hi everyone ,

Vitamin E oils, D oils, Coconut oil , castor oil,e.t.c If you are using any of these as a skin or hair regimen then you should know how to use them properly to achieve better results.

For the skin, make sure your skin is still wet when you leave the shower ,do not dry up everything before using your skin moisturisers. read more here http://productsthatactuallydowork..com/2013/07/tipstricks-and-techniques-to-making.html

It can be quite challenging when trying to put on an outfit that has so much busy prints such as a floral print fabric.

I hope with these pictures ,we can get some ideas on how to co-ordinate the floral print fabric.

enjoy.

Sorry ...No Offence but i hate this dress.May be its because the dress is meant to give an illusion of a curvy figure wearing it or something.

Don't get me wrong ,The lady is pretty but the dress is hideous, and so far between Stella Aboderin,Toolz, and the Lady up here No one ,absolutely No one has been able to rock this dress and accessorise it properly.

This was what i made for dinner today ,CHICKEN SHAWARMA WITH GRILLED LIVER KEBABS

Just added one sausage each to two of the wraps,i wish i had enough to make more wraps

made a spicey tahini sauce , which i later poured all over the liver .

whats in the skewers? - sprinkled Some olive oil on the green, red peppers ,cucumbers, pineapple and grilled liver(dont like to eat raw onions ,so didn't add it)

garnished with some grape fruits. smiley

FashionRe: Inspiring Hair Blogs! African Hair CAN GROW! by uzoo: 6:40pm On Jul 19, 2013
hermosa: @uzoo you got it in Nigeria? I work in Abuja, you think I can find it here in my city?
@hermosa
Unfortunately i haven't seen any store that carries the JOICO products or HERBAL ESSENCES products in Nigeria.I got mine in the states.

If you are not in a hurry to use it ,You can try and order using a shipper ,It could take a few weeks or less.

@vivicious vivi
I Recently got this INCREDIBLY RICH OIL MOISTURIZING HAIR LOTION BY ORS ,(see picture below)just used it earlier
and i think its good .

It acts as a leave in conditioner for me while still keeping my hair moisturised. My hair is constantly in need of moisture for easy combing and styling because i've got really dry and coarse hair. With this ,i don't think i'll be needing to seal with the oils i have ,(maybe occasionally) will watch and see how it goes.

Ladies, don't forget to use a clarifying shampoo every 2 to 4 weeks to get rid of build up by hair products you use for your hair.....I didnt know that either.

please keep all your hair growth tips coming, the journey is going on smoothly smiley

FashionRe: Who Knows About Neutrogena Light Sesame Formula And Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula by uzoo:
Usually i am really a sucker for anything neautrogena because i havn't bought any of their products and regretted it .

Having said that, the Palmer's cocoa butter might be just what you need for your entire body cream, because the neutrogena works for my facial skin mostly.

i am currently using the Palmers Cocoa Butter Moisturising Oil night and day, which i reviewed here

http://www.productsthatactuallydowork..com/search?updated-max=2013-06-05T09:11:00-07:00&max-results=3&start=9&by-date=false
and its amazing how you can see your skin glow almost immediately after application.
I read through and saw the ff:
Meladerm
Makari's Caviar face cream
Nadinola
Neutrogena healthy skin formula.

My body is light honey brown while my face is dark honey brown. Which of these would restore my face back to my light honey brown tone?
Nadinola has hydroquinone and is used for hyper pigmentation on areas such as your knees and elbows and once you have started with treating the problem , you have to then start using a moisturiser and a sun ''BLOCK''.i am stressing the block because it is different and more effective than sun ''SCREEN''.

As for the Forever sun screen , haven't used it before so i can not say how good it is.Seems everything about Forever Living Products is about Aloe vera ( whether it works or not is what i can not establish since you can get aloe vera on its own anyways.

Try and start a facial regimen.

Scrub 2 or 3 times a week with a facial srub (you can try St.Ives apricot scrub for black heads and blemishes)
then use any of the ones you mentioned above ( Nadinola or Meladerm)

because you are trying to restore your normal complexion , you have to follow up with a sunblock to protect your skin from further darkening.

Try the Neutrogena Sunblock - they have them from SPF 45 and above. whether you are fair or dark in complexion ,the Neutrogena sunblock works by preventing your skin from the damage caused by UVA and UVB rays.

the Neutrogena Clear Skin formula is for acne, blemishes and wrinkles ,you dont need that if you are just trying to restore your skin tone .

i hope this helps.
FashionRe: Solution For My Hair by uzoo: 12:51am On Jul 18, 2013
its not just the product we recommend that will work its also the technique you will have to follow in using the right products for your hair.

try not to apply relaxers to your hair for a few months so it can recover its strength , read this https://www.nairaland.com/1207813/relaxed-hair-lets-challenge-hair it will help.

try conditioners that are tailored for certain hair types like ORS ( Oragnic Roots Stimulator) relaxer kit and their conditioners.

also get a moisturiser for you hair and hair oils such as coconut oil, castor oil ,or olive oil .Use them regularly.

Read these Hair blogs to help you get an idea of how to care for your hair and products you can use.
^^ Even so, no harm in asking them why they did it, irrespective of whether they're down on their luck or high flying achievers.
to be honest , its safer not to ask WHY HE DID ALL THAT because its even worse when you get a Nasty reply from him showing he isn't the slightest bit remorseful of his past.

As for trying to help in any way i can ,i think that should be a big message to him that i've moved on and now the ''bigger man''. Meaning that, that should make him feel apologetic and have no choice but to apologize, and who knows probably make him open up to me by explaining why he behaved badly to me those years.

TV/MoviesDSTV - Worst Cable Service Providers. by uzoo(op): 2:23pm On Jul 17, 2013
I really dont know what more to say, if its not one problem with dstv connection its another with their empty headed staff.

not a week will go by with out seeing the error message on my tv screen, and when you call to have it rectified ,they keep telling you silly stories.

mean while the problem is still there on your screen , not to mention the credit you waste on calling them and they keep putting you on hold.

i dont blame them , its because they have monopolized the service. mmtcchhheeeeeeeeewwwww!.

i cant wait for proper broad band to get here ,no one will bother with these plunkers any more.

If you need to strengthen your hair ,or add a bit more volume to it ,you should try the JOICO range below ,especially the K-PAK ( brown one).

i tried it and cant take my hands off my hair...love the softness. smiley and the best part is its really affordable.
