Another thing not looked at properly are wasteful national expenses.

Let's look at the states
- They have too many reps, that also gets too much benefits and also dip their dirty hands in various projects.
- The LG chair is as good as useless because they are under any chief(s) in that LG
-The governor has no one to audit him or her
etc

Then FG
- The reps are all about where they can cut any project money
-They earn too much for no reason. - I mean personally, I think if you are among the law makers of a place like Nigeria, you should have a reasonable benefit but not up to what they are getting.
-They is so much incompetence all around the board including ministers and others. They have no clue of the complexities involved.
-They don't have any passion for Nigeria. They prefer to depress Nigeria and throw a few nuts on the floor for people to fight for.

In general, the whole society from end to end are not principled people. We are in our own way to progress. All our prayers against hinderance and all those is coming back to us.

I think the FG need to restructure the conduct of businesses in Nigeria.

On one front, they need to have a 3rd party that businesses would pay to for payroll payout. So, before you get approved for business, after all your equipment and other setup expenditures which shouldn't concern FG except fraud or criminal activities are involved, every business should have 5 months worth of payroll before any employee is officially hired.

This will help cushion the long long stories that employers tell their employees. Things like bonus pay can be reported after you have paid the employee. This will also help if at 3 months, the employer has not posted money for the next 5 months, then the 3rd party can alert the employees that their potential future money has not been updated. That way they can be mentally prepared.

This will also help in sieving the chaff from the real thing in regards to employers I think the FG, SG, and LG needs to be 3rd party assisted in this regards too. That way you can avoid owing the civil servants. And moreover you can deduct taxes to help the nation.

When will we tell Niger that our new way of friendship also includes resources cooperation. Niger has many valuable resources but like other African countries, they don't have no clue of what to do with them.

Niger need to sign resources and other beneficial deals with Nigeria. They need to sign a 100 year deal with us.

Also when will Nigeria leader meet with Congo leader. We need better cooperation with the Congo. If I am to link Nigeria to a spiritual failure (I don't normally do this), i would say it is the curse of the Congo. Congo is Africa's first child - she has every resources every other african country has, Congo inherited the most wealth from Africa, followed by Nigeria - Africa's second child. Nigeria has the big body(population), but that doesn't mean we should be disrespecyful to the Congo. We need to start showing respect to our older sibling. We need to let the Congo know that we can grow together like how we relate with Ghana and even Niger.

Back to Niger, it is time to open up your country to Nigeria, stop using Islam to exclude your nation from all of Nigeria, or we need to start doing the same to you. No time.

mumu man pussen.

You think say na only talk mata, try am.

Kpatakpata, everybody finish.

They always claim largest number of mass destructive weapons, very lame people. When USA didn't know that Russia was soft as a pillow, they(US) went on to amass weapons in the 100s of thousands. But now, they know that russia is nothing but a fellele ball.

Pussen, Ukraine is training on how to win that kind of war, who do you think the teachers are? But you can bet your testicles, russia will be totally destroyed. Many of your weapons will not even lift off or exit, whether on land or sea or space.

America has figured that they can beat Russia with just conventional weapons alone. America in the 50s was ready to delete all of USSR and china during GenerL Eisenhower's era. What am I even saying, russia intelligence knows that America alone will decimate them. So the Russians are planning to contaminate the world's ocean and air in the event of war, just to make life hard for any survivors. A very wicked and non contributing nation.

The only thing russia does for Africa is AK 47 or sell other weapons; while they steal African resources. Russia is a world cancer.

One original royal with history to back it up.
One original better than all the fakes we have in Nigeria put together.

If you colonized Nigeria, Ghana, SA, USA, Canada, Australia, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and more, then you are a real royal. Out of these countries I named, many are doing very good except for one.

RiP to Queen Elizabeth.

No nigerian fake royals can garner this much respect in a gburugburu fashion. They don't have any winning history, if it's not to marry many wives and bully regulars, because they were foolishly given that authority.

Go and listen about the queen, na about most of the people in the world that she assisted. Nigerian royals only care about why the governor did not appoint his approved candidate for a job that he can be funneling Nigeria's finances from.

