Encomium:I'm glad there're still people who think like this. there is still hope then Speaking abt the issue, with the way relationships are overated, allow me to say "what goes up must come down" This is what happens when the twisted and warp opinions abt relationships/marriages (guided/advocated by society and the media for monetary gain) are hardwired into people from a young age. With the effort it takes to maintain a relationshio these days (can anyone say its easy?!) and these "mindsets", what would one expect to do when the knot is tired? RELAX!!! It is human nature. When you create a lifestyle isn't real, it's bound to wear you out. This is why it always pays to be yourself at the end of the day. |
it's i my profile. just added. good one |
That, was, most, UNFAIR!!! for your mind o! shioooooo!! na competition?! but seriously, we need to get in touch, email.IM me , and she looks ALMOST like Yoruichi Sama in Bleach! Nice one! |

I guess there some titles that will never be out of vogue. Proof that the true answer is an elusive one. ![]() For me, a romantic person is someone who prove to you beyond doubt, that the relationship has meaning and substance. Anything other than that is just fickle and for a time only (not that that is a bad thing for playas though) If you think about it, it cover all the "he's a listener, caring, understanding,[insert yours here]" and whatever "paper qualities" that men have been raised up to smash (bad boys) and then trained to uphold (later on) at some point in their lives respectively. |
Please read this carefully. Is it true I wonder?!! Before Marriage Boy: Yes. At last. It was so hard to wait. Girl: Do you want me to leave? Boy: NO! Don't even think about it. Girl: Do you love me? Boy: Of course! Over and over! Girl: Have you ever cheated on me? Boy: NO! Why are you even asking? Girl: Will you kiss me? Boy: Every chance I get! Girl: Will you hit me? Boy: Are you crazy! I'm not that kind of person! Girl: Can I trust you? Boy: Yes. Girl: Darling! After marriage - - - simply read from bottom to top ![]() |
Otio! Now that's comedy! I guess the lady got more than what she bargained for in a last second revenge act. lol sometimes truth really is stranger than fiction, |
Now, for the record, this is REAL. This was the final product of a human, with and iQ of [insert number of your choosing after you're done reading] accepted this as completly ok. The link is here: http://deoluakinyemi.com/categoryjob-blog/2006/04/ The sample in question is pasted below. Happy reading! Vacancy - Law Firm |
Well now, this is the part you're not told abt when people talk abt the rewards of "yahoo boys". lol |
Another case of an impending victim of success. Oh well, let's see how this goes. It's still too early to draw any kind of conclusion. |
layout is simple, as far as KISS is concerned, good work. Although i was expecting something a little "brighter" (travelling, immigration, etc) 1- You shd use div tags more often to replace the tables in the layout. Declaring multiple tables(esp nested ones) add to the overhead size of the page 2- You should add all styling in one stylesheet, since the server has to load all before displaying the page. 3- In relation to (1), you could add paddings to handle shifting of text from the border (in this case the navigation section). This removes the need for nested tables. All in all, i like the clean look. that's it. kudos |
sheee-eit! lmao |

Busta:WORD! @poster, listen to her o! experience has shown that what never works the first time mostly never works ultimately! |
I once had this nuisance of a problem. I'm glad i deployed the solution when i was a rascal. It was on a festive night, i got enough fireworks to start a war, and threw it over the fence! (they were on the other side). The next day they started shouting holy ghost fire on the "rascal". Well, naija style prevailed "fire for fire". But later i just got used to them. It seems tolerance is now a double edged sword. |
True. One of the many hurdles men have to cross At the end of the day, 98% of all relationship problems are caused by insincerity. Add to that the fact that it starts from the 1st date and, ;-) |
Iice and busta, never fail to make me laugh! @poster, it's a matter of insecurity. They think that we would reject them if they tell.just like they add '19' at the end of thier email address, not knowing they'll spill all the beans sooner or later! |
, shit!!:-o should have known better! |
Lol. That's the name of the game.there's no hiding place for the big and famous.but i'll reserve further comments till i read the full article. |
A perfect example of what nigerians can do in the right environment. I love it. started watching recently. do they hace website? that would be the next step. |
1) Guniess Football advert 2) Bank Phb IPO Offer (Baskeballer makes orbitary satelite slam dunk) 3) Celtel caller tunz 4) Let them come (Nations Cup Ghana 08) 5) Glo (3g network and underground fiber) |
