Yimu!!!

When did 2 year old boys start eating compatibility huh I think they prefer to eat Aptamil and 15k a month cannot get them that. Well the boy will have to eat compatibility then. Only a crazy woman will remain with a 15k a month man with a baby in her hands. It does not make any sense.
I still ask, is the woman disabled? Can't she work and earn her own money? I now see why Muslim fundamentalists prevent women from going to school or earning a living, they have women like you that think like them.

So what do you suggest a woman with a 15k a month man and a baby to do? Find a 5 million naira a month man, as a second, third or even fourth wife, or become a concubine? Do you think the baby will grow up mentally and psychologically in such an environment with numerous other wives and children? I have seen many such disastrous situations.

Are you telling me you think women add no value to the family beside sex and giving birth to children? Now, tell me what you bring to the table in a relationship. You talk as if women are incapacitated or invalid.

You are just juvenile raised with poor values. Even in wealthy advanced nations, women contribute to the family and don't just sit down depending on men to provide all their need, because of the hole between their legs.

Took you 3 years to get back on your feet?? Ahhuh who was not doing your fatherly responsibilitieshuh This is why alot of wives cheat without thier husband s knowing - 3 years to become a man again. Are you proud of that 3 years achievement of not looking after your family?? Please don't say it in public again sir. AH!!! Sigh
Na wa o. So you don't know men loose their jobs or a tragedy affect their businesses? I am sure you are too young to understand life and it's ups and downs.
I am extremely proud of the "3 years it took me to become a man again" it helped my son, my wife and I bond very well. It showed me that my wife loved me beyond material things. I married her when I was doing well, it was not until the hard times that I realised the love was real. This year I am opening a baking business for her, after sending her to a culinary school.

Muscle does not solve any problem now. Puffing up and down doesnot solve any problem, a man who cannot provide for his family is an infidel says the holy book. Do you think the girl is happy to go and look for a provider for her child while the child's father is alive. Use this anger to make money. The only supremancy is money - he who pays the piper ? dictates the tune. He does not have money to pay piper so the tune is for the step dad. it hurts but the only solution is to understand that as a young man you have a financial clock and get to work making that money - even your mother will not respect you if you cannot provide for your child. curse all you want or provide or keep your peepee away from women.
This your "poverty" mentality is what put us in the mess we find ourselves today. So you elevate material acquisition above love and life itself. No wonder Nigerians are making a mess of themselves around the world with make money anyhow mentality.
Most successful men you see right now started out with their wives poor. Abiola told us stories of how he was a stay at home dad taking care of Kola, while Simbiat was the one working. It was same Simbiat that paid Abiola's fees through school that enable him to be a successful accountant.
Even I, pass through a very difficult time at the time I had my first child, as my business crashed. My wife had to do business, while I took care of my son. It took me over 3 years before I got on my feet again. So according to you once a man hit a difficult period, his girlfriend or wife should abandon ship.

You don't have enough money even though you're trying your best, you should have impregnated a girl with level head instead, why didn't you marry her first? my advice is for you to go and hustle, your child will look for you later
So you are advising him to abandon his child and not to participate in the upbringing of his son.
Raising and loving a child is not only about money.

The same Igbo tradition that doesn't allow women inherit property is the one you're referring to.

Nigeria's laws supercede Customary laws.
Nigeria: Supreme Court Invalidates Igbo Customary Law Denying Female Descendants the Right to Inherit

(May 6, 2014) On April 14, 2014, the Nigerian Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, confirmed decisions of two lower courts, which had found unconstitutional an Igbo customary law of succession excluding female offspring from eligibility to inherit the property of their fathers. This is not only done in river state. It's also done in igbo land. If you impregnant a girl without paying her bride price, that child automatically belong to the girl's family and his to bear the girl's sur name.
That is why we have courts. You go to the court to claim your legal rights. As long as the child possess half your DNA, you are legally the father.

False. There is no correlation between bride price and parental rights in our statutes. That is obtained only in some traditions.

No the lady is an ikwerre and not Igbo. Read the OP.I just repeated what the family of the lady told him. Just READ! He's not going to court to fight for recognition as the father of the boy but he wants to take the child away from the mother. Please read the OP.
No court in this world would grant custody of a 2 year old to the father, when the mother is not incapacitated or constitute a danger to the child. I am certain the OP meant he wants full rights and recognition as the father.
FamilyRe: How Do I Take Custody Of My Beloved Son? by wirinet(m): 11:17pm On Jul 12, 2019
spongeisback:
Traditionally the boy doesn't belong to you. Even if you go to court they would never ever ever grant you custody of that child except you can prove he's not being well taken care of by his mother.
That's only according to igbo tradition. In other traditions, a child belongs to the father marriage or not.

Federal and state laws supercedes customary laws, and if the matter is taken to court, traditional law will be relegated to the background. Remember, an igbo lady went to court to claim part of her fathers inheritance her brothers denied her, against igbo traditional law.

There was no wedding.
So? Does that change the fact that he is the biological and legal father? Weddings are not the prerequisite for fatherhood.
FamilyRe: How Do I Take Custody Of My Beloved Son? by wirinet(m): 11:02pm On Jul 12, 2019
As per getting custody of the child, that would be difficult. The court would naturally give custody of little children to the mother, except in cases where the mother is proven to be incompetent. Having said that, you can't be denied your rights as the legal father - tradition or not. The constitution supercedes any traditional law. It a good thing you have the birth certificate, with your surnames on it. It will be difficult for your wife to get another one with a different name. You can fight for visitation rights and other parental rights in the courts.
Your main problem will be the corrupt and expensive judicial process. Lawyers are quite expensive and the law is always skewed in favour of of the rich.

