it goes away naturally for some people and then comes back when they're older.
For some it's not serious (mild asthma).

My doc says i might develop it (i have respiratory allergies) so i stay away from dust, pollen and triggers (anything with a strong smell basically). I take my meds too so i'm good to go i think.

if you have asthma, carry your inhaler w/ you wherever you go!!

run stairs for fun (just run up and down your staircase when your mad)

walk to school or if you live far, walk half the distance then take the bus.

join one or two sports at school (you'll not only stay fit but also make really good friends)

don't skip breakfast. It'll make you eat like a wolf during lunch.

Don't store junk food in your refridgerator. And make sure you live at least half a mile from the junk food store!  so whenever you feel like eating icecream or twinkies you know you'll burn it before you get there.

Stay away from soda!! It's not good for girls!! (well, my mom says so)

Drink Water all the time (get a water bottle, put your initials on it and carry it whereever you go except to the bathroom)

eat yogurt. lots of it if you like it.

The most important rule to loosing weight : Don't eat 2 to 3 hours before going to bed (I got this from Oprah on TV yesterday  )

Oh i see. And I though it only happened here. Not only do state universities accept more instate students, also out of state students have to pay more for tuition.

They do those cut-off marks for commom entrance exams too. I took it when i was 9 and that's how i realized i was a bad test taker (it was my first real "huge" test) i remember crying my eyes out.
What's the cut-off mark for anyways and how do they decide the score for each state?

so let's just say Yoruba actors and actresses prefer to speak their language in movies.
You'll hardy see babasuwe or other yoruba stars in  english videos.
