Here's a scenario for the brain dead - You go to a shop, buy some goods and then given change by the seller. You walk out and at home you then discover you've been given extra. Once the recipient was aware of the mistake, he is legally obliged to correct that mistake i.e rectify the mistake by returning the whole sum to the bank who were in charge of the poster's account. Anything else will show dishonesty.This payment will have to be agreed with the bank. Honesty from all parties is necessary. Nigeria is in serious trouble considering all the assinine comments on this topic.

Dude, I don't get your argument. Here's a medical practitioner with a duty of care and ethics. The law explicitly states what constitutes extreme pornography and possession of such is an offence under UK law which he cannot claim ignorance. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Moral of the story: Stop forwarding or storing any videos involving child pornography or bestiality under the guise of " I thought you should see this " why would anyone want to view such videos? Once the police seize your phone as part of an ongoing investigation all those videos and photos you thought were deleted can be retrieved. The law is not interested in porn on your phone except the ones above and a few others.
