Everyone on agrees that any aggrieved person or party should seek all legal options to seek redress. But, the option does not involve using threats and violence. You option should stop at the courts. It's the courts duty to interprete the constitution and not one single individual or party. Trump wants to use executive force to impose his will on the US.

What do you think would have happened if the Congress failed to ratify Biden's electors and made Trump President instead? Biden would have gone to the Supreme Court to nullity Congress decision as illegal and reinstate Biden as President. The Supreme Court would have affirmed no where in the constitution did it state that Congress has the powers to determine the President of the union. It is the states that determine the President. Then we would have 2 presidents in the US. One recognised by the states and courts, and one recognised by the Congress.

Good hypocritical example. Now here is my take.

First being in a sexual relationship always always present the possibility of pregnancy whether with pill or not, even condoms sometimes fails. So I want you to acknowledge that no pill is 100% efficient.

Having said that, if your sexual partner decided on her own have a baby without your knowledge or consent (probably to baby trap you), then there is little you can do. But, the situation become very complex.

If you are in Nigeria there is little consequences for you. The lady and her family would be left with the burden of raising the child. Even children that are born with the consent and even demand of the fathers are often abandoned without consequences, not to talk of unwanted ones.

If you are in the US or UK, then the situation is different. Those societies are set up to protect children first, then women and we men are the least priority. Both parents are forced to be responsible for the upkeep of children whether you want it or not. Once your DNA is found on a baby, you are to pay (at leat half) for the upkeep of the child until 18 years.
This means we men must make wiser division on where we stick our dicks. We must have discussions with our partners on what to do in case of unplanned pregnancy. My grouse with religious fundamentalists is that they have no business in what random couples do with their pregnacies. If they want to keep it, no one should force them to abort it, and if they don't want it no one should force them to birth it.
I would like to see abortion laws that put time limit for the woman (or couples) to decide whether to birth or abort the pregnacy - maybe up to the first trimester.

I have no seen any set of humans as obsessed with sex and related issues like pregnancy and abortion as Muslim fundamentalists (and christian fundamentalists also). If Georgia's secretary of state and governor had buckled to Trump's threats and agreed that Georgia's election was flawed, they would have used that admission to reject the Electors from Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan on january 6the. Using religion as a placeholder has had terrible consequences in the past and still continues to have terrible consequences today. Shouting Allahu Akbar before beheading innocent people is one example.

Society needs a lot more people who are skilled in building a variety of things/have a guiding principle for keeping society going in the right direction, the more of this there is the better.

Nudity has very little to do with it. Most societies start out nude or with very minimal clothing. We Sub Saharan Africans did not start covering up until the beginning of the 20th century. Even at independence, most villages in Nigeria wore very little clothings. While I was schooling in sokoto in the late 80s, there was a village very close to my school where young girls were walking around topless. In all these, there were no reporting of rape or sexual deviancy.

You will be surprised i understand these issues far more than you do. I studied Architecture, I have studied the evolution of western civilization to some great extent. I studied comparative religions from my university days to have a grasp of Religious evolution of Westen civilization.

I agree Nigeria is a failing state, it's not yet a failed state and I believe religion has contributed a lot to that failing status. If you look well most failed states (if not all) are religious fundamentalist states.

Laws must exist to regulate the running and interactions within a society, but such laws must reflect the developmental aspirations of the people, and not laws simply made to control the minds, bodies and properties of the people. Religious laws are mainly a means of control of the masses of people and have little to do with developmental objectives. That's why most develop societies quickly separated the state from religion to achieve their developmental goals.
