You need a Start Installation CD that come with your Samsung Tablet PC where you bought in the first place in order to reinstall them again.

ALL NEW COMPUTER/LAPTOP/TABLET PC ALWAYS has come with START INSTALLATION cd as backup in case of system failure or virus attack. IT IS MUST! ! !

If you had pre-installed START PROGRAM (include operating system such as Windows XP/Vista) inside your SAMSUNG TABLET PC, then you wipe out entire. YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!!

If you just bought your Acer Digital Camera for the first time, you suppose to follow reading the user manual book telling you that you need to RECHARGE THE DIGITAL CAMERA BATTERY between 4 hours to 12 hours BEFORE START TO USE.

For example your digital camera can hold only 12 hours using its battery WITHOUT USING RECHARGE CORD. . .IT MEANS 12 HOURS you can use BEFORE IT WILL PROMPT warning you the low battery. TIME FOR RECHARGE YOUR DIGITAL CAMERA BATTERY another 4 hours.

Also if you are upload your digital camera into your computer/laptop, you still need AC charger cord, not digital camera battery. The battery will drain your uploading charge!!!

Same way you drive your car with a low gas gauge PROMPT TELLING YOU that you have low gas, TIME FOR FILL UP GAS!

That is what digital camera battery is all about- - -RECHARGE IT after you use digital camera or upload them.

Google it finding "Not Authorized DHCP server".

Maybe your internet cache is TOO FULL not able to load your webpage. PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR INTERNET CACHE!!!

Maybe your internet provider might be server technical glitches or difficulty. PLEASE BE PATIENT TO WAIT and TRY AGAIN next 30 mintutes, if still there, then wait another 30 minutes. Sometimes internet provider has downtime more than 2 hours! BE PATIENT!

Also if you have thunderstorm/lightining season, it will cause your internet very slow connection. Turn off your laptop and stay away until thunderstorm/lightining is over in order to resume your laptop.

If you use broadband router/modem, then turn off your laptop and to reset your router/modem. Then turn on router/modem first until all 3 green light are solid, then turn your laptop on. Test your internet if it works fine!

If not, maybe you have bad modem card or bad router if you use broadband is bad that needs to be replaced? Maybe bad phone cord line? Maybe bad ethernet cable (broadband only)?

You need to sign up the internet provider service establishing the internet connection on your computer/laptop at your own expense every month!

By the way, I, myself, am not a NIGERIAN and DO NOT LIVE IN NIGERIA. If you live near Nigeria university that has secured wireless network server and you know how to configure the static IP address with high speed internet (broadband) gateway router on your computer/laptop sharing network connection between your apartment and Nigeria university.

It is very common in the USA and UK universities with dormitory for all college students only. The university technology/software department provide the information how to set up for dorm students. Because ALL UNIVERSITY DORMS have already installed the wired ethernet cable on every dorm rooms.

I don't know about Nigeria universities.

Google it on Hewlett Packard to select webcam driver that is all you need to download at your own time without power failure interruption!!!

Mine is filled with lot of dead moths, cockroaches, mice and silverfishes inside purse sitting on the closet for a long time!

It is everywhere in other countries (US, Canada, South America, Israel, China/Korea/Japan, Asia) where there is roadblocked to check every foreigner coming to or out of the border for over 2,000 years.

In the US, our US border security agent do shooting someone who cross the border illegally in MEXICO entering the US state in the name of self-defensive. Because someone is armed and drug dealer to smuggle illegal drugs crossing the border.

I agreed with @siena about opening fire, but actually offenders(illegal immigrants) ignored the warning by the border security agent/checkborder police. What they (border agents/police) can do about it?

After you had completed updated your anti-virus, then open your anti-virus by double-click of your anti-virus icon from the taskbar that will prompt you new opening window dialog to hit 'SCAN' button being scanning entire your computer.

It takes time to be scanned ENTIRELY roughly 1-3 hours depend on how much hard disk drive (HDD) space you used. DO NOT USE COMPUTER/ACCESS INTERNET while being scanning!!! If it is small HDD space, then it will take less than 1 hours; otherwise for largest HDD space, then it will take more hours to be scanned.

Once done anti-virus scanned completely- - -it will tell you if there is any virus detected is found or not, next step, if none of virus detected is found, then follow the steps at below:

1. click START button,

2. click ALL PROGRAM, to select ACCESSORIES

3. under ACCESSORIES, select SYSTEM TOOLS, then select DISK CLEANUP.

4. wait it calculates how much space you will be able to free space. Then it will prompt new opening windows of DISK CLEANUP for Drive C:.

5. You will see that tells you how much space disk on Drive C: to be free up. Be sure mark all CHECKS of files you wish to be cleaned up unnecessary/unwanted/useless files on your machine.

6. Hit "OK" button. Wait it prompt cleaning up all files. And hit "YES" to accept performing these actions.

7. Wait until it complete disk cleanup to be disappeared itself. THAT'S IT!

**** If you prompted virus detected is found after scanning, please write down what the name of viruses you have and let me know to give you step by step how to remove virus. Remember there are over one million viruses out there. ****

P.S. how often you should use DISK CLEANUP and SYSTEM SCAN (anti-virus), depend on how much you use computer access. If it is everyday computer use in 24 hours in 7 days, then it should be either every week or every two weeks.

