These evidences are enough to convict any suspect in any court.

But the BBC reporter also said they were there for only 20 mins after the start of the shooting. They went to the army who were blocking passage to V/I to ask to leave and they were allowed to leave. This means they left the army there.

When the person in question find your greeting and wishes repulsive would you rather continue. For me, she is deliberately widening the cracks. Why not let him be and allow things heal naturally. Forcing a birthday wish on him makes no sense really. There's fathers day, Christmas day, new year's Day, valentine's Day, new yam and so on, how many of these days does she reach out to him. Lola was not forcing a birthday wish on Paul. Paul is an identical twin of her husband and not any other relation. They all (all three of them) have a relationship stretching back decades. Celebrating their birthdays and wishing both of them happy birthday must have been a habit that she had been doing for decades. You see that even when the beefing started 4 years ago, she did not stop the habit of wishing (and probably celebrating) both happy birthday.

Al Gore did not concede because the dispute was a few hundred votes in one state - Florida, where the incumbent governor was the blood brother of his opponent. So, it's logical to demand a total recount and not a recount in democratic stronghold.

In case of Trump, we are talking of at least 4 states with margins of over 10,000 in the state with the least margin. How do Trump hope to upturn over 60,000 votes in Pennsylvania?

You saw all these at the Lekki toll gate before the shootings? There was looting and riots in Oshodi, the army did not come with live bullets to shoot people. Surulere was a war zone with looters looting every shop in Bode Thomas, army was not called in. It was in Lekki toll gate where youths were having a carnival waving Nigerian flags that the army were called to massacre people.

But we need more evidence and facts - no grainy videos that does not even link together. If Soldiers were firing indiscriminately, how come there was very few stampede right in front of the soldiers and who will be so calm to be filming soldiers hooting real bullets anyhow...

Actually, CNN should also have acknowledge that flash bangs and blanks were fired - it is obvious because people are not falling down as the shooting was going on.

There were most likely live bullets involved but there were also blanks (they use them for training and are likely to have more than the ordinary Police (rather than riot police).

Just because CNN did not like Trump does not mean they will not defend their own country if they do unjust things to other countries. They embed themselves with aggressors and film a one-sided war and they will not do what they are doing to the Nigerian government if they were the ones killing innocents, blacks, browns in foreign lands. All those involved in murdering Nigerian youths protesting peacefully and waving the green white green flag must pay for their sins. They sinned not only against Nigerians youth, but against the very symbol of Nigeria and humanity.

Everyone of them involved, be it the president, chief of Army Staff, brigade commanders and actual soldiers who carried out the illegal order would be held to account.

Luckily Nigeria ratified the Rome Statute on 27 September 2001, and so we are subject to the ICC. After the immunity of this government expires, all those involved must be taken before ICC in Hague.

My mum started crying after watching the CNN report this morning, especially the part where a boy that was shot and while still lying on the floor in pains said if he doesn't live till the next morning, that he died fighting for Nigeria.
