That's my weight and I am 6' 2". I don't know how tall you are, but for a lady that's heavy.

The best way to lose weight still remains eating low calorie food and exercise. You may even go for fruit fasting somedays.
You just have to be patient and consistent, it won't happen overnight just the same way you didn't gain this weight overnight. Btw, how tall ate you ?

Please how can I overcome the temptation of overeating and lose the excess weight. I don't wanna suffer diabetes or hypertension neither do I wanna die of a heart attack. I'm only 22 years old.

. I already know of the calories consumed and calories burnt thing but I still end up over eating after attempting to count calories. Is there any product that has helped anyone here to lose weight quickly .?

Hmm, hmmm, hmmmmm, i don't even know what to say, because i'm fed up with everything. I feel so powerless, frustrated and forsaken everytime i wake up in the morning, my life is stagnant, no progress whatsoever despite my strive, effort to make it in life.

When i couldn't secure a job after service for two years, i swallowed my pride and turned myself to a printing apprentice at the age of thirty, but getting a space and works has been so difficult after graduating from this few months ago.

I've visited some pastors and alfas and they all asked me to bring some money for deliverance and freedom from satanic bondage, because they would have to invite some prayer warriors as they can't do it alone, the least they asked me is 14k and the highest is 75k, where on earth do they expect me to get that kind of money, and this sometimes, makes me ask myself whether true men of God still exist in this country.

Although, someone told me to go to Ori-Oke Baba Abiye in Ede, Osun State, but i'm so tired of visiting all these so called pastors and alfas (God forgive me).

I do see some signs in my life which makes me believe that i really need deliverance for me to have a breakthrough in my life. If you know any true man/woman of God, pls help me i beg, as the year is gradually coming to an end, and may God bless you as you do so, thanks a lot.

Op be careful where you go to seek deliverance. If possible I advise you to go for a masters program or do a certification.
Many of these pastors are runs men. There is one that told a graduate to bring 90k for deliverance. Now tell me how will someone get that amount ? Apart from that, he once prescrbed family deliverance for one of his members. And each member will have to sow a seed according to their age. If one is 30 years, he will path with 30k. Like that.

Some broke up friends are the cause of why their friends dump them or stay away. Being broke is not licence to be demanding for assistance from your friends and expect them to always meet up with your demands, they too have issues to take care of.

I once have a friend who was always demanding. In his joblessness state he gave birth to another child and got his wife pregnant again. He has a second lady whom he intend making his second wife, an aged father and mother to take care of and here i am a bachelor at over 30 trying to settle down, and with my own financial responsibility. Even when you are complaining of cash crunch, he still expect you to attend to his need first.

During all this i always remember my father who was dump by his friends and relatives, people that he help at the detriment of his family. There are friends he single-handedly paid their house rent, went ahead to provide them feeding money for them and their family, fuelling their cars and so on but they deserted him when things changed and some where saying " what did he do with his money"

So before we critize our friends action let try and know where they are coming from. You will have friends who will want to help but their family first and some, is our attitude or reaction is what drove them away.

That's another angle. I know some people who are good at begging and not even giving back. There was a guy I met who lost his job. He had a nice apartment, a wife and two sons. According to him, he has a housr Ikorodu. When this guy was financially down, I used to help him with the little I have.
That was years back. We spoke recently on phone and I was glad to hear from him. He said he was coming to Lag ( he works offshore) for business. When we met, the first thing he said was, "o boy I dey stranded. Though I couldn't help him, I showrd him where he could spend the night. He expected me to give him something like 4k.
There are people like that who find it easy to beg. Just be friendly to them and the next thing you hear is o boy you fit give me 100 card there.

Yes.There are both sides to it. Some people when they make money, they stop flowing with their former friends. But when money is no more, they come back to the same friends they've forgotten.
I know a relative that when all was well with him, he didn't care about us. (It wasn't as if we needed his money, though.) He was rather friendly to other family members who though were rich, but they exaggerated their wealth.
Things went bad for this particular dude and the relatives he was close to ignored him. But today he's no coming close to us and sometimes gets assistance. Life can be funny.
