Capital Gains Tax is in the Nigerian Tax Laws. Every nation in the world taxes capital gains. Nigeria has the lowest tax receipts as a percentage of gdp even among West African countries by a very wide margin. We want government services but do not want to pay taxes. Would the money come from the air? We cannot continue to use the excuse of corruption to resist taxes.

Bro I know someone who lives solely off Forex trading in USA...she is a very good trader...she has a strategy...that helps her earn daily...even her kids are now into it...lil kids that are between 12- 18...and who says these coys u mentioned don't also invest in crypto currency and other binary markets...the money u put in the banks are used for their personal investments...and crypto currency and forex are some of em...the best of traders record loses though but you wins should far outweigh your loses...some days they make super huge profits too...so pls dont rule our forex as a scam or wrong investment...it's for those who are thick minded and can take risks...cos the market is very volatile...this is why in the uk and in most parts of the world I know of there are no taxes attached to it...it is categorised under gambling...

But you mistaken one aspect :
You expect that MBA would only use investors money to trade forex only ..No financial institution will only trade forex or one deal on 9n trade. Banks use your deposit to trade forex , loans, buy shares , buy bonds , etc
With amount of money MBA has , it won't get involved in jsut forex, they may have diversity into other businesses ...It same all over
Dangote has sugar, cement , etc But started with just one ....

It is wrong to compare MBA Forex with Financial Institution..
MBA Forex is a private coy....
while Banks are regulated by CBN..
There are restrictions on what banks can do....
Dangote is quoted on the Stock Exchange...
There are requirements for you to be listed......
Who regulates MBA Forex....
How do you know what they are using investors money for...

We can't be on analogue in a digital world thereby making life unbearable. Imagine an 85 yr old senior citizen struggling in a queue for hours. Its not just about NIN it cuts across all other govt organizations. Sometimes i wonder why people even acquire education when u can't apply it to solve everyday issues. Fvcking shame.

Do you know some NIMC staff demand for money before registration?

BTW, I have never heard of government ordering us to have our numbers linked with NIN until this month. It's ridiculous to come up with a new policy and demand it should be implemented within 2 weeks.
