At the risk of pissing off some people, I really don't know why a person (male/female) will deem it necessary to dominate someone (s)he claims to love. I find it rather ironic.

We run a bulk sms company (https://www.magicbulk.com) and i can tell you from our combined daily report that
65-85% SMS sent out are meant for MTN numbers, on a daily basis.

I have been on the airtel network for over 11 years, they have been fantastic but the last 6 months, i completely stopped loading the line. My reasons

after subscribing to a data plan, Airtel will creatively ignore your data account and charge your naira balance.
once your naira balance is zeroed, they come back for your data.
This can be very upsetting if you have a huge naira balance mean for other purposes.
When you call them up, their customer care will most of the time hangup on you and send you a message that your issue has been successfully resolved.

With this dubious approach, i realized my monthly recharges have skyrocketed by over 400%
i just had to stop using it and i am so glad that Nigerians are able to express their grievances by leaving airtel.

I think NCC needs to ensure a standard that calls to customer care lines be made terminable by the customer.
they may also consider a standard number for account balance checks, data checks across all networks.
It is becoming complex daily processing short codes in our head.

Also account balance checks should be #124# on Glo and that should be it
after dialing that, what you see is adverts that we dont read anyways, to see your real balance, you have to dial redial 1 and wait which is bad user experience design IMHO

What problem exactly are you having? I didn't contact them to solve my problem (actually I did, albeit in futility), I did it on my own. And you can reach them on graduate.recruitment@sc.com

For the record, I ended up doing my assessment tests 10days after my invitation (that's 5days after the supposed deadline), and I passed; so take a chill pill mate...

Attempt the questions. It's the company Standard Chartered outsourced the aptitude to, so the questions - though not the same - are quite similar with even similar timing.
Practice the numerical and abstract as those were what I did in the real test (for Financial Markets. Don't know about other streams).
In the real assessment, for the first test (Logic/Abstract), you are given 8 questions, each with 4 sub-questions to be completed in 16mins; meaning 30secs per sub-question. For the second test (Numerical), you are given 8 questions, each with 4 sub-questions to be completed in 24mins; meaning 45secs per sub-question.
Just follow the link I gave you and practice long enough to pass all the sample questions, as well as get familiar with the timing constraints...
(And for the numerical, you almost certainly will need a calculator. A phone calculator might be just fine though )
