There's also another one that had a demon posessed man biting off the head of a chicken and falling deaf and dumb when he tried to burn the dead chicken, don't know if u can also post the video here for those doubting to watch. The world is much more than the optical eyes can see, I hope most of u get to realise this on time.
And Wesley, need we remind ourselves the Francisca we're talking about is a full grown woman? If she went on picking up yeye signs from a naturally playful guy, whose fault is that?

You need to see me in real life and the way I freely socialize with girls to understand Ebuka was just being sincere. Some guys just love their freedom, and I guess Ebuka and I are similar in that way, which explains my burning rage over the flimsy reasons given for his eviction.
Naturally playful guy ko, Naturally erect guy ni. Abeg leave that thing jare. We all knew the couples in d house(Maureen & Gideon, Chinedu & Joan) and when Ebuka started flirting with Fran, we (viewers) loved it cos it seemed a good match bw two good hearted fellows till Ebuka started acting cold and dismissive(oops! who does that remind me of?), of course Ebuka was d coolest guy in d house and seemed to be too much for Fran but you don't lift a girls heart and let it fall like it belongs to Barbie! There's a way to say "No" to a lady that's into you but you feel absolutely nothing for, Ebuka lost the show when Fran broke down and wept her eyes out - most viewers wept with her. He lost it cos he was cold and unemotional the guy lacked "basic guyman orientation" (Hope they taught you that in OAU?).

Politics › Sons Of PDP Chiefs Alli, Arisekola And Tukur To Be Arraigned Over Subsidy Fraud by wesley80(op): 7:28am On Jul 25, 2012
In keeping with the Federal Government’s promise to prosecute those that were alleged to have abused the fuel subsidy scheme, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will finally set the stage for the arraignment of oil-marketing firms and their directors at the Lagos High Court today.

Some of the suspects are scions of chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and party supporters.

EFCC’s disclosure confirmed THISDAY exclusive story yesterday on the plan to arraign the suspects the same day.
However, THISDAY checks revealed that the suspects could not be arraigned as planned due to logistic problems on the part of the prosecution that are being addressed preparatory to the arraignment of some of them in Lagos today.

The 12 individuals involved in the scam are: Mamman Nasir Ali, Christian Taylor, Mahmud Tukur, Ochonogor Alex, Walter Wagbatsoma, Adaoha Ugo-Ngadi, Fakuade Babafemi Ebenezer, Ezekiel Olaleye Ejidele, Abubakar Ali Peters, Jude Agube Abalaka, Abdullahi Alao and Oluwaseun Ogunbanbo.

Mamman Nasir Ali, who runs Nasaman Oil Services, is the son of former PDP National Chairman, Col. Ahmadu Ali (rtd), who was also the chairman of the Petroleum Products Pricing and Regulating Agency (PPPRA) board.

Mahmud Tukur, who runs Eterna Oil and Gas Plc, is the son of the current PDP National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, while Abdullahi Alao of Axenergy Limited is the son of popular Ibadan-based tycoon, Alhaji Abdulazeez Arisekola-Alao.

Ugo-Ngadi, on her part, is the Managing Director of Ontario Oil and Gas Plc, where its founder, Wagbatsoma, is the executive vice-chairman.

But whilst the individuals were identified as directors of the oil-marketing firms, Ejidele is a director of the accounting firm, Akintola Williams Deloitte, while Ebenezer is a member of staff of PPPRA.
Also, some of the suspects such as Alao may be tried twice for allegedly conniving with different companies to defraud the government.

According to a statement from EFCC spokesman Wilson Uwujaren, Nasaman Oil Services; Ali and Taylor are to face charges bordering on obtaining N4,460,130,797.94 from the Federal Government under false pretences.

The sum was alleged to have been fraudulently obtained as subsidy payments from the Petroleum Support Fund (PSF) for the purported importation of 30.5 million litres of petrol from SEATAC Petroleum Limited of British Virgin Islands.

Also, Alao and Axenergy Limited will be tried for allegedly obtaining by fraud N2,640,141,707.75 from the government, being payments received from the PSF for the purported importation of 33.3 million litres of petrol.

Others, including Tukur, Alex, Alao and Eterna Oil and Gas Plc, will be arraigned for fraudulently obtaining N1,899,238,946.02 from the PSF for the purported importation of 80.3 million litres of petrol.

