Nwokem, obu ihe ubochi nyere... |
spyder880:Saw this thread. You may want to glance at it...https://www.nairaland.com/2395107/all-available-lands-sale-anambra |
spyder880:It is very tempting, I must confess. However, I think you are in the best position to make the decision about this. Most of the subscribers are not on ground. We relied on your judgement, and so far, you have taken every precaution. You have met with the land owners. You have trod on the land, you have smelt the air...what do you think so far? What is your gut telling you? If you decide to go ahead with it, Im sure I will come back to purchase. In the meantime, you can keep letting the owners know that you are still interested. That you need to build the confidence of the people who are going to buy up the plots. Keep yourself in a position where you can have access to information concerning the lands. Once you are satisfied, make a decisive move. |
Some folks are born with the a$$hole gene. This poster is obviously one of them. You want to convince lame brains such as yourself that the pictures are from a car wash? You went in there to "was your latest car".....do you even own a wheel barrow? |
spyder880:I think it would be good advice to include the rules we have agreed are non negotiable, such as having commercial buildings or the likes within the estate. Won't find it funny if, in the near future, I realize that the house next door to me has become a place of worship, or a guest house. |
Sorry, apart from some of them, many of these jobs don't exist in Nigeria. Nuclear power reactor operators? Radiation therapists? For the those job descriptions that can be found here, you'll need more than a masters degree to get interviewed for the job. Actually, that's no guarantee: You need "long legs" |
For all those gullible enough to believe the hogwash the unimaginative blogger posted here, go ahead n click on that link. That doctored picture has been making the rounds all over the net. Any half discerning person should realize the image was photoshopped. Africa's Royal British Commandos my as$. Next! ![]() |
bonnk44:Thanks for this link, bro! Just downloaded some titles I've been missing from my library. Nice job! |
What trash are these posters above me typing? This is a kid who just got weaned from breast milk. Kids know and understand what a pair breast stand for--FOOD! That he's sucking on plastic titties doesn't really mean he was being naughty. He might just want to see if his once favorite meal would flow out from it. |
Their "human chickens" got fed up with blowing themselves, or they are running short of volunteers? |
This is the only death that didn't get me upset since the year began ![]() |
spyder880:You didn't mention plots allotted for bungalows. Thought that plots 10 to 17 were for that purpose? |
Getting new sets of uniform for kids who grow terrifyingly fast could be bothersome. However, this doesn't help much if the child is very rough and the uniform gets torn in a few months. Economy harsh o! One needs to adapt |
If you are sure the land has good title, go ahead and buy it. Look at it this way: Except you invest that money in a business with steady returns, it is gradually losing its value. Perhaps the reasonable way of saving money over a long period nowadays, is to do so in foreign currency. I mean, see how the naira is depreciating every day! Land, on the other hand, appreciates in value as time goes by. It is limited in supply, and so its value always rise. |
Huh. Is the poster trying to say that God made this sculpture? This is obviously an artwork carved on a hillside. What, exactly, has God or any atheist got to do with this? |
Really? If he is serious enough, he wouldn't be in a frame of mind to write this lengthy and sorry tale. I think he's just seeking for some attention. Ok, you got our attention! When exactly do you want to delete and empty the recycle bin? Hopefully, I will get a front row seat to watch the drama. People get wasted in this sorry country everyday, yours won't make any difference. While you're at it, ensure you make arrangements to serve your funeral guests with nice refreshments. Lots of starving and hopeless folks out there, who never had the benefit of the education you obviously did. So, send someone to round them up from the bus parks and under the flyovers. The promise of a free meal will easily attract them in large numbers. Won't you just love your final act getting witnessed by a horde of desperately starved and homeless folks? At least they could associate your exit with the day they finally ate a decent meal. So, give us the place and the time. If my weak encouragement makes you change your mind, then you were not serious to begin with ![]() |
Season of blood and stabbings. Everybodi jus dey vex for dis country. Life and human dignity doesn't seem to rank high among us anymore. What a shame. |
When common sense is elusive. Big, unhelpful egos at work. How many seconds would it take for one of the drivers to just swallow his pride and yield for the other person...? The driver of the white van has right of way. The other jalopy is on the wrong lane, and this at least, is sufficient reason to permit the white van to go first. Oh, well. They are not parked on a major road where they would have held up the traffic, else one koboko wielding mopol would have gladly come along to cure their craze. |
The only thing great about office romance is the enormous adrenaline rush you get when you have to do a quickie. The risk of getting caught magnifies the fun to such an extent, it leaves you high and breathless! ![]() Don't quote me. I'm not speaking from experience. Other than the adrenaline rush, office romance ain't worth the potential embarrassment. So, no....don't do it. Trust me. |
Can't help but think how many plates of peppersoup can be made from it... This looked like tilapia on steroids |
