richidinho:Loool....guy you no well o swear.Nice one. |
DaddySLY:True, but nothing stops her from learning, based on what the OP said, they have been together for 9 years before marraige ,and she was not disvirgined on her wedding night,if you ask me 9 years is a prety long time to have an idea about what makes your man or woman tick emotionally, psychologically and sexually, paying close attention to any changes.Keeping a relationship going hot is like a full time job and time must be set asside for that purpose. Most people are just too lazy to put in said time or not even aware of the enormity of work needed for a lasting relationship. |
Berbierklaus:True...I would also love to add that men and women are very different in the way they think, act and see things, including relationships and hence can never be equal in the real sense of the word(sameness),but entitled to equal oppurtunities,it will do both sexes a lot of good to be aware of these differences in each other including how we see relationships, while i would not condemn those who do,i am not really a fan of going into supposedly serious relationships with the mindset of trying out or testing to see wether it works, one should go into a serious relationship purposefully with full awareness of what he or she is trying to do,this includes becoming aware of the future beloved's traits, features and flaws with some idea of what the future beloved is trying to do also regarding the relationship. This value of patience, studying, observing, being friends with the future beloved before rushing in has all but died in our impatient, quick result and quick fun oriented generation, which is why for some reason we keep trying out different people, leading to some people trying out 10,20,30 different people under the guise of finding that one person. If the idea is just to have fun,by all means one should, but know exactly what he/she is doing and not blindly go into a supposedly serious relationship for all the wrong reasons still expecting a favourable outcome. |
mhiz:I think the bigger problem is that most people have no idea what love is,often atimes they equate love to strong feelings for the beloved which usually happens when we become attracted to,invested in and committed to the beloved which most people then term "falling in love".This feeling of falling in love is really as a result of our very strong psycholigical and biological needs being met by the beloved. Our psychological need to escape loneliness and our biological need for sexual gratification and survival of the specie.True love transcends ephemiral feelings,it is an act of choice," the WILL to extend ourselves for the purpose of nuturing our growth and that of the beloved. While these feelings of falling in love is euphoric and desirable, and since we cannot really nuture our beloves growth without truly knowing him/her,the process of being attracted to,invested in and commited to the beloved associated with the feeling of "falling in love" is important in romantic relationships.I would conclude therefore by stating that while "falling in love" is not in itself real love,it is part of the great and mysterious scheme of love.THE PURPOSE OF A RELATIONSHIP IS NOT TO HAVE ANOTHER WHO MIGHT COMPLETE YOU BUT TO HAVE ANOTHER WITH WHOM YOU CAN SHARE YOUR COMPLETENESS.You cannot share your completeness if you are not complete and the first purpose of love is to nuture your own completeness.REAL LOVE IS HARD WORK AND REQUIRES COURAGE. |
obiorathesubtle:Well...he might have a point but I think the bigger problem is that most people have no idea what love is,often atimes they equate love to strong feelings for the beloved which usually happens when we become attracted to,invested in and committed to the beloved which most people then term "falling in love".This feeling of falling in love is really as a result of our very strong psycholigical and biological needs being met by the beloved. Our psychological need to escape loneliness and our biological need for sexual gratification and survival of the specie.True love transcends ephemiral feelings,it is an act of choice," the WILL to extend ourselves for the purpose of nuturing our growth and that of the beloved. While these feelings of falling in love is euphoric and desirable, and since we cannot really nuture our beloves growth without truly knowing him/her,the process of being attracted to,invested in and commited to the beloved associated with the feeling of "falling in love" is important in romantic relationships.I would conclude therefore by stating that while "falling in love" is not in itself real love,it is part of the great and mysterious scheme of love.THE PURPOSE OF A RELATIONSHIP IS NOT TO HAVE ANOTHER WHO MIGHT COMPLETE YOU BUT TO HAVE ANOTHER WITH WHOM YOU CAN SHARE YOUR COMPLETENESS.You cannot share your completeness if you are not complete and the first purpose of love is to nuture your own completeness.REAL LOVE IS HARD WORK AND REQUIRES COURAGE. |
patriotic9jaboy:So once your a critic of the government, you should be arrested and probed....it is thinking like this that has kept this country in bondage. |