niyyie:Do you use access master card? and if so, which sites have you used them for? if anyone has used a Nigerian Bank issued mastercard, he/she should post which site they successfully used it. that cumulative list will then serve as a guide for others wanting to test the waters (myself especially) Something like this Eg: Card (by bank) Sites used by above mentioned other issues: Shipping or download (softcopy) Hope this helps PS: How long does it take? |
I once attended a wedding December 2006. Being an freelance expert in stage management, i could estimate how much the reception cost in lagos. When i started hitting millions, My head started spinning. I prodded further, and - you guess it, they started their honeymoon broke. Every wedding that's large is bound to have some wolves in sheep's clothing on the invitation list. People need to see this and plan properly, rather than invite enemies. The pressures are enormous, but at the end of the day, no one's going to be with you two 24/7 afterwards. Its your wedding. If one can't do a financial examination and actually have something to live on after the wedding, then no one needs to tell you that there's a problem with its own set of wedding rings. "For better or for worse". lol PS: An uncle of mine was supposed to give a couple to-be a large sum as a wedding gift. he gave only half, pending some "arrangements" to come through. immediately the wedding was over, he gave them the other. |
The Macromedia Trinity: dreamweaver, fireworks, flash then photoshop.oh yeah. These four i thank God everyday for |
My opinion thus comes in 2 folds: First: You can't eat your cake and have it (unless you're a pro, in that case, sooner or later, ). Secondly: The issue of double dating, especially in our society today, has come as default. Look at it this way: There was a girl i met and cherished, but as the friendship mutually grew into something more 'strong',i found out that she had a boyfriend Was i happy?NO. But more importantly, why did she give me the green light?granted,i didn't want to be a second fiddle, but she pleaded with me to stay.when asked that she has to chose between me and him,she dodged the question many times.i left, Nobody wants to be at the negative receiving end of double dating, but the positive end is too alluring to ignore. But as with most things in life, it takes at least two to tangle. This girl's boyfriend is so far away, doing God knows what.what is she expected to do?call off the relationship because she can't wait for him 1ce every 2 months or so? For crying out loud, its a relationship. A RELATIONSHIP. Its not marriage (Even if it could end up in one, but until then).A friend of mine waited for a girl's boyfriend to 'misbehave', and the girl was his.Is that fair? How would i know? But one thing's certain, for that to happen means she must have fallen out of love.An opportunity presented itself and the rest is history. Perhaps this is, in a twisted sense, a benefit of double dating? Most of the post agree (in whole or in part) that double dating is wrong when a relationship has a direction/commitment (marriage). So what can one infer from all this? Its so simple. People are not sincere. Simple. Think about it. There are many horrible things concerning relationships that can be avioded if one is sincere with his/her self. And the effects of double dating is one of them. But of course, we don't live in Disney land. As for me, i don't have the strength, and will use whatever remaining i have to find someone i won't have to worry over my back if she's "finding her needs elsewhere" |
Yahoo Inc.'s board will reject Microsoft Corp.'s $44.6 billion takeover bid after concluding the unsolicited offer undervalues the slumping Internet pioneer, according to a person familiar with the situation. The decision could provoke a showdown between two of the world's most prominent technology companies. If the world's largest software maker wants Yahoo badly enough, Microsoft could try to override Yahoo's board by taking its offer — originally valued at $31 per share — directly to the shareholders. Pursuing that risky route probably will require Microsoft to attempt to oust Yahoo's current 10-member board. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/microsoft_yahoo Yay!! Healthy Competition still remains. For now, |
I've done something similar (checking if a list of articles are more than 2 weeks old and moving those affected to another table or listed as 'old').however,i did this in access/asp.but the technique should apply as well. See if mysql has a function using 'time' to carry out specific actions on a table based on a criteria.i did this in access, copied the code and added it as a function in dreamweaver.i'm hoping mysql has the same.hope this helps.i'm using my phone to post this,if i have the time i'll post a link.cheers! |
