Johnnyessence: SUPREME COURT PUTS TEXAS CASE ONTO ITS DOCKET AS ELECTION DEADLINES APPROACH by Kevin Ryan Multiple states have begun issuing statements of support for the lawsuit filed by Texas that seeks to stop electors from being appointed in four states. The lawsuit — filed directly with the U.S. Supreme Court — alleges that election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states and debasing votes in states that did not violate the Constitution. Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states to commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to inauguration day. The lawsuit contends that the defendants: • Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT through legislation. • Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing different election rules and procedures in different counties within the states. According to the lawsuit: “Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. “Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non- legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution. “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.” Texas is asking the Supreme Court for an injunction to halt the appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution have the power to appoint electors themselves. Republicans control all four state legislatures. The court “can delay the [December 14] deadline for the appointment of presidential electors… The only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” the Texas lawsuit says. The attorneys-general of Arkansas, Alabama, and Louisiana have issued statements of support for Texas case today. The Supreme Court has placed the motion on the docket, but has yet to adjudicate. SOURCES: https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22O155/ 162953/20201207234611533_TX-v-State-Motion-2020-12-07 %20FINAL.pdf https://www.reuters.com/article/usa-election-lawsuit-texas/ texas-asks-u-s-supreme-court-to-help-trump-upend-election- idUSKBN28I27I https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/ docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html Imagine the rubbish from a supposedly sane mind. Texas is suing on behalf of the legislature and citizens of other states. Texas wants to determine how other states choose their electors, and they must chose electors that must vote it's prefered presidential candidate. After the election of Barack Obama in 2012, Texas threatened to secede from the union. I think it's makes more sense for Texas to secede that to force it's presidential candidate on the union. Texas Wants To Secede From America More Than Any Other State JUST A WEEK AFTER President Barack Obama was re-elected, a petition by Texans for the right to secede from the rest of the country has garnered some 64,000 signatures, many more than the 25,000 signature threshold needed to get a response from the Obama administration.
The petition was made on the government's "We the People" petitioning web site, along with secession petitions from at least 18 other states. https://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/washington-whispers/2012/11/13/white-house-flooded-with-secession-petitions-after-obama-re-election Texas always displaying the same stupid shenanigans after each election it's prefered presidential candidate loses. |

Johnnyessence: Rushing To Judgement And Media Gaslighitng. Guys, do not let the mainstream media gaslight you concerning the SCOTUS case filed by some Republicans in Pennsylvania. Note that this is separate from the one filed by Texas now joined by other States (more on that later). The media is now GASLIGHTING people that the SCOTUS has thrown out the case of these Republicans. They are desperately doing their best to dampen the spirit of Republicans. That is simply not true. The case is still alive and well before SCOTUS. Yes, the SCOTUS has DENIED a big ask made by the Republicans to "overturn" the election result in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Apex Court denied the "emergency injunctive relief" because it was too radical and would be unprecedented for a Court to "overturn" the result of an election . But you need to know that the substantive case is STILL PENDING before the Court because it has not been heard on the merit. The injunctive relief was denied by Justice Alito (and not by the Full Court). Justice Alito denied the injunctive relief to pave way for a determination of the case on the merit. See photos 1 and 2 attached below. Photo 2 is the injunctive relief denied. In other words, for emphasis, the substantive case has not been thrown out. Senator Ted Crus will still get to argue before SCOTUS. See this link to show that it is still on the Court's schedule; https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename= %2Fdocket%2Fdocketfiles%2Fhtml%2Fpublic%2F20a98.html Interestingly, the Republican Plaintiffs in their Appeal have also asked the SCOTUS to ADVISE THEM ON OTHER RELIEFS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO THEM. That general prayer or ask is what we should watch out for. What reliefs would the SCOTUS be willing to grant if their case succeeds on the merit? SCOTUS could rule that the case succeeds on the merit and then restore power to appoint Pennsylvania Electors back to the Pennsylvania Legislature as per the US Constitution under the Electors Clause instead of the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. Guys, this case is not over! Immediately the news broke that SCOTUS has thrown out the case in its entirety, I knew something wasn't right. Why would SCOTUS accept to hear the case on the merit, docket it and then dismiss it without a hearing? It just didn't make any sense. It didn't make sense because it never happened. The case is still pending. The Court merely denied one radical injunctive relief preliminarily. Period. More information to come on the new States that joined Texas in their lawsuit at the SCOTUS. The red quote should have summarised the whole legal shenanigans and circus being displayed by Trump, Gulianni and Powell. You wrote a long irrational epistle but still came to a logical conclusion. No court in the US would overturn the result of an election, not to talk of overturning the election in over 4 states. Sometime you really get disappointed by people you consider cerebral when it comes to issues of politics, religion and love. |

