Election fraud is a criminal offense and it needs to be proven beyond all reasonable doubt. The perpetrators will be jailed and their votes will be invalidated.

The courts cannot just invalidate the votes of whole districts or States on a blanket vote cancellation. It can only deal with individual cases or votes.
