However, I think you are in the best position to make the decision about this.
Most of the subscribers are not on ground. We relied on your judgement, and so far, you have taken every precaution.

You have met with the land owners. You have trod on the land, you have smelt the air...what do you think so far? What is your gut telling you?
If you decide to go ahead with it, Im sure I will come back to purchase.
In the meantime, you can keep letting the owners know that you are still interested. That you need to build the confidence of the people who are going to buy up the plots.

Keep yourself in a position where you can have access to information concerning the lands. Once you are satisfied, make a decisive move.

I think it would be good advice to include the rules we have agreed are non negotiable, such as having commercial buildings or the likes within the estate. Won't find it funny if, in the near future, I realize that the house next door to me has become a place of worship, or a guest house.

Getting new sets of uniform for kids who grow terrifyingly fast could be bothersome. However, this doesn't help much if the child is very rough and the uniform gets torn in a few months.

Land, on the other hand, appreciates in value as time goes by. It is limited in supply, and so its value always rise.

Property matters takes a lot of patient and careful planning...especially with parties and clients from divers backgrounds involved.
As much as I would have loved the process to be rocket propelled and proceed at dizzying speed, I still think the time elapsed since this venture was initiated isn't that long, or has been wasted.

This is a property you're gonna own for life (or, at least, until you decide to sell) So, let Spyder880 painstakingly go at it. I haven't really given much thought to the time that had elapsed, for in the past, I have spent years waiting to get allocation for land I paid for. It is getting there. We will get there.