basilico: What is the point of voting in a republic when other states stop counting votes for hours only for them to resume with Joe Biden getting 113% of votes counted and Trump 87% whereas before the count was stopped Trump had over 51% of counted votes. Circumstantial evidences at best. Tell Gulianni to bring it concrete evidence of votes that were changed, how many of them that were changed and the perpetrators of the fraud. Republics are governed by laws. There are various avenues to seek redress for perceived grievances. The only other alternative is violence. Why should Dominion Electoral counters have any algorithm in vote counts and give fractional votes instead of integers when tabulating? Why should Georgia say they will stop counting simultaneously with 4 other battleground states where Trump was leading after which Biden then overtakes Trump. And video of the counting hall in Georgia show the democrats chase away everyone because of a leaking toilet at 10pm and leave Ruby Freeman, her daughter , Ray Snr counting ballots immediately after everyone else leaves. Now there is even video/audio of the planned stoppage of vote counting by the supervisor. Same thing as I said above. Circumstantial evidence at best. The actual fraud was not even presented before even talking about evidence. This thing is yuge. Activist judges are not allowing audits, simply throwing out all cases.50 so far. You mean all the judges in all the 50 cases are activists judges. You know the saying that when every other person you meet is mad, then it's time to start looking at yourself. And if you check, the military tribunal courts have cleared all Dec cases before them . basilico: Texans voted for Trump. They rejected Dominion Electoral vote counters. You still don't get it and will probably never get it. Texans have no right to tell any other state what voting system to use. At best only the congress has the powers to interfere in election laws made by states. Texas can reject Dominion system, thats their perogative, they can impose that on any other state. Technocrats in those states enforced Dominion machines knowing very well they could be fraud prone. Again, after the election has taking place, all voter and election fraud cases can only be litigated in the courts, Texas has no say in matters beyond its borders. Also be aware that the Dominion system was used not only in the 4 states you guys are obsessed with but in over 24 states. Fact check: Dominion software was not used only in states where Trump is filing lawsuits Thousands of social media users have been sharing posts which claim that software from Dominion Voting Systems (a company that supplies election technology) is used in the same six states where President Trump is filing lawsuits in connection with the presidential election, suggesting that Dominion Voting is responsible for election fraud. These posts, however, are misleading. Dominion Voting systems were used in at least 24 states. https://www.google.com/amp/s/mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKBN27S2Z9 I am sure Dominion system was used more in states where Trump won. So if you guys want elections cancelled in states where Dominion was used, then states won by Trump using Dominion must be cancelled as well. A Texan vote is disenfranchised if those states used Dominion to alter votes.Ditto if they sent ballots to everyone on the voter rolls be they out of state or dead and who eventually voted.SC will rule on this by demanding to see if the irregularities captured live were part of as Joe Biden said "we have the most efficient ballot fraud thing...." How is a Texan vote disenfranchised? Are their votes not counted? Is Texas electoral collage votes not casted? You are not making any sense at all. Supreme Court can't manufacture evidence for Trump. The Supreme Court can only look at evidence presented at the lower courts and rule on it. Supreme Court obviously would not rule based on conjectures and innuendos. |

basilico: Thanks for the correction. Did Joe Biden get 80m votes, was the election the most secure ever? If your answer is Yes, then why are democrats rushing to dismiss cases on technicalities? If Biden won lawfully , why don't they allow voter machine forensics and or ballot verification The answer is a resounding YES! 2020 Election Was Most Secure in U.S. History, Cybersecurity Officials Say Christopher Krebs, director of the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, testifies during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in Dirksen Building titled "5G: National Security Concerns, Intellectual Property Issues, and the Impact on Competition and Innovation," on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. https://time.com/5911518/2020-election-most-secure-history/ The cases were not dismissed on technicalities, they were dismissed for lack of evidence. Trump lawyers presented no physical evidence to back up their claims. The voter machines are not in Biden's custody, so he has no powers to allow voter machine forensics and or ballot verification. |

