I have noticed this trend by our men- husbands, fathers and even brothers to avoid the home(all contacts off) whenever there is a misunderstanding. Many a mother, even wives have had to sleep alone at night, for some days, whenever son/hubby wants to pay back/teach her a lesson after a quarrel. Our guys(men), pls is it fair? Jo o! Pls o! Even the strongest woman has a breaking point. It's in this kind of scenario you find the 'Iron lady' doing what she wouldn't dream of doing on a normal day- weeping. . . Ladies will YOU do that if ur guy decides to <u know>. And guys hv u done it b4? Or u get am for agenda. Oya mobo, 190, mahorski etc, wer una dey? Lol. I know say na una be the commanders-in-chief. Our troublesome guys. Hmmph! As for me, i no go send o! Not when mamagee,Omolala, ebonyeyes, googles, get my back. Hehehehehe *wink*

The man has an injunction to ' Love his wife as Christ loved the church' i.e Us. That means, with a love greater than the love of a mother for her child (deep, intense, sacrificial). There's no abuse/maligning of any kind allowed, he protects her and forgives unconditionally . . . While the woman should 'submit' to her husband. And in that submission, loyalty and respect is embedded. Meaning she shouldn't commit any act that will ruin her hubby's image, betray his trust or be strong headed. Thanks for reminding us about that.

If something was going on, and your girl didn't deem it fit to tell you, knowing fully well that your 'so called' friend almost always tried something on her anytime you left the house, then i'd say she doesn't respect you.
A 'friend' that could stoop so low to disrespect his friend, couldn't have been a friend from the beginning. And i find it stupid that some men aren't enlightened enough even in these days, to know that it is NOT wise to keep your fellow guy (no matter how trustworthy you may think he is) in the same house with your girl. There's bound to be temptation! And not everyone has the decency to reason with their heads instead of with their downstairs.

IMO, if your girl couldn't tell you, then i don't think her hands are clean. Because she should know very well that a 'friend' that can think of taking over his friend's lady/wife can do any harm conceivable to his friend in order to take over without fear of being caught with her. UNLESS she was the one that initiated the whole thing in the first place.

If i was you, I'd probably get rid of them both. Cos one has shown he's not a friend, and the other does not respect you, talkless of love.

Jumping from one woman to another. Where has that gotten you? Don't you have self control? See the kind of people coming around you- you only attract what you are! Like Economics tells you- human wants are limitless &insatiable. You can't want EVERYTHING my friend! No human being is perfect, even you. We work on our imperfections to make it easier for people to relate with us. Why don't you try and help someone around you/you love, manage their weaknesses? Anger can be controlled, provided the person accepts it and is willing to help himself/herself.
On the other note, you're expecting a baby by somebody- mindful of that, you are still jumping from one girl to another. If you re no longer interested in your child's mother at this stage, then that means you're not interested in your daughter. I only pity the woman- being pregnant for you and receiving these insults to boot. A child hasn't even come to the world and already the parents are thinking of giving her a single parented home.

The determination and DRIVE that comes with such thinking will mobilize you into going out there against all odds, against any obstacles that come with parental popularity, and make a name for yourself. It will lend you confidence to stand your ground and let everyone know(especially your would-be employer<s>) that you are a woman of your own. You will find yourself making such progress that you might not make still relying on your parents, consciously or unconsciously.