Developmental royal not fakes in Nigeria, that really were the colonizers and had no regional or global development or wins. Tufia to all fake royals.

FreeStuffsNG:
In one breadth they are in court to compel FG and ASUU to resolve the issue, in another they are breaking the law by resorting to this self help nonsense. They will not help ASUU or politicians funding them.

FG has no N1.3 trillion for ASUU, SSANU, NASU, NAAT so the students should demand that FG and the unions raise school fees to make up the difference and make FG stop creating new universities.

Some of those fees in FG universities are completely impractical .For example, paying N90 for accommodation for 1 full session in 2022 to enjoy all hostel facilities and services is ludicrous because it is not even up to the cost to print the reciept!!

Full scholarships should go to only serious, hardworking and diligent students who are top in both character and learning , nowhere in the world is free or subsidized university education for academically weak and unserious students who fail because of their unseriousness and end up being kicked out of the university after wasting the slot. It is completely inappropriate use of scarce resources to subsidize university 'student' who is not serious in character and learning.

Those 'students' with a horrible entitlement mentality, lazy youth idlying away on social media insulting Buhari and others old enough to be their grandparents should pay full raised fees to get them to become serious enough to switch back to scholars. University education that can not be completely free should devote its free services from scarce resources to only those students who take scholarship and university education serious.

Properties › Re: Panic In Abia Community As Erosion Site Swallows 2-storey Building (Pix, Video) by viodemus: 8:54pm On Sep 18, 2022
Only in Nigeria do a little complex issue become insurmountable.

From my view, based on raw science, if you know the water table of that area, and also understand the water flow in the area, then you can plan a better underground and ground level piping system. This will relieve the soil of its absorbed rain water or home or business building water (portable and non portable). Then the LG can come up with a better home building guideline in that area.

One of the problem is obviously the soil type, its moisture properties, then seeing how to the manage the moisture level. If they had a better water management, they would be able to manage that can help strengthen the soil in the areas you want to manage.

In this case, I think the builders didn't study the soil well enough. Did the building fall more where the building draini terminates, - if so lack of foundation understanding and lack of maintenance.

The LG needs to understand the erosion surface grains, better understand the deterioration points or areas. Understand the pattern of degradation. Have those data, so that people can help you with solutions. Some things are policy, while somethings are engineering.

Source: https://www.icirnigeria.org/siemens-fg-power-project-mega-transformers-to-arrive-september-minister/
Oh okay. Thank you for more clarity. I wasn't sure and was lazy to research.

The FG need to figure it out, have the right experts to represent the best intrest in the project, and have the right equipments and personnel to maintain it. . As for me, am speaking more from a mechanical background, so am thinking thermodynamics in this case.

So it seems these are wet transformers that can with stand high heat, because I see those short exhaust lines, and the closeness to the other exhaust lines; these cannot be stationed in the midst of residential areas, and if already there, homes and businesses cannot be built around it. I don't know their threshold. These are medium size in the industrial strength scope, one giveaway is the length of the exhaust protrusion.
I think that can also be said of dry type transformers of this size.

I don't know if it's a step up or step down. It seems like a step down because of the exhaust system behind. to disperse the heat of the coils.

Whether in distribution or generation, they are moving at a slow pace. They need to choose a power generation mode, build the necessary infrastructure, and buy the right equipments for it, bring the right builders and hire the right maintenance personnels that are willing to be disciplined to know about it, earn while you help and learn.

Ghana is moving to higher levels, not moving as fast as I like, but their little steps are quality steps. When they really improve on maintainance sanitation, that will help them create more attractions and more money.

They see Nigeria's corruption rot but choose not to adopt it based on principle. Good for them.
Politics › Re: FG-Siemens Power Deal: Transformers Arrive Nigeria by viodemus: 5:09am On Sep 18, 2022
This looks like some kind of combustion and exhaust system. I see three chambers, I can't tell, but it seems like each combustion chamber has it's own exhaust system. I also can't tell if one exhaust chamber can handle all three combustion capacity running at 90% each. I think that because that will tell me how much capacity and efficient the system is.

