We're not talking about medical appointments, ask that your so called doctor if he has anti-venom in his hospital, you dont just dabbles into argument without the right information.

I live in Lagos, and that's where I have lived for the past 48 years, my younger brother is a qualified doctor and when I said no Nigerian hospital has snake antivenom I know what I am saying.

I am not a doctor but I am surrounded with closed family members who are into different medical fields. A neighbor was bitten by a snake at late hour. Her husband called their family doctor who stabilized her before sending her husband back home to get pictures of the suspected snake they killed which eventually helped doctor to get the right drug. So bro stop assuming. In Lagos and Portharcourt, I know several private hospitals that people travel from Europe and America for medical appointments and are happy at the end of the day.