basilico: You don't get the argument.Texas is suing those states for violation of the constitution which allowed massive fraud. Meaning Texan votes were cancelled by fraud at the state level by these technocrats not following the constitution. States can sue other states. And present their case to the Supreme Court which will determine if the actions by these states diluted the constitution Texans were affected . The SC is the arbitrator of states vs states. I don't still get your argument. You mean Texan votes were cancelled by fraud at the state level by election laws made by Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia? How did a law made by legislatures in these states affect the Texas voter? These states can choose whomsoever they wish as president, likewise Texas. Now what are the prayers of this Texas suit? To cancel the elections in all 4 states and deny them the electoral votes? For the Supreme Court to allocate the electoral votes to Trump despite the results of the elections? To arbitrarily cancel all Mail in and absentee ballots and mail in votes (which heavily favours Biden) from the official results and only leave the in person voting (which heavily favours Trump), hereby disenfranchising over half the registered voters? You want trump who had never and will never have popular support to rule America by force? You realize that at no time in his presidency was he able to get 50% support from the citizenry. He may have cult following but he was the US most unpopular president in recent history. |

On that premise, and I believe they have done their homework properly, unlike you shortsighted Biden goons, they know their case will be heard.
Imagine weeks after an election that's supposed to have ended on Nov 3, cases are piling up all over the land. Obviously, there is reason to throw out these "tainted" and compromised states votes. Which cases are piling up and over which land? Trump and his goons are just throwing up frivolous cases without any evidence whatsoever. sanpipita: The suit contains matters that has already been decided in other courts, they are either recycling propaganda or lawsuit, I haven't seen anything like this before, lawyers in Nigeria won't even do this.
This is the rubbish that keeps people like ono optimistic, we have to invest in education. Trump needs the suit to give his illiterate cult followers something to hope unto. Imagine a state suing another state to dispute the way it decided to hold its elections and dispute the outcome of its votes. It's like Lagos suing kano for voting it's senatorial candidate. It's even worse, because in the US federal elections are organized by the states. According to the US constitution it's the states that votes their presidential candidate and not necessarily the electorates. It's just that the states vote according to the votes of the electorate. So I honestly don't understand the right of Texas to tell Georgia or Michigan who they must vote for. At the rate at which Trump and his illiterate cult followers are going, the US better divide with Trump rulling the red states perpetually and California and some other blue states form another country. |

Fruits contain acids that interfere with the body's natural acids that aids digestion, so eating lots of fruits or fruit juice immediately after a mean will cause you serious indigestion. I tried it after my wife bought a juice and I could not sleep throughout the night due to indigestion. It's best to wait for at least 45 mins after a meal before taking fresh fruits or fresh juice. |

Maybe all the elections in all 50 states should be contested. You can smell foul play or anything you want to smell, the problem is proof that is admissible in court. What you guys fail to realize that it's practically impossible for the courts to invalidate just one vote, except that vote proven to be fraudulent. Doing so would be disenfranchising a voter. |

BraniacX: to receive a pardon implies you've been found guilty of committing a crime or else what would there be need for a pardon for? That under normal circumstances, but under Trump there is nothing like normal circumstances. Trump is thinking of pardoning himself and his family proactively. Meaning, he will pardon him self now that he has the powers incase he is found guilty of a crime later. |

Mobi47: in Pennsylvania they discovered that 600,000 votes went to biden in seconds and just 3000 plus was given to Trump. if u watch the video ehnn even people in court shouted eeaahhhh...they were shocked. More revelation is coming out as hundreds of thousands of votes in Arizona was not checked and 95% of those mail-in ballots votes went to Biden. Trump is next president....US is not Nigeria That's why I insist you guys take a plane from Umudike and help the Trump campaign in court, since you guys have proof of election fraud that the Trump campaign has not been able to bring to court. The Republican litigators in this case did not allege fraud, their allegation is that Art 77 which was the law passed by the Pennsylvania state legislature to guide the election is against the Pennsylvania constitution. The Republican plaintiffs, Congressman Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell, Wanda Logan and others argued that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail measure, Act 77, is in violation of the PA constitution. The Epoch Times reported:
“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the lawsuit, filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, states.
“As with prior historical attempts to illegally expand mail-in voting by statute, which have been struck down going as far back as the Military Absentee Ballot Act of 1839, Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.” Mind you, Republicans control the Pennsylvanian house of assembly. So Republicans are suing the Republican controlled state legislature for making a Republican backed and sponsored law. Now, since you on the other hand have evidence of fraud, it would make things much easier for Trump in court. |
