Some people think war is a joke. It might be easy to throw bombs around, but when it causes a full scale war, how many of them will stand to fight?
Can they see their loved ones massacred for their fool.ishness??

Nigerians should be very careful.
It is easy to talk the talk of war, but it's not easy to walk its walk.
War is never a situation any sane person would want to be in.
All the leaders, politicians you think you'll get at- when you allow devious minded people that hide under an umbrella to provoke a retaliation from you that will breed war (which has been their agenda from the beginning)- will only bundle their family outside the country and stay there with them.
Can you do that too?
Will you be able to escape war if it breaks out, after your senseless provocations & retaliations?

Some people have their brains in their heads but NEVER use it.
Who are the real people behind all these acts?
If they are Nigerians, could it be the bad eggs among the Northern folk, as every ethnic group has some bad eggs that give them a general bad name?
Or are they from outside the country?
Who are their sponsors?
Getting to the root of the problem and killing it from there will authomatically lead to the death of every other component.
Let's not be quick to flex muscles senselessly, or talk like people with no reasoning faculties. Because it is the innocent, defenceless citizens like us that will bear the brunt.
Talk is cheap, same way is thoughtless actions.
If we had reasonable, human-hearted, unselfish leaders, maybe they would have divided this country a long time ago peacefully.

I agree with M"sBJ 100%. Yes sir. En pointe. No fakeness, fairy tales, or unrealities should be attached to marriage. Where I laughed however is his physical description of the lady. I guess that's his own comeback to the earlier post. Cos physical attributes do not determine a successful relationship. A man/woman may have physical flaws, but amazingly they could be the ones to make ur union the envy of all. This is hitting the nail on the head, not some sweet-talking ones who'll promise u the world, even to kiss ur feet everyday, only to discard such 'nonsense' after marriage. Hehe.

It is rubbish. There is no respect in that. Even in those days when our mothers were courting, the bride-to-be only went to the guy's family to work or run some errands, after which she will go back to her parents' house the same day, her character being observed all that time. If at all there was any reason for her to sleep over, it was with the consent of her parents, and she will sleep with the guy's mother or sisters! Not the guy himself. But I guess 'civilization' has turned everything on its head. No sense of pride anywhere. And I guess after the 'test driving', as some of u called it (since Man's value is now equal to inanimate objects), and the guy does not like his 'car', he dumps or drops it for the next in line to test, abi? And so the cargo continues to be handed down, until the unfortunate, unsuspecting, respectable guy comes along and does the deed. Only to discover later she had cohabited with half the town. There's a difference BETWEEN Doing something wrong/going with a trend, discovering it is wrong, and making a U-turn, AND sheepishly joining the wrong crowd.

I understand what you mean.I have in my mind a pic of this guy who is highly recognised in the society but in a relationship with a shy girl who cannot even compose herself in public.Theres a level of relationship which cuts across the usual lovely dovey stuff. I dont completely agree. You have 'unknown' people who have more self confidence than some of them celebrities. Confidence DOES NOT come with being famous. That's why u find some celebrities who live above their means cos they believe they're in a competition with someone (lack of confidence/inferiority complex), always borrowing and living a fake life. Besides, if he's already famous, he needs no one to help him network anywhere. On the other hand, that man could find a 'nobody' girl who has a natural self confidence and doesn't see celebrity as something to be worshipped. Whether u're a celebrity or not, they don't care. They see you as a HUMAN BEING. Ever asked why many celeb+celeb unions rarely last. IMHO, I would say, for a successful relationship, a union btw a MATURE celebrity (not those their fame have gone to their head) + level headed, confident 'nobody' is the perfect match. The One will help the other to get back into himself (the real world)and maintain a level head.

some peeps here love popularity and like associating with them too. yes, fame attracts. nobody here will reject that, I'm sure. if we are frank. while some are self conscious around such people, and as such dont like to be seen in public with them cos of the protocols that follow them, others will do anything to hook them. lol. so, all in all, it comes down to individuality.

MEND, MASSOB, OPC, the middle belt and majority of the core north that do not support that devilish group should wage war against them.