I suggest you also get human rights organisation involved. As long as you don't give up, you will get your parental rights over your son.

No need for insults. I believe Nigeria still has freedom of speech enshrined in our laws so they are free to speak their mind and we can speak ours. We should engage on an intellectual level and ask under which laws would Buhari ban the programming? Or is he an all powerful president that can do as he pleases?
Don't mind them, they want to force everyone to live by their belief systems. Nigerian Christians and Muslims share the same fundamentalist ideology.
If Buhari should start banning things he doesn't like, they would be the first to scream dictator, but now, they want him to ban a private company that has not broken any law. A private company that obtained all necessary permits to build and air their show.

They talk as if DSTV put a TV, satellite dish and decoder in their homes and put a gun to their head to force them to watch BBN.

You didn't mention how it will add value to the life of the millions viewing it at home. Instead, they will spend money on daily basis in the name of voting. I don't see the gain bro. I don't see the gain.
Are you saying it does not add value to Seun Osewa watching from home? What of the thousands of bloggers and YouTubers and other social media practitioners eking out a living from social media marketing?

Are you now discounting the value of entertainment as a whole? You are directly insinuating that movie, sports, music industries are of no value to fans.

Religion is truely a virus that once it infect the brain, it starts to delete its rational sectors slowly but surely.
If woman was not the original plan of Pastor Oyakhilomes god, then what was his original plan, and why did he change it? If male and female of every animal (and plants) were part of the original plan, why was man different. So only one man was supposed to live on the entire planet with animals and plants reproducing.
The man being master is the most reprehensible doctrine I have heard, it's no different from Islamic terrorist doctrine on women. No wonder he can't keep a wife, as no woman would agree to marry her "master".
I advise ladies to shine their eyes very well before saying I do to any man. They should flee from any man that believes he is going to be her master in marriage, so as to avoid the pastor Anita experience.

They should o.... This is getting out of hand... Adult film live on TV...its very bad.
That is why the film rating system was created.
The rating system is a guide to help you determine a movies content prior to viewing it.
Big Brother Nigeria is rated 18, meaning it contains content not suitable for people under 18
NC-17:"No One 17 And Under Admitted."
This rating declares that this is a film that most parents will consider too adult for their youngsters under 17. No children will be admitted. NC-17 does not necessarily mean "obscene or pornographic". An NC-17 rating can be violence or sex or aberrational behavior or drug abuse or any other elements which, when present, most parents would consider too strong and therefore off-limits for viewing by their children.
http://www.bearpausetheater.com/ratings.html
We are in a democracy and not a theocracy. If you want all 18 rated programs and films banned in Nigeria, pertition the National Assembly to change our broadcast laws.

A show that cannot add a single value to the life of its viewers.
You will be surprised at the value of BBN to the Nigerian economy. From building of the House in Nigeria (including the stage), to the production crew of the show, to bloggers and social media guys making making cash from BBN related stories (even Seun is smiling to the bank). The macro economic effect is huge.
The show us rated 18 for got sake, if you don't want to watch any show rated 18, change the channel. DSTV has cartoon and religious channels, unless you are suggesting that all 18 rated programmes should be banned in Nigeria.

What do you mean take shit from anybody. The UK ambassador was merely doing his official duty of reporting back home, their embassy's views on the trump presidency. The culprit is the traitor who leaked official secret memos of the British Foreign office. If all official secret memos of all diplomatic memos to home governments are leaked, I am sure many countries would severe diplomatic relations.
I can't imagine what the official secret memo of Buhari would look like.

You think this resignation means any thing. The view expressed by the memo is not only the views of the ambassador, but that of the UK mission in the US. So changing ambassador does not change the view.
If trump is so pained by the memo, he better close down the UK embassy in US and severe diplomatic relations.

Japan never started this way. Japan started the way China did, by selling replicated western products to the rest of the world, but with substandard materials. Same way Taiwan did in the early 80s. You can't make a substandard caricature, and hope to sell to the rest of the world. Industrialisation takes far more than a few individuals welding a few scrap metals together.

Waste of the education tax fund.

After all you have written, it doesn’t change the fact that the contraption is a piece of sh*t.

Why do I need to make toothpick? That’s not innovative but I see where your mindset is... still on toothpick creation.

I run a company that creates high-resolution maps using high-tech drones. Note...I said high-tech! My cheapest drone is over $30k Unfortunately we do not make drones here so we have to buy them. However we are looking for brilliant minds who we will sponsor in the field of robotics so we can have a home-grown drone industry. So you see ... I am creating something!! Now you tell me... what have you made apart from your silly comment!!!

I wouldn’t even consider any of these people cos this doesn’t show me that they are forward-thinking!!
I am encouraged and proud of a black man, a Nigerian at that running a high tech company. It a refreshing change from our fixation with the entertainment /sports industry.
Now, your problem highlights the dysfunctionality of our educational system. If we had a functional educational system, someone like your should sponsor UNN's Faculty of Engineering, to research and create a drone specific to your specifications. Instead they are building a caricature of a keke, in the pretense of an electric car. For what purpose the keke was built, I don't know, but it's certainly not for commercial purpose.
Is it possible for you to discuss with UNN faculty of Engineering to see if they possess the skills and knowledge to build your drone?

That's what most people don't understand, electric engines (which is simply a DC motor) are simpler than petrol/diesel engines. The major problem of electric cars are the battery capacity, charging facility and safety.
