Why re u so concerned over a man u claim u don't want to have anything to do with? Or is it a case of you're saying something else while ur emotions are doing another? Pls be careful where u allow ur heart to rest, so u don't regret.

Politics › Re: Turai Would Want Her Husband To Leave Power - Confidant by Wislet(f): 9:35pm On Mar 20, 2010
We're being allowed knowledge of family occurrences NOW, ? - of the daughter and dad, relationship with ministers- do we need all that? ? When Nigerians needed it the most (and one that concerns us at that) when the insult was up to our throats and difficult to swallow, was the demanded (and rightfully so) information supplied? It's now flowing like free whiskey. . . . . . .? huh angry
I sincerely was short of words at the turn of events at the time.

Romance › Re: Married , In Love With Wife For 20 Some Years, Falled In Love With Another Woman by Wislet(f): 1:34pm On Feb 25, 2010
PUT YOURSELF IN YOUR WIFE'S POSITION. IF YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY AND NOT FEEL BETRAYED TO HEAR SUCH NEWS FROM HER, IT'S LEFT TO YOU. WHAT KIND OF A WOMAN/GIRL WOULD BE SO READY TO BREAK UP A HOME SHE DIDN'T HELP TO BUILD IN ANY WAY- A GOLD DIGGER, THAT IS. DON'T ALLOW DE DEVIL TO USE YOUR WEAK POINT TO DESTROY YOU AND TEAR YOUR FAMILY APART. LOVE MY FOOT. PLS DON'T INSULT THAT WORD.
Romance › Re: Can I Ever Find True Love? I'm So Depressed Now. by Wislet(f): 10:44am On Feb 24, 2010

Romance › Re: Confession Of My Fiancée: "I Cheated On You" by Wislet(f): 7:05pm On Feb 20, 2010

While I don't support the cheating (heartbreaking) , . . . . .I cnt believe the holier-than-thou attitudes being displayed here. Does it mean all those casting de first stone aren't (PRESENTLY EVEN) doing same or worse? ? Some don't even have any conscience prick before or after, while others might be on top of someone else, apart from their boyfriends/girlfriends TYPING THEIR COMMENTS.
Anyways ,
@ poster, it's really painful knowing someone u love (straight from the heart) had someone else apart from you. Even more so when you have marriage in the books. You know your girl better than any of us here. You know if she's the flirty/ cheating type or no. You could first find out what led her to it. No excuse is tangible enough, Yes. But a mistake has been made. For her to have told you means she must have a lot of respect for u, and didn't want any guilt ruining her/your joy later on. If she's truly repentant and remorseful, it's ur decision alone to make.

Romance › Re: Is It Proper For My Girlfriend To Sleep In A Guys House? by Wislet(f): 10:26am On Feb 05, 2010
@poster, what if u do something drastic now and find out later that there was nothing to it? Why don't u TALK with her first and find out why it was so necessary for her to do that. Some do that to avoid any 'incasity' of de dark. She's ur girl, talk with her, ok?
Romance › Beauty Or Brains?- Your Greater Turn On. by Wislet(op): 8:11am On Feb 05, 2010
Guys, which do you appreciate more in a lady, and especially one you would love to settle down with. At first interaction, which is your greater TURN ON- her beauty or her brains?

In essence, would u rather have a RAVING BEAUTY who might not be so good academically OR a BRAIN BOX who's not so beautiful? ?
Sports › Egyptian Coach Shehata Snubs Nigeria by Wislet(op): 9:00pm On Feb 04, 2010
Record-breaking Egypt coach Hassan Shehata has turned his back on Nigeria to further his dream of leading the Pharoahs to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. According to Goal on Wednesday, the 60-year-old has signed a four-year contract extension with the Egyptian Football Association, meaning he has been given another chance to help the North African country qualify for the World Cup.
Shehata, who led the Pharoahs to their third successive Nations Cup triumph in Angola on Sunday, claimed on Monday he had been been approached by the Nigerian Football Federation, which is believed to be in the hunt for a replacement for coach Shaibu Amodu.
''They (NFF officials) expressed interest in hiring me to take charge during the World Cup'', Shehata told TV station Modern Sport.
''It will be a great honour for me to work (at) the World Cup. But the Egyptian FA will have the final word on whether I could work with Nigeria on a temporary basis''.
With the opportunity to engage the Egyptian gone, the NFF has been left with the option of hiring Mozambique coach Mart Nooij or Zambian manager Henre Renard, who have also been linked with the Super Eagles job.

