I scaled thru this last week. I hope the address she registered with is the same in the bank statement. If yes, let her go to the bank and get a latest bank statement maybe of November 2020, let the bank stamp and sign on it. Then she should scan the document and upload. It should be accepted.

Pls, my issue is funding. I have linked my firstbank naira acc to gpay yet it gets rejected when I want to fund my t212 acc via web. I reduced to 50usd. What can I do again pls. I dont wanna open dom acc for now. Tried walletsafrica and I am stuck on selfie, taken a lot yet not accepted. Pls help

Was finally able to verify my Trading212 account after uploading the same bank statement (but this time, the picture was taken with better lighting )

Funding the Trading 212 Account
I revived my wallets.africa account today, and verified the account by uploading an identification proof (Driver's Licence, Voter's card, Passport, etc). They verified my account some hours later after which I was able to generate a dollar card. You need to have money in your wallet before you can generate the card though. Exchange rate was 495!

Upon getting my activation email from Trading 212 tonight, I immediately opened Google Pay (on a web browser) to add the dollar card I had earlier generated from wallets.africa. Then went back to deposit funds on Trading 212, clicked on Google Pay where I selected the card I added. Boom! I was able to credit my Trading 212 account.
All of the process took less than 5 minutes. For context, I got my activation email at 9:12 and was able to complete the deposit before 9:17.

I believe the process is quite straightforward and I'm open to answering any questions

I have uploaded printed copies of my bank statement (which I got from the bank) twice and both times it was rejected.

I tried to contact them directly from their app today but I am yet to get a response.
Who knows how I can get in contact with them?

Market will not change much. For the much I know, we have been in recession all the while. NBS just made it official. Banks are still cashing out looking at their results. Companies are not faring badly looking at the results they have posted. If you sell, you might not find the same stock to buy cheaper.
