FamilyRe: Whats Responsible About Married Men? by warrior01: 8:17pm On Sep 04, 2012
Missy_B: Perhaps!

And there are tons of married men like that.
A few days ago a lady launched a thread about her husband clubbing w/out her. . .If marriage made people responsible, was that man absent the day change came knocking or he's simply immune to change?

Ah! You've not seen/heard of husbands and fathers that spend money in beer parlors or on young girls while his children's school fees haven't even been paid let alone pocket money given to the kids?
Perhaps, you married a man with a good head on his shoulders . . . Just dey thank God!
There are too many useless married men out there that mere listening to their stories is enough to make one question the seriousness of the institution.
Lmao

who told you the man 'bailed out' without the woman's consent? This is becoming the norm of a people from a certain part of the country. Once issues like this arise, the man with the tacit support of his wife will disappear from the scene only to reappear when the donations start coming in.
FamilyRe: Y Are There Always Tragic Stories About Marriage On Nairaland by warrior01: 8:52am On Sep 04, 2012
It's so unfortunate the family section has been taken over by frustrated hypocrites and pretenders who have virtually turned every thread whether real or fake to a battle of the sexes without taking into where we are all coming from and our ways of resolving family issues. The most disheartening part is that they rarely practise what they preach.

Demdem: The only thing expected from the thief is to resign and cover his face in shame and allow the Retardeen to appoint a competent person. Anything this thief does or says has no honour and should be discarded. That is what is done in sane societies. I cant imagine we have a confirmed thief on the prowl in Aso Rock. Thats a bad precedence.
I have no issues with the power reform at all for now.
You're always sounding like a broken record; pls try and get a life before you unknowingly commits suicide all because of Gej and his transformation agenda.

acidtalk: *Laugh make me pull out my BMX bicycle to ride to Germany go visit Patience*

Nigerians are just too gullible.
They just believe every single line they read.
Someone is globe troTting and looting your National treasury and you all are here laughing and cracking jokes about her fake "food poisoning tales".

I pity una.
By the time the joke clears off your face you will realize IMF, World bank and the G8 countries are ringing bell to auction Nigeria and Nigerians to the highest bidder as you all have drowned in unending debt.

Obasanjo doesn't just talk for nothing he has given you all a perfect clear sign about the state of the Nigerian Treasury but you all are too myopic to realize the meaning of his last public statement of the state of our Debt burden.

Remember he called The entire NASS members crooks barely a week before the issue of Farouk Lawan's bribe scandal was made public.

If you all don't become serious and face the problem of Nigeria with tiffness, sooner than later you all will end up being refugees in Ghana, Benin Republic and even Somalia.

Nigeria as been and is being looted each passing seconds. You all need to stand up and fight against ciorruption.

The Food poisoning tale is 100% false
Since no summit or any event to justify the first lady's foreign trip they had to bring this up to cover up their LOOTING TRACKS.
Abeg, carry this your useless yarn comot here. There is time for everything

cantell: You've dated more than 30 Igbo girls? Clap for yourself! The level of your stupidity is quite boring.
Do you think we care if one foolish Igbo girl was silly enough to spread her legs for you?
Let me make one thing clear, if you truly have an Igbo friend like you claim to, you'll never say anything bad about Igbos, online or anywhere.
Friends do not talk about their friends behind their backs.
Btw, if you've actually dated about 30 Igbo women(slept with, is the right word) it simply means you're reaching out either because you admire them(Igbos) or you hate them so much and the only way you think you can get back at them is by sleeping around with their women.
Pathetic and unsound way of dealing with pain/hate.
Also, judging from the way you sound in your posts, it's quite obvious you're still a kid, cos any guy who goes around talking about the women he slept with, is nothing but a kid.
if you're a day older than 30, then i must sadly say that all hope is lost.