Romance › Re: Anger by Wislet(f): 5:48pm On Feb 04, 2010
First of all, grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin , Ok,here's mine. >>> Anytime u're angry angry try to leave the scene. Staying there will only make u angrier. Removing yourself from the environment means denying the person any further privilege to capitalize on ur vulnerability and make u madder. Go to a quiet place and stay. Quietude has a way of calming the nerves.
Some people get over their anger by talking out the pain, not to anyone-just on their own. And after a while they find themselves SO less embittered, such that when next u see them u can hardly believe they wer de same ones ready to pull a tooth smiley
Just don't give anyone de satisfaction of controlling ur emotions. Remember- anyone u give de power to control ur emotions SO, has an upper hand over u undecided cool
Romance › Re: thanks for the opinions by Wislet(f): 10:21am On Feb 04, 2010
@poster. From that No 6, i hope u'rent trying to say that abroad based girls re better than those at home. Cos that would be a gross evaluation. The fact that those ones show off their pics and appear more sophisticated(since when have people started marrying pics) doesn't in any way mean they re better.
Romance › Re: Is It Compulsry That A Guy Must Av Hieght Than His Gf? by Wislet(f): 6:07pm On Jan 28, 2010
Lol. I don't think the girl was in love with him in the first place. If she had been, the fact that he was shorter wouldn't have been a priority at that moment.
To have wasted no time in replying him with that particular excuse is a dead giveaway that she wasn't digging him. She didn't love him back. Simple. She probably used the shortness issue to make him not feel it was a personal thing.
Romance › Re: Help! Pls Tell My Fiance I Am Not Beyonce & He Shud Stop Forcin Me To Be Lyk Her by Wislet(f): 12:39pm On Jan 27, 2010
* long hi$sss*

i'm guessing ur boyfriend has de temperament of a sanguine. He has somehow managed to twist the whole thing to make u look like the guilty party. Even if de poster has gone down, as u said, how r u sure it has gone down too in his mind?
And u're willing to continue wit de charade.
Let me clarify something u don't seem to know: yes, while men will like u to dress beautifully for them and will go a long way to help u look good, SANE ones will not have any IDOL dey'll want u to emulate. They encourage u to be YOURSELF.
There's no one dat can be exactly you in dis world, and u have only one chance to be You.
Anyway have fun with ur 'project'. Wat some women will do and say beats me.

It's a good thing he has seen wat all this is doing to you. And if he is wise he'll address it like someone that has something in-between his ears. Please keep us posted on the finale, How unhealthily obsessed can some people become! , pitiful.

Romance › Re: She Is Now Married But Still Want Me To B Makin Love To Her.? by Wislet(f): 6:28pm On Jan 24, 2010
Sometimes i seriously wonder at some things.
Is the poster REALLY seeking advice from us?
From the way u sound already, it doesn't look as if any advice will make meaning 2 u. Cos u're already kicking ur lips at the money.
Ok. Since u said u need advice: put yourself in her husband's shoes and assume u're the one that left to do a course. Picture a TRUE image of ur wife in another man's arms. Let it be so real, as in it is truly happening. And it was.
Here's it: If u're gonna go back home with a straight face and the word 'honey' (ur pet name 4 her) isn't gonna bite like lime in ur inner cheeks, then go ahead, but if it IS, then u've answered yourself.
Romance › Re: Curious About The True Nigerian Man by Wislet(f): 6:03pm On Jan 24, 2010
Inasmuch as our men are lovely, i would advice u be wise too. Find out if the person is TRULY serious about you, before u'll be chasing shadows.
Also a background check is not a taboo. It's in fact necessary, so you'll have your feet firmly on the ground. Ciao.