kahal29:Bro,the Judiciary is actually an independent arm of government or should be as enshrined in the constitution and hence not subject to the wimps and caprices of the executives, the NJC controls and regulate the judiciary so are independent. While i do not hold any brief for the accused judges, the SSS should have handled the situation better. The president doing what ur advocating will lead to a constitutional crisis which will bite him in the back. The country is already too unstable as it is.The constitution of the republic must guide every action . |
TrapQueen77:I think a penalty involving money is too linient, bear in mind that the accused could have spent years in jail if the truth was not discovered. |
agbangam:Bro...while I can relate to what ur saying, you need to understand that there are laws enacted to govern and preserve a society and all its institutions, you cannot claim to be fighting the ills of said society by breaking the very same laws that serve to preserve it everytime, there are procedures which should be followed. If to effectively tackle corruption the government needs to disobey its own laws, the system has to be overhauled then. |
sarrki:Bro...if he is a terrorist the government should take him to court, provide proof let justice prevail.Stop trying to justify this governments commando style of wisking and detaining people indefinitely. If everyone continues cheering them on,it will one day move from supposed terrorists to everyone that opposes the government....hell,it has already started, that's what you lots don't understand. |
IamLEGEND1:Bro....calm down,I think its all about context here,ur assertion might have been valid if they were just playing around, according to him its a serious relationship and he loves her, knowing ur girls full names is a basic requirement.Even bad guys should have codes and principles. |
bitchcrafts:You might have a point, but I really do not think its cool not to know or to forget ur girl's full names after 2 years in a relationship, her not been happy about that is justified....my thoughts tho. |
jazinogold:Lol. |
Cherishing:You really do not have to insult people, its their choice to do what they wish with their money,i am sure they have heard the warnings,if eventually anything happens,i doubt they will blame anybody, those who will do it will do it,about 6 people i know have been doing it for over 6 months and they have been paid consistently,i was ofcourse skeptical about it and warned them, what they said was look,we have all gotten almost 3 times what we started with,if it crashes today we r good. For those it might affect well....from what i gathered money is not paid into any central system.Considering the rate at which people r trooping in,i doubt the crash will b soon. |
madridguy:Loool. |
John902:I do not remember mentioning in my comment that I was from the Niger delta region....you see ur life , I guess wole Soyinka who is advocating the government dialogues with the militants is also from the Niger delta region, its people like you who generalize nd group everybody who has opposing views to urs as ur enemies, who r the real problem with this country, everything is "kill Kill Kill!!!...if u r so blood thirsty why not join the military nd go kill everybody in the so called "yeye region" as you have called it.It will do you good to introspect on this quote..." He that is good with the hammer tends to think everything is a nail". |
John902:Stop talking like a child,no peace loving person will support bombings for no reason, but when people rise up against its government, the only way is to handle it diplomaticaly or go the way of syria....the yeye side as you put it is the region sustaining this nation for now. |
LesbianBoy:Bro calm down na....she dey owe you money ? . |
kabrud:Bro,while I am all for respect for each others religion, what will the world look like if we all began to kill each other as a result of disrespect to our religions,we must not let the weaknesses of others dictate our actions, people will always talk, how you respond to what they say is what defines you. |
Stelvin101:Only children, as a result of their inability to express themselves constructively start hurling insults around....grow up bro,SHALOM. |
Stelvin101:And who is going to snuff freedom out of him...you?,is it Jonathan's job to go after the militants,or the government has forgoten how to do its job,or u just feel like typing whatever comes to ur head... |
tinsel:And Jonathan that was called so many unprintable names does not deserve respect abi?.... |
OrlandoOwoh:How exactly is where he decides to stay ur business?,if other leaders decide to stay permanently in their home states, does that mean he must also do that,or does he not have the right to stay where ever he chooses anymore?, the way some of you let ur hatred for the guy turn you into irrational beings is really funny, some say he stole, nothing stops the president from investigating him and jailing him if found wanting, until then u guys should grow up and stop acting like pained and angry kids. |
uzobaby:Don't mind the pained dude..... |
hub:Bro,individuals own some of the exploration companies that drill it nd all,the issue is not about demanding royalties, its about resource control, how can an individual or local demand royalty on a resource that even states in which this crude is found have no real say or power over apart from the extra allocation they get via derivation in the name of oil being on the exclusive list, one step at a time.I also do not support the avengers method of destroying national assets but sadly our government has shown over the years it does not pay attention to peacefull agitations. |
