Abuja became Nigeria's capital in 1991. All official designations of Lagos as capital of Nigeria stopped in 1991. OBJ was president from 1976 to 1979 and never operated from Abuja. Babangida sacked Buhari as Head of State in Dodan Barracks Lagos and not Abuja. Your lies are too cheap to hold water.
I hope you know that in terms of IGR, Abuja is only second to Lagos. Only Abuja and Lagos boast of modern standard gauge rail in the whole of Nigeria. Only Abuja and Lagos host foreign embassies and consuls in Nigeria. All international and top industries in Nigeria have offices in Lagos and Abuja. In terms of road infrastructure, Abuja is second only to Lagos. Same with aviation traffic. All these are not coincidences.
They happen because of federal presence and investments in both areas.
So you can jest all you want. It does not change the fact that federal investments and presence is what made Lagos develop at the rate it is. If you want to credit Tinubu for anything, you can say he remodeled or modernized Lagos.
But to claim he built Lagos to the fifth biggest economy in Africa is a big fat lie.