Overall, this looks like a continuous condensing exhaust system. If it is, that's good because it can handle more capacity. One of those combustion and exhaust chamber is like a generator.

How much capacity is that system? If we already have gas, I suspect that one of the combustion and exhaust chamber (if that's what I think it is) can serve three streets at 10 houses per street. And that's if that's every house is running all their appliances.

Overall, we need to be seeing 1000 of this a month for the whole year, while they invest in other forms of generating electricity.

To conclude in my opinion, this is weak
Politics › Re: Insecurity Scaring Investors Away From South East – ADC by viodemus: 4:42am On Sep 18, 2022
This is one of the top problems for sure. Not rocket science.

Leaders nationwide, need to assist in creating the environment and laws for business to flourish. Only in Nigeria is public leadership a get wealth scheme. And in the process wrecking peoples lives.

Set the laws, make adjustments when needed, make unifying and fair laws, assist with infrastructure, education, and development; then stay out the way. Most of these blueprints are already there in successful places, pick the one that favor you, remix it to your taste, then use it; until it comes a time that you can make blueprints that others wish to integrate.

If you ask me, Nigeria is suppose to be more close to paradise than anywhere in the world.

Universities have failed Naija. wasting 50b on a school, is wasteful, then times 36. It is wasteful. Nigeria should have only 12 proper unis, or even 6 nationwide. That's how it should be.

I think all states need to hire 50% of their commissioners from each zone.

I also think it would be fair if ministers of FG comes from every state. So if you have 100 appointments, 72 of that should have 2 people from every state, then the remaining should be presido's discretion. I think nigerian FG shouldn't have more than 100 posts. that is wasting money. even ambassadors should be 70 at most.

I also believe that voting for anybody in Nigeria, should be based on how long you have stayed and/or worked in a place, so if you are from say kano, and have been handling business or staying in imo for 5 months, in a verifiable address with all your data, then you are entitled to vote there or at another place you have stayed for 5 months, in a 18months span. You can only vote in one lga election, one governorship election - if you have stayed there for 1 year, and then preside if you have lived in Naija for 18months in a 4 year span.

That way, the lg and the SG, and even the presido will factor your vote, and be nice to all.

I get her point better now. I differ with her on how she went about it.

I don't want any unvotable crown over Nigeria like the great USA, but we can be cordial with the UK.

I also cannot deny my admiration for the history and legacy of the British royal and other legit royals.

The queen did not wear masquerade attires everyday, and she moves around shaking people, helping people, economic sense progress. Not like the fakes and Halloweeners in Nigeria, they don't do nothing but like to balance and have mumu people bow and form guardian.

Ms anyi, you are actually harming the igbos.

Nigeria is a tinder box right now, more than ever, and maybe into next year. We all wish peace, but wickedness may happen ( we all pray not), at the last round of wickedness, we prayed, 3 mil happened. We all wish for peace and love with all, but don't group igbos to begin with a disadvantage again.

What if one of the other two major tribes, or even others, decides to teach igbos more than a 3 mil lesson, they might have a head start in toys, we thought was for all, but they kept to themselves. If they allow the devil use them like that - God forbid;
But if it gets to that, what can the igbos do? Do you think the Brits will try to help resolve it on time, or even help your aggressor.

I am sure that your baby elephant trunk nose is affecting your vision, so because they buried your relatives, now you want to finish everyone else with your tactless ways. You could have made your point in a measured way.

Well, the igbos love America, Israel, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany,, Ukraine, and other good people of the world.

Igbos love peace, but things must equal and balance for all in Nigeria. We want peace, but you can never tell. That is why if the uk, and others are neutral or support all parties, that will be good for us, that way we can reciprocate wickedness. We can be busy over their skies.

Imagine say uk gada you n law, us gada you himars, wetin you dey talk, you no go talk about am, because e go be equal or even favorable.

We don't pray for evil, but don't put igbos in a corner when we have not fully understood how the devil use people.

I pray for a peaceful, prosperous, mature, and fun United Nigeria.