That's not fair. I've been to Enugu (about 6years ago anyway) and I wasn't mighty impressed with what I saw then, I passed through really old looking areas on my way to UNEC, I mean areas I could compare with Orji in Owerri so I believe every city has its untidy/ramschakle areas.
I do not think the most beautiful places in Owerri are in Douglas or Wetheral but other less important areas like Mbari, Ikenegbu, Prefab, MCC, World Bank etc. Enugu may be more beautiful but I believe Owerri will hold its own in any objective comparison.

Look just respect yourself o, Somebody like Forkaddict wey get 3kids dey here you dey tell us tortoise and frog story, you no even fear to post that picture wey people done see since 4years ago? Take your time o, last warning.
On a serious note, Prezzo ain't as bad as we r making him look (Did I just say that?) Uhmm well, entertainment - wise I meant, at least the guy has brought some serious controversy and unpleasant drama so he deserves his fame (like he wasn't already famous) all this talk of mum sponsoring troops and inter border crossings is just lame. When we were doing all that for the Kelvins, Utis and Karens who sponsored us? Prezzo has an impressive fan base and those country votes are there for the taking simply cos Naija has taken its foot off the pedal so guys pls stop hating. It isn't just a game where the best man wins but the man with the most determined fans will win right now, Prezzo looks kinda cool.

Ok, so do I want Prezz to win? Hell no! That guy reminds me of the Komodo Dragon(Do a google image search) and he CAN'T be rewarded for messing with our Rep, the less said the berrer, the guy just ain't it. I'm team LADY MAY or lets just say Team LM. Yeah, lets do Africa a favour by endorsing their WARPED sense of entertainment so when they look back and see how "empty" their contestants are, perhaps they'll learn to appreciate 9jas in the house next time. Come to think of it, its been like the driest BBA ever (I admit I didn't really watch) so its only fair they have a befitting winner: GO TEAM LM!

Travel › Re: Yellow-Fever Card: Ghana Denies Nigerians Entry by wesley80(m): 9:58am On Jul 24, 2012
The truth is we as Nigerians have to stop whining and deal with the root causes of our troubles. Here's a report from one of our national dailies just yesterday
Fake yellow fever vaccination card, which sparked a diplomatic row between Nigeria and South Africa in March this year, is still in circulation. Damilola Owoyele investigates the prevalence of the card and the perpetrators.

The car park had the sign “Rent a Car” at its entrance. Ishmael, middle-aged and a cab driver, trudged on amid the teeming people within the park on that busy Wednesday morning, July 18, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos. Ishmael said: “The two yellow (fever) cards you want to buy cost N4,000.” He seemed eager to strike a bargain.

Asked if the two fake yellow fever vaccination cards would be different from the original ones, and if there would be vaccinations, he said: “They are the same thing. The only difference is that we don’t give injection.”

He went on: “Wait here; I will go and collect them from my friend who sells them.”

But when this reporter insisted on following him, he said, “Ha! It is wahala if we are caught selling these cards. Lai lai, you can’t come. Wait here, I won’t be long.”

Having said that, he went to obtain the fake yellow cards from his friend.

At that instance, a younger fellow in jeans and faded T-shirt, who had been watching us from a distance, walked up to Ishmael and spoke silently to his ear. The fellow seemed suspect of the would-be buyer (this reporter) who Ishmael had been engaged with.

Ishmael, on hearing what the young man said, looked back and his countenance, which had been cordial in anticipation of the patronage of the fake cards at N2000 per piece, changed; he became apprehensive. Yet, he proceeded to get the cards accompanied by the younger man. They disappeared around a corner.

Before long, he returned and said hastily: “The guy who sells it has left. He isn’t around.”

When asked if the yellow cards could be bought later, he said curtly, “I don’t know when the guy (who he had earlier called his friend) will come back.” With that, he hurried away.

That was how the attempt to penetrate the lair of the peddlers of fake yellow fever vaccination cards at MMIA was foiled by the wary accomplice.

Earlier, these fake cards had reportedly been sold with impunity on the premises of MMIA. But since they became the source of a diplomatic dispute between Nigeria and South Africa, the peddlers have been forced to go underground. But from where they still operate.
Yellow fever, which is a viral haemorrhagic fever, is endemic in West Africa since 50 per cent of the population is not vaccinated. And Nigeria, according to a WHO report, is at risk of yellow fever outbreak while South Africa is not.

