preciousoz: Am realy amazed with the way Nigerian Youth thinkNo! I can only forgive but I 'll never forget. If you say you don't know the unshakeable truth, and, the true series of events that led to the genocide; then, you must be a liar. No matter how you choose to justify the wanton killings of innocent men and women of Igbo extration (since 1945) and finally, the pogrom of 1966 that led the civil war; the truth 'll always prevail. We don't really need peace in Nigeria, we need justice |
45 yrs after, the blood of the innocent still crying for justice and they want us to sweep everything under the carpet and act as if nothing happened. Mrs tokunbo awolowo is currently disappointed that her father was a murderer: I wonder what the daughter of muritala mohammed 'll blot out when confronted with the enormity of the atrocious and genocidal acts her father committed. I'm ashamed to be a citizen of a country where murderers are regarded as heroes; where I'm expected to rever and not to question the genocidal acts of the so called heroes. Shame to all that have kept quiet even in the face of these damning evidence: I cry for Nigeria. |
Eko Ile: With all the problems facing Nigeria and considering the fact that his superior, the only nigerian Nobel winner is out there and always been fighting for the common man, this useless broken down lunatic still buried and locked in the sixties is spending his last breath of ugly air fanning hatred, tribalism and idiocy. My dear, if you don't know where you're coming from, how would you know where you're heading to. Why do you want us to sweep all these atrocious and genocidal acts under the carpet whilst the blood of those innocent men, women and children are crying for justice. Don't you think it is better for us all to look ourselves in the face and address these genocidal acts, make amends and make sure it never happens again. If you call yourself a real man, tis time you stopped playing the ostrich and face reality, make amends where necessary and move on for the betterment of mankind. |
CyberG: By declaring seccession. Seccession is an act of war.Pls can you elaborate on what caused the secession which according to you is a declaration of war? |
sneedpahpaz: dude,r Ʊ 4 real?ur post goes 2 show just ow ignorant Ʊ r.....it was a war, both sides were tryn 2 win it,will dey do dat by shaking hands?remember it was dis same ibos dat started d war,so why r dey still bitching abt it?abeg research well b4 Ʊ post anytin...punk!pls can you tell us how the Igbos started the war? |
Eeya! Mrs tokunbo awolowo is disappointed that her father was a murderer. Take heart dear; the truth only hurts it doesn't kill. |
Lai Mohammed, if you guys didn't sell then, who did? |
Pls pardon her; she didn't even know the meaning of what she said. Since others were talking she decided to talk too. |
ekt_bear: How about we declare a ceasefire on these pictureswhy? Are you ashamed of awolowo's genocidal acts? Pls learn to look at those pics everyday so as to remind you of the 'brave acts' of your hero; afterall, all is fair in war. |
Never knew they are this cheap. So all these noise is all about the benjamins. Acn I hail o! |
When it comes to raising money for their political leaders via tax, they will enact some stup!d laws that 'll force me to be a Lagosian by fire by force but when it comes to contesting for the same political office and enjoying some of the pecks that comes with it, I would be reminded that afterall, I'm not a true lagosian. Talk of hypocrisy of the highest order. Don't you guys think that what is good for the goose, is also good for the gander. |
Lord_Reed: Apparently you just came from taking your favorite alcoholic beverage in excess before you posted this. Where in my post did I insult either President's person or his office? In your eagerness to defend him you left the bounds of propriety to insult not knowing you expose your own inadequacies.pls stop making a fool of yourself and nxt time don't start what you know nothing about. |
intrepid: I am having the notion that considering the state of the nation since independence,NIGERIA would have made much more progress all round by now if the colonial masters were PHYSICALLY PRESENT HERE to manage our affairs..There are real disadvantages though but I dont think it would have rivalled what we have on the ground now in this place called Nigeria.Whats your take people? Happy Independence day:-D;-(If Nigeria were to still be under British rule, you'll still be a slave in your fatherland answering one idiota 'masser masser' and I bet you nothing like freedom and deciding your own fate. Secondly, Nigeria will be minimally developed cos the British only came to squander, steal and destroy. Our educational system 'll still be backward and literacy level very low as they are only interested hn stealing our resources (you can bear me withness they didn't open a single university when they were around). The only thing they would've developed is the railway sector; for quick transport of stolen resources to the UK. |
acidtalk: You are obviously a product of bad governance which have translated to the dead state of the Educational Sector. For opening this trash you called a thread, I can see how intelligent and wise you are. Fyi, I'm not here to brag about my contributions and efforts to the development of my fatherland; you can do that with my children. Pls nxt time, look for your mate son, tis obvious from what you wrote up there, you still have a lot of growing up to do. Happy independence anniversary |
Goldieluks: Its just a thought, Duh! stop fretting! Then, what kind of stup!d thought is that? If we all decide to bash and denigrate our fatherland tell me, who 'll stand up for him |
You guys are all sounding so foolish; the present state of Nigeria is a collective indictment of all. The problems of Nigeria lies with the man in the mirror. |
If I talk now them go talk say I don start again. Just imagine some people and goats competing who wise pass. |
Do I join you guys to condemn Nigeria? NO! Nigeria has really come a long way and for a country with no proper foundation and direction, still being together is a great achievement. I KNOW WE 'LL GET THERE ONE DAY. Congratulations Nigeria |
ehie: DONKEYIs that your surname? Ehie Donkey. Lol |
