions of few individuals. Be more objective.
Na wa o! What happens when someone's visiting for the first time or after a while or you want someone to drop you off/pick you up from the airport? This is what happens when Ideas dries up. When leaders have no innovating ideas

What pained me most was the military men around the vicinity did nothing instead they took cover. Not far from there were armed personnel in shell R.A. They did nothing too they only came out when the robbers were gone. security in Nigeria is bad no quick response unit.
I was in Gtbank this morning, and we started hearing gun shots. 4 armed men tailed a black car carrying money (huge) in a Ghana must go bag. They opened fire on them killed two mopos, shot the driver but he is still alive and has been rushed to the hospital. No bullet touched the girl in the vehicle she is the luckiest girl alive and thank God for her survival. They took the money and went away.
Yarnvibes: The nation’s interbank lending rate dropped by 6.5 per cent to five per cent on Friday, as the money market was awash with cash from budgetary disbursal and coupon payment on matured bonds.
The interbank lending rate, also called the cost of borrowing among banks, had closed at 11.5 per cent last Friday due to a drop in liquidity in the market necessitated by bond and treasury bills sales.
According to Reuters, traders said on Friday that around N400bn was injected into the banking system on Wednesday from the December budget allocations to states and local governments, while N49bn coupon on matured bonds was released by the Central Bank of Nigeria on Friday, boosting liquidity and forcing down the interbank rate.
On Thursday, the CBN withdrew around N217bn through the sale of short-dated Open Market Operations bills in a bid to reduce the level of excess liquidity in the banking system, but market liquidity remains high.
The balance in commercial banks’ accounts with the CBN stood at N254.46bn surplus on Friday, against N202.58bn the previous week.
“We strongly believe that the central bank will conduct more OMO next week to take out the excess cash from the system,” one trader said, adding that expected dollar sales at a special forex auction could also help reduce the liquidity level and seen rate rising again.
The naira was unchanged at 498 to the dollar on the parallel market and 305.25 a dollar on the official interbank window on Friday as the market awaited the result of a special forex auction targeted at selected sectors of the economy.
The central bank had on Wednesday asked commercial lenders to submit backlog dollar demand from fuel importers, airlines, raw materials producers, and makers of agricultural chemicals and machinery for manufacturers.
The stock market’s main index rose by 0.15 per cent to 26,328 points, the highest level since January 16, driven by gains in energy company, Oando, which was up by 4.05 per cent and local French Total tick up 4.9 per cent.
Meanwhile, the CBN has asked banks to bid in a special currency auction to clear a backlog of dollar obligations that businesses owe.
In a notice to commercial lenders, the CBN said it would hold a retail foreign exchange auction to sell two- to five-month dollar forwards. The amount of dollars to be sold was unspecified, according to traders.
Last December, the CBN sold around $1bn on the forward market to clear a similar backlog of dollar obligations, in an effort to support production in the economy.