Tony, who works at one of the airlines’ stalls at the international airport said: “Yes, the fake cards were being sold freely before the disagreement between South Africa and Nigeria, but now things are a little different. I would even advise you to get vaccinated. It would help you and it is cheaper; it is just N500. People buy the fake cards because they want to get it for someone else or they don’t want to be injected.”

A visit by The Nation to the Port Health Services at MMIA ascertained the persistence of the fake cards. The Chief Nursing Officer, who did not acquiesce to the publication of her name in print, said, “The fake yellow fever cards, which had been seized by the port authority from passengers, still bear 1969 as the year of inception of issuance. Whereas it has been reviewed; now the new original ones bear 2005.

“Also, there are traits common with fake cards. They usually carry stamps of fictional hospitals and names of vaccines that are no longer administered, such as Cholera vaccine that is only administered to people going on hajj pilgrimage. These touts often write CMS, the bus stop, instead of CSM (cerebro-spinal meningitis) vaccine on the fake cards.”

She revealed that the latest real stamp by the Port Health Services was “PORT HEALTH OFFICER, MURTALA MOHD INT. AIRPORT, HEADQUARTERS IKEJA” also with the impression of the Nigerian Coat of Arms. She contrasted it with the fake cards that bore stamps like: “MEDICAL OFFICE OF HEALTH, LAGOS ISLAND, L.G. CITY HALL LAGOS”, “MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH”, and “PORT HEALTH SERVICES, FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH, M.M INTER. AIRPORT, IKEJA”. Other fakes have only the Coat of Arms imprinted in them. She said some fake cards had Oshodi and Ikeja as locations of non-existing hospitals.

She described the incorrect vaccine batch numbers that were filled in the counterfeit cards. These, particularly, were the features the South African port health authority said they found unrecognisable and unacceptable. She said of intending passengers interested in fake cards, “These people claim they are healthy. They say, ‘I don’t have malaria; I don’t have fever.’ They don’t know yellow fever is a disease on its own and the vaccine prevents it. Yellow fever has the tendency to perforate any organ. It can kill a lot of people within 72 hours.”

The Chief Nursing Officer, who is also a community health expert said: “The essence of vaccination is to prevent trans-boundary communication of the disease. We shouldn’t let citizens of this country infect citizens of another country, and vice-versa.”

A prospective traveller on the queue at the departure section of MMIA, who refused to be named, showed his yellow fever vaccination card. It was worn out and did not have the real stamp of the Port Health Services; it only had the Nigerian Coat of Arms imprint. “I have been using this card for a while. My agent procured it for me. It cost N1000. I wasn’t given any injection; In Nigeria, we don’t do that jare.”

When asked if she would attribute the sale of fake cards to laxity in the manner the Port Health Services officers discharge their duty, the Chief Nursing Officer said: “We had the vaccines, but travellers did not come. Even though it was just N500 and we administered the vaccine to them, they would rather buy the expensive fake ones without being vaccinated. However, after the South Africa problem, a lot of people have been coming here to get vaccinated. We also have a 24-hour operational clinic at the airport where people can be vaccinated.”

"Near accuracy", half-truths is the characteristics of the devil and his human followers trying to deceive the ignorant and gullible. Read your Bible!
My brother have you read the books of Revelations, Daniel and Jeremiah? Please tell me how many of those prophecies you've been able to interpret on your own. You and I (assuming you're a Xtian) know the secrets of the future of the world have been handed to man but how many have been able to interpret it accurately? If there was a disparity its down to man's interpretation not God's please be objective.
Christianity Etc › Re: TB Joshua Edited Colorado Video Prophecy? by wesley80(m): 2:44pm On Jul 22, 2012
Give it a rest people. Yes I believe the prophecy was edited but definitely not with any intent to deceive. Here's a report on the prophecy by a Zimbabwean news site a day after the original prophecy.