Mannylex: When this garri thingy started, it was funny, but as soon as it turned a national anthem, it started forming nuisance... The garri thingy has beclouded the reasoning of our once upon a time reasonable and matured nairalanders. Now nobody wants to think, they just want to mention the garri thingy whenever a thread is opened! Imagine someone replying how "how does is affect the price of garri" even when a thread about people losing their life is opened, imagine someone's father, or someone old enough to be a father asking for the price, of garri when serious issues are been discussed. Indeed, u guys need to get a life! ! Nairaland used to be a site where people of sound reasoning converge, but now it has been infiltrated, infiltrated by children, or matured individuals, wiv the mind of children! @ poster, go and get yourself something handy to do, like selling garri, then and only then would u get first hand information when the price of garri is affected! angry
Thank God you said 'Nairaland used to be a site where reasonable people converge' but the fact now is that Nairaland is now more or less a hate site with first class hypocrites as mods. If truly Seun wants to 'sanitise' it, He knows where to start.

TravelRe: Denial Of Licence To Airlines: Oduah Has Sectional Agenda - Rep by warrior01: 6:53pm On Aug 29, 2012
Katsumoto: In my initial post, I at least considered other factors other than money.

I considered the safety of passengers who have to journey from Enugu to Abuja. I also considered the economics of such a maove and that's why I started with if it is not economically viable for the airlines to fly to enugu, then the consumer suffers. Mr economics, do you understand why I made that statement? If the minister insists that the airlines use Enugu as a base and then refuse, the consumer suffers because competition is refused on the routes those airlines want to fly and as such, price doesn't go down as it should do.

With regards to your second comments, unless you can prove that a great percentage of those flying through Abuja and Lagos are from the East, then you have no leg to stand on. There is an international airport at PH (which is in the East) and more flights would operate from there if the demand was there.

However, if your point was that absolutely no one should travel more than an inch to fly international, then I suggest you contact the minister and advise her to situate an airport in every local government, starting with yours.

You must be a child if you think that opening an airport in a city is what opens it up to international business.

I don't engage animals in debate and I will simply ignore you if you respond with another post filled with idiocy, brigandry, and insults. I have never debated with you before and I don't understand why you started your post in such a manner unless you are one of those with multiple IDs.
i think you're utterly confused or simply biased. As you said, if your consideration is not money but the safety of the passengers that will be travelling to enugu; don't you think we should all be equally 'concerned' about the safety of other nigerians travelling from other parts of the country to lagos and abuja in order to make their trips? Is what is good for the goose no more good for the gander? Once again, since we all believe in one nigeria, don't you think it makes more economic sense to open up other parts of the country to the world instead of only lagos and abuja?
TravelRe: Denial Of Licence To Airlines: Oduah Has Sectional Agenda - Rep by warrior01: 5:31pm On Aug 29, 2012
Katsumoto: If it is not economically viable for the airlines to fly to Enugu, then it is the Nigerian consumer who suffers.

If the airlines do fly to Enugu, the Nigerian consumer still suffers - 1)additional risk of flying or driving to Enugu 2)Additional expenses such as hotels, transport, etc.

Nothing makes sense in that country; how those who live there manage to survive beats me.
your stup!d sense of reasoning didn't let you know that it would actually stimulate the economy as more jobs will be created through connecting flights, hotels etc.
Moreso, it didn't occur to you that some people in a particular region have equally been travelling to lagos and abuja in order to make their trips out of the country. Don't you think it makes more economic sense to open up other parts of the country to international business instead of concentrating only in lagos and abuja.

chucky234: I posted some shady activities and ridiculous spending of Barth Nnaji few days back but no one care to notice because we are blinded by 1000MW generated in 24 months without looking at how much the man spent each year to achieved that, about N780bn was spent in 2011 alone to supply gas and retweaked already existing plants. The man is yet to account for the N2bn grant handed to him by Japan for Solar power project,we should learn to look beyond the little achievement of our so called ministers as that's the only way we can curb corruption.
will you shut your stinking mouth up. As if your biased opinion matters