mikolo80:Oga what are you saying...how much does rice, beans, corn or other food products add to the federation acct from which salaries, other recurrent and capital expenditures are shared, stop being ignorant, you claim oil is not important yet a drop in price and sabotage by militants is causing the country so much hardship. We all want our agricultural sector to boom and the country to cut back on it overdependence on oil,we must however stop decieving ourselves and others that oil at the moment is not important. |
diegwu01:In ur twisted mind, everybody that criticizes this government's is an IPOB youth, you need serious help. |
saintdennis:I do not totally agree with you that there r no ethnic sentiments and the Igbo's are the only ones fueling unrest, the deep ethnic nd religious sentiments r so glaring and I am not talking about MASSOB,IPOD,AVENGERS and all, these groups just deepen the already present devisions, most people they claim to represent do not agree with their methods, you said it urself that some people are untouchables irrespective of crimes they might have commited due to what their people would say, this goes to prove my point, about the ND clamor for more control of their resources,it is not a just cause considering....,if it is why then is it not been seriously looked into,nd a road map drawn to bring it to fruition?,what r the people opposing it really scared of?.About the whole biafra ish,i think its a little insensitive for you to just ask them to grow up,most of them grew up hearing about how their grandparents were killed, starved nd their land decimated, irrespective of who is to blame.Refusing to face our history however painful, choosing to bury it and pretend nothing happened will not help matters, help our healing nd foster unity, not everything is about war, spoils of war nd all, everybody has a right to self determination,if they decide they do not want to be part of the union although i think majority do not share this view, its their choice,we cannot continue threatening every region that might want to leave the union with war under the guise of one nigeria. I am a strong supporter of the Nigerian project nd feel we would be greater as one nation but we must draw up a system that would ensure our unity, not a forced union that tends to breed suspicion among the numerous ethnicities, hence the clamour for true federalism which i think might be our only option. |
saintdennis:Your might b right bro but you must understand that Nigeria is a peculiar case, with deep ethnic devisions nd all,the northwest nd north east did not vote for jonathan too in his first tenure but the appointments were spread across board,i am talking about very sensitive positions like the security of the nation nd all,the people who wrote the constitution were conscious of this deep devision hence the inclusion that all appointements must show federal character irrespective of how the people voted.WHILE I THINK THE HATRED A LOT OF EASTERNERS HAVE FOR THE PRESIDENT IS TO A CERTAIN DEGREE NOT JUSTIFIED and that they should realize he would not rule forever, the president must be very careful not to widen the devision, his exclusion of the east from very sensitive position is too glaring, its almost as if he is saying its payback time,it would have been cool nd termed POLITICS if it did not risk the disintegration of the nation, hopefully one day we would rise against ethnic sentiments but for now we must not feign ignorance of its existence. |
saintdennis:Chairman they have a right to vote whoever they wish and the president is not supposed to used that against them, the last time I checked he is also the president of the south east region . |
omenka:Most of what you have stated might be true, but there is a first time for everything, national development and progress should not be halted or slowed as a result of party politics. They should move on already. |
lovedatruth:Just as you have stated that we must not approach this issue with just out hearts but with our brains as well,I also admonish you not to approach it with just ur brain but also ur heart, although unverifiable some of the allegations u have stated against the organization might be true, but ask urself certain questions...was the action of the army really justified?, were they as armed and posed so much threat at that point in time to b decimated to that level?,is what u have stated enough reason to kill women nd children, youths who would have had an otherwise bright future?.We must in our quest to fight EVIL be carefull that we do not become the EVIL we seek to fight,i am neither a muslim nor from the north but was almost brought to tears at the sight of brutalized dead children and women. WE MUST TRY TO NEVER IN OUR QUEST TO FIGHT EVIL LOOSE OUR HUMANITY. |

, I guess wole Soyinka who is advocating the government dialogues with the militants is also from the Niger delta region, its people like you who generalize nd group everybody who has opposing views to urs as ur enemies, who r the real problem with this country, everything is "kill Kill Kill!!!...if u r so blood thirsty why not join the military nd go kill everybody in the so called "yeye region" as you have called it.It will do you good to introspect on this quote..."