BULAWAYO (ZimEye) – POPULAR Nigerian preacher T.B Joshua has predicted random shooting by an American soldier near a barrack which will kill scores of innocent souls while an unnamed German top politician will soon fall into a comma. In a televised Sunday service on Emmanuel TV, TB Joshua told thousands of prayers at the Synagogue Church of All Nations to pray for the United States because he saw a soldier with a gun randomly fatally shooting scores of people. “I see near or in a barrack a member of the military whether it’s navy or what but he will shoot many people before he gets arrested,” he said.
Now I doubt anyone would edit a video with intent to deceive knowing the details are already in the open. And for those saying he got it wrong cos he mentioned a military man, what if you'd seen in a dream a man garbed in body armour, battle goggles, riot helmet and carryin both automatic and semi automatic weapons shooting at people? Hw wld u describe such a scene when you're awake? And about the barrack, well he said "in" or "close" to a barrack.
Finally, even if you can prove he got that little bit wrong, I believe its more foolish to dismiss all the others he got right as mere coincidences than it is to accept this as a "near accurate" prediction. So how foolish are you?

andyanders: That is my prophet. None of his words will come back unaccomplished Prophesy is to reveal to us things unknown so that we can pray over it. A land where there is no vision they perish.
Wether people like him or not, he still remain God's chosen. Even Jesus Christ suffered same faith.
Those calling him names are doing so because they are blind. I watch Emmanuel TV from home and I have received so many blessings just because I have faith in whatever he says. I have his stickers on my gate and kitchen doors and on a particular day, we bought fuel and kerosene for my car and cooking. My wife mistakenly took to the kitchen the fuel and she filled the 2 stoves with the petrol and used the stoves to cook for 2 days and also the 25 liters fuel was still besides the burning stoves while she cooked with the stoves and nothing happened. After the 2 days, my wife was to go for lectures in the morning after the children left for school, I was only left to get some food for myself from the kitchen after they left. I decided to get some food from the kitchen and decided to warm the soup. When I light the stove, it was burning just round abnormally and I had to off it with wet cloth and took the stove outside. I sprinkled a little on the floor of the compound and took the matches and sparked the matches and the the one on the floor caught fire. I ran to the kitchen only to discover that the 25 liter keg was petrol and not fuel.
If not God of T.B.Joshua, the entire house would have got burnt. I was wandering why while in the kitchen, the stoves did not explode only for it to explode outside the house. That was God.
I do not worship there but this prophet is sent to us here in Nigeria by God. so you can say anything about him, he will continue to rise from glory to glory. You can get same healing by faith wherever you are, distance is not a barrier. God is the same yesterday, today and forever more.
Remarkable!

If he constantly has anxiety and bad feelings about potential future tragedies or deaths, it may be a sign of some obscure mental disorder.

He should be studied by a team of psychologists and psychiatrists and then diagnosed. The condition can be called joshuaphrenia and he could be given medication and put into a special facility for it - whatever it takes to get him to shut up and stop desperately seeking attention.

BULAWAYO (ZimEye) – A PREDICTION by maverick Nigerian preacher TB Joshua of random shooting by an American gunman has come to pass, it has been claimed, with reports confirming the killing of 12 people while 38 were wounded. CNN reported Friday morning that James Holmes, 24, kicked down a door to enter the packed theatre in Aurora, Colorado, while dressed in a black mask and a bullet-proof vest. The dangerous gunman then threw a smoke grenade and waited for it to explode before firing randomly into the audience using what is believed to be an assault rifle. He also used at least two handguns, according to reports. The bloody-thirsty man was later arrested by police and is in custody. He is set to appear in court facing murder charges. On the 10th June, in a televised Sunday service on Emmanuel TV, TB Joshua told thousands of congregants at the Synagogue Church of All Nations to pray for the United States because he saw what he described as “a gunman with a gun” randomly fatally shooting scores of people. “I see near or in a barrack a member of the military whether it’s navy or what but he will shoot many people before he gets arrested,” he said then. The story was first reported by ZimEye. The prophet warned that the shooting will occur in the same way a blood thirsty man in Norway, last year, shot and killed innocent people. TB Joshua defended his prophecies saying he was saying bad things because God wanted him to expose Satan. TB Joshua said the idea to expose the evils that will befall people was to urge Christians to pray against death or the accidents in a bid to shame the devil. TB Joshua has in the past given prophesies that have come to pass including the death of Malawi President Bingu waMutharika. After the death of waMutharika, TB Joshua received a tongue-lashing with some including Zimbabwe’s Professor Jonathan Moyo accusing him of being a false prophet and an architect of an intelligence operation to kill the Malawi president.<em></em> The Daily Mail reported that Aurora police confirmed that 12 people including a 12-year old died in the horrific attack. About 10 victims were still inside the theatre at the time of writing. Scores of injured victims are now fighting for their lives; the youngest is just three months old, and is believed to have been shot at blank point range in the back. (Zimbabwe, ZimEye)
Here's an eye witness account from the BBC