If it is rarely computer use, then it should be every month or every 3 months.

It helps keeping your computer system performance cleaned and faster avoid being cluttered or slow down!!!

I noticed too many nigerian abroad living in major cities putting lot of disadvantages listings here.

I do not see NO ONE (nigerian abroad) living in a small rural farming town outside of crowded major city.

Once you settle living in a small rural farming town, you can have:

1. buying live chicken with your own chicken house. Even live goat, cow, turkey, etc. at your own property. Still expensive to buy one. Be sure your house is residential with articulture zone permit.

2. making your own garden to plant your favorite vegetables growing on your rural house that is distance isolated neighborhood. Usually rural house sit on 2-15 land acres surrounding the forest/raw land/farming.

3. buying your own vehicle for commuting to the city for jobs, shopping malls, hospitals where rural farming town lack of. Usually 10-50 miles far away within 1-2 hours drive accessible to the busy traffic highway. No public transportations (city bus, subway, train, taxi) between rural town and city. Usually less than 5,000 to 50,000 resident population in small rural town.

4. happily paying lower cost of electricity, phone, and other utility bills cheaper than city billing system. Different tax both city and rural, not same! Still have to get permission for building new room addition/renovation, shed, deck from rural county office same function as city hall's building permit, but much cheaper fees. Some rural town has installed fiber optic cables for high speed internet connections, some don't! (check out rural town having fiber optic cable installation FIRST before you settle down, not want stuck with dial-up phone modem too slow)

5. having own hunting gun license that allows you as hunter to shoot squirrels, deers, quails, rabbits, any other small hunting animals on your own property for meat reason.

6. still obeying rural town laws the same way as obeying city/state laws, no difference!!! Rural farming town has very lower crime there but too high domestic violence arise because of isloated boring town.

For me, i never see anyone Nigerian abroad living in a small rural town! Is it?

Why would I want EXPENSIVE $5K engagement ring for? It is THING/MATERIAL that cannot be taken going to HEAVEN!!!

I see the overflow of wdivorced women with children strictly as mens fault. They are fewer than us in this world but they surely have a way of controlling our minds and making us feel that we are surplus which is not necessarily true. That's why most divorced women suffer from low self esteem and i think it shouldnt be that way. The pastor should be more interested in encouraging those women to go through life than calling them names. He's lucky I'm not in his church.

My former church recently already damaged after my former pastor were mistook putting a church flyer invitation with age restriction (18-25) going to single women retreat conference, that was the result lot of middle-aged single/divorced women were upset and left church after saw the church flyer. I was one of them.

The congregation enrollment decreased worse month by month. My former pastor panicked seeing the result and asked his FIRST LADY for help why women members enrollment reduced. And his female ministers/pastors also left his church too, 7 out of 23 licensed pastors that was trained by my former pastor.

Therefore, former pastor need to change to respect how middle-aged single/divorced women feel!!!

I was no longer be his member anymore- - -3 years city church!!! Go back to my home rural church in my childhood hometown.

I had been rejected by older men at same age as mine and 5 yr older, but i am more attracted by younger man that is older enough to be my own SON! (age 18-28)!!!

I dunno why society gave a funny name 'COUGARS'.  My former pastor called me 'CRADLE THE ROBBER', that I never understood why he called me until I found out later it talked about age difference. (2 yr difference not bad)  

You ought ask someone who invents 'COUGARS'. I assumed that you have been watch DR. PHIL talk show about 'COUGARS' yesterday afternoon on the TV show (May 2, 2008).

The same reason why older men at age 35-55 attract dating younger women mostly college age between 18-25.

Too many older men reject dating older women- - -same age, NO REASON!!! Prefer opposite attractive in 10 years age difference! Therefore, no choice for too many single older women not find any decent guys same age, choose younger men BETTER THAN NOTHING!!!!

If my daughter is 15 yr old and asks me openly about sex education deeply, then yes! I would take my daughter going to the free health clinic getting free contraceptives. Because all free health clinic in the USA are required to have parent consent giving minor permission obtaining the contraceptives.

There is nothing to be ashamed of as long as safe sexual protection herself (my daughter). I am proud of her!!

IN FACT:
Right now my daughter is grown adult know what to do since i taught her about sex education early at age 12 yr old before enrolling to middle school. She is now gone enrolling college while having full-time job with her bought new car at her own expense.

Yes, I did took her to clinic when she turned 14 yr old the same way that my parent took me when i was her age.

AntiVirus not always caused your system crashes! Also you lack of doing update new virus patches adding to your anti-virus installed that you miss out. IT IS MUST update FREQUENTLY more often! Because out there are over 1 millions viruses spread on your system without ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTION.

It might be your bad motherboard, bad processor (CPU) chip, bad hard disk drive, or bad power supply that cause your system crashes.

It might be you have not update your WINDOWS UPDATE with Service Pack 2. It is found under START button/All Program, you will see its icon "WINDOWS UPDATE". It will automatically prompt new opening windows to run itself detection finding any BAD OR CORRUPTED WINDOWS FILES inside for you. IT IS MUST!!!!

If you have weird language displayed you could not understand to read it, then it could be CHINESE VIRUS you download the CHINESE software that contains virus inside.
