Multiple states have begun issuing statements of support for
the lawsuit filed by Texas that seeks to stop electors from
being appointed in four states. The lawsuit — filed directly with
the U.S. Supreme Court — alleges that election procedures in
Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the
Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states and
debasing votes in states that did not violate the Constitution.
Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states to
commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to
delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under
the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to inauguration
day.
The lawsuit contends that the defendants:
• Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their
voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT
through legislation.
• Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing
different election rules and procedures in different counties
within the states.
According to the lawsuit:
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the
pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding
absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded
their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and
ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are
lawfully received, evaluated, and counted.
“Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts
had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election
less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are
inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-
legislative entities, without any consent by the state
legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated
the Constitution.
“By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only
tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their
actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff
State and other States that remained loyal to the
Constitution.”
Texas is asking the Supreme Court for an injunction to halt the
appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be
reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution have
the power to appoint electors themselves. Republicans control
all four state legislatures.
The court “can delay the [December 14] deadline for the
appointment of presidential electors… The only date that is
mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” the
Texas lawsuit says.
The attorneys-general of Arkansas, Alabama, and Louisiana
have issued statements of support for Texas case today.
The Supreme Court has placed the motion on the docket, but
has yet to adjudicate.

Imagine the rubbish from a supposedly sane mind. Texas is suing on behalf of the legislature and citizens of other states. Texas wants to determine how other states choose their electors, and they must chose electors that must vote it's prefered presidential candidate.

After the election of Barack Obama in 2012, Texas threatened to secede from the union. I think it's makes more sense for Texas to secede that to force it's presidential candidate on the union.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Apex Court denied the "emergency injunctive relief"
because it was too radical and would be unprecedented for a
Court to "overturn" the result of an election . But you need to
know that the substantive case is STILL PENDING before the
Court because it has not been heard on the merit.
The injunctive relief was denied by Justice Alito (and not by
the Full Court). Justice Alito denied the injunctive relief to
pave way for a determination of the case on the merit.

In other words, for emphasis, the substantive case has not
been thrown out. Senator Ted Crus will still get to argue before

Immediately the news broke that SCOTUS has thrown out the
case in its entirety, I knew something wasn't right.
Why would SCOTUS accept to hear the case on the merit,
docket it and then dismiss it without a hearing?

Supreme Court can't manufacture evidence for Trump. The Supreme Court can only look at evidence presented at the lower courts and rule on it. Supreme Court obviously would not rule based on conjectures and innuendos.

The cases were not dismissed on technicalities, they were dismissed for lack of evidence. Trump lawyers presented no physical evidence to back up their claims.

The voter machines are not in Biden's custody, so he has no powers to allow voter machine forensics and or ballot verification.

I tried it after my wife bought a juice and I could not sleep throughout the night due to indigestion. It's best to wait for at least 45 mins after a meal before taking fresh fruits or fresh juice.

It's like suspected criminals amongst innocent people, the courts would never punish both the innocent and the guilty simply because they are unable to identify the criminals in a mass of people. The courts would rather free them all than punish them all.

If there are mail in voter fraud, the courts will only throw out those that can be proven to be fraudulent. It cannot invalidate votes based on suspicions, circumstantial evidences or mathematical conjectures.

What you guys fail to realize that it's practically impossible for the courts to invalidate just one vote, except that vote proven to be fraudulent. Doing so would be disenfranchising a voter.

That under normal circumstances, but under Trump there is nothing like normal circumstances.

Trump is thinking of pardoning himself and his family proactively. Meaning, he will pardon him self now that he has the powers incase he is found guilty of a crime later.

The Republican litigators in this case did not allege fraud, their allegation is that Art 77 which was the law passed by the Pennsylvania state legislature to guide the election is against the Pennsylvania constitution.

The Republican plaintiffs, Congressman Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell, Wanda Logan and others argued that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail measure, Act 77, is in violation of the PA constitution.

“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the lawsuit, filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, states.

“As with prior historical attempts to illegally expand mail-in voting by statute, which have been struck down going as far back as the Military Absentee Ballot Act of 1839, Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.”

Mind you, Republicans control the Pennsylvanian house of assembly. So Republicans are suing the Republican controlled state legislature for making a Republican backed and sponsored law.

Now, since you on the other hand have evidence of fraud, it would make things much easier for Trump in court.
