When blacks or Africans or African Americans commit crimes against their own communities such as drug dealing, armed robberies, burglaries, rapes etc there is a wall of silence from the communities however when they are apprehended or shot these criminals automatically become saints,pillars of society or victims who could never do wrong. A crime is still a crime and I don't care what the ethnicity of the perpetrator is as long as justice is served expediently. If we don't want the police then perhaps the black community needs to start policing itself by dealing with the scum bags within our communities ourselves. Just a thought.

It is available for literary analysis or critique. So you read the newspaper headlines and attributed the massacre to a fictional character from a fictional movie? Seriously? assumptions or myths are not facts.
The joker is an antithesis, I love the character. He is there to spurr the hero into becoming truly heroic.

Saw Dark Knight Rises and it is a brilliant conclusion to the trilogy. Christopher Nolan is a legend.

The joker was Batman's arch nemesis and he was able to show how lacking Batman was as Gotham's hero. He describes himself as an agent of chaos and shows the audience how human beings no matter how noble can turn against other humans just to survive. Ironically, he played his "jokes" and watches people with plans fall all over themselves. He is able to take Gotham's finest and turn him into a villlian - Harvey Dent aka Two Face hence weakening the fight against crime in Gotham.
Perhaps people need to understand the plot, the characters and the underlying messages of the Dark Knight trilogy before dismissing the "Joker" as satanic. Heath Legders performance as the Joker was brilliant and he outshone Jack Nicholson's camp and cheesy performance
The Denver incident shooter was a psychopath plan and simple, blaming it on a film or a fictional character is laughable and bordering on the ridiculous.

I know people who graduated 3rd class but now have very successful careers. One of the chaps was quite lucky to earn an internship with Sony Ericcson in Sweden after graduation in 2002.. He applied with a telecoms company in Nigeria whilst we were overseas and he told us he was heading back home for this job offer. He is presently doing quite well in the company without revealing names and he graduated with a 3rd class?. We place too much emphasis on degrees or educational qualifications.
