I have been overpaid before.I cant remember exact amount but it was either #5K or #15K.
I didn't count, got home dropped the cash and went out. I got a call before I got home from the bank telling me I was over paid by their ATM.
I asked they wait till I get home to confirm. When I got home at night i confirmed and called the lady back. The next day i returned the cash.
From my own experience means they are usually aware.

A close cousin of mine is dating a lady, he seems to care about her but has refused to be committed to the relationship.

Only someone who has handled a poultry business can tell you if its really lucrative.
Look around for one or two farms and go and make proper inquiry. Do not go into business without doing proper research.
I know so many farms that have folded up and quite a few that are neck deep in debt.
I always wonder to myself that I thought this was supposed to be a very lucrative business.

It may truly be lucrative but find out the pitfall/risk and put in place proper controls to ensure you do not suffer major loss.

Please pardon my lack of understanding but I had assumed the banks should charge at the officially CBN rate.
I would want someone to enlighten me on why bank are allowed to make abnormal profit at the expense of the masses.
Why are the banks not charging at CBN rates?
I used my naira master card last month for an online transaction and got charged virtually same price as black market and couldn't understand the rationale for this.
Please someone who truly understands how this works and the basis for this policy, if its legal should help throw some light on this.

OP u need to clarify on the porridge or pottage stuff.
Seems to me like what you described here is packaged porridge like oats to be purchased off the shelf and the buyer will have to go cook himself or herself and not cooked pottage as interpreted by most people.

Both ideas are good but you guys need to do proper feasibility study and another thing to consider would be required start up capital.
However personally I think cooked pottage will be more marketable than packaged off the shelf porridge.

I faced same issue.
Imagine the policeman there asking me for N20,000 if i want the application attended to and moved speedily, when we were told its free.