BTW, what is it with South Africans? Their level of retardation is breaking every record, when it comes to pastors and their congregation. Wasn't it the same place where a pastor commanded his followers to go out and eat grass? Told the female members to stop wearing panties to church, so their cvnt would be wide open to receive the spirit? Where yet another pastor commanded his flock to eat the hair of one of it's female members? The same people who attack blacks of other nationalities, with the excuse that they are taking over their businesses and their women. Can somebody pls remind them that they need functional brains to be able to run businesses, and woo women? Where does spiritual submission ends, and gullibility begins? |
When I saw the topic, I told myself..."this most likely, happened in Africa" So, I proceeded to click on it.....and I wasn't disappointed. Blacks are mentally challenged when it comes to spirituality. Christians will swallow everything their pastor says, hook, line and sinker (including the angler, if possible) Religion is perhaps, the only thing that blacks have taken to the extreme. Every other thing that the white man introduced to us, we got tired of them in a short while. Most spiritual, yet most backward people. |
This United States Ass is not bothered that China has overtaken their country economically...only bothered that men in Nigeria are not legally permitted to drill each other in the shyte hole. Talk about priorities ![]() |
Westerhof's observations are quite valid. If it were not for Oliseh's appearance on TV as a member of the Fifa Technical Study Group for the 2014 World Cup, he has almost disappeared from everyone's subconsciousness. Since he has bagged the job, we can only wish him well, and hope he has better luck than his predecessors. Yeah, luck is what he needs...since he hasn't got the experience. |
spygadgets:Bro, your position is quite understandable. Property matters takes a lot of patient and careful planning...especially with parties and clients from divers backgrounds involved. As much as I would have loved the process to be rocket propelled and proceed at dizzying speed, I still think the time elapsed since this venture was initiated isn't that long, or has been wasted. This is a property you're gonna own for life (or, at least, until you decide to sell) So, let Spyder880 painstakingly go at it. I haven't really given much thought to the time that had elapsed, for in the past, I have spent years waiting to get allocation for land I paid for. It is getting there. We will get there. Not how far...it is how well. |
So, what's the difference? Neither president has a clue about the girls' whereabouts. |
Im soooo loving this! First thing...right now, lemme go roll that huge discarded tyre I saw at the junction back home. |
Your wife is not satisfied with what you have to offer her. She definitely is on the look out for more excitement outside. whether or not she has physically cheated, one can't say. But she is certainly cheating on you emotionally. It's a dicey situation, because she is gonna take her game a step further. Are you ready for such mind games? Are you up to it? Do you have what it takes to clip her wings? Marriage is never easy, but having a spouse who's hell bent on ruining you emotionally is a NO NO! All her excuses sound so childish and hollow, it's a wonder you are still trying to decipher what she is up to. I feel for you, brother. It's a really painful place you are in right now. |
C'mon! Anyone who assumes that his ghost did this, must be a slowpoke. Of course, someone who is aware of the young man's death, and who knows his accounts details committed this fraud. Since the withdrawals was via ATM, the crook should have been caught on it's camera, right? Who applied for and processed the requirements for the debit card to be issued? The bank ought to have all the records nawww. The bogeyman would be a friend, relation or the bank employee. If Naija police is half dilligent, they will unravel this "mystery" within a few days. |
How was the station even allowed to transmit in the first place? Last time I heard about it, I thought it was just via online streaming? This isn't cool in any way. Even though many Igbos arguably, are dissatisfied with the way of things in this country (I dare say no tribe is really satisfied with the present Nigeria), there are much better, effective and civilized means of agitation for self actualization. But that monkey over there in London, he's just craving for cheap popularity, as well as fleecing gullible donors in the process. Ralph Uwazurike who has been championing the cause of Biafra didn't have to hide in a crappy hole overseas and spew blasphemies over the air. I'm just hoping the cretin gets what he deserved. He is doing everything absolutely wrong. |
There's little CCTV can do for now, in a country where there is no reliable data base yet. The BVN is a step in that direction. He is probably an opportunistic thief, and you presented him with one. I also feel that he is well aware of the possibility of being caught on CCTV, which could be the reason why he wore the cap to conceal part of his face. I will be glad when law enforcement agents can start tracing people through finger prints, facial recognition and other unique traits. Hopefully, we'll get there soon. |
Ah, Kay29000, I see you are still in the dark about the things happening in that country. Here's a new topic that just talked about what you mentioned: https://www.nairaland.com/2413724/omg-teenager-set-marry-dad It is such a disgusting and rude awakening. New Jersey permits incestuous relationships. Gradually, other states would recognize it, until it gains momentum, and the U.S Supreme Court will legalize it nationwide. |

? Any hope to see the transaction coming to a conclusion ...
