Christianity Etc › Re: Can A Genuine Christian Be A Nigerian Politician? by writeprof(m): 3:12pm On Mar 29, 2021 |
A very big YES! Christians can and should get involved in politics in Nigeria. Until a Christian party is formed by genuinely born again Christians, then the scriptures that talks about the peace and joy to the people because the righteous is ruling will never come to pass, while the sorrow, mourning and evils of the wicked in politics as presently seen will endure. We must be clear about the Christians we are talking about. Many Nigerians erroneously believe anyone with church affiliation or goes to church is a Christian. Foul foul foul |

But una say una prefer Nepa bill .... I remember saying if you give Buhari the swedish Economy he will tank it in 6 months max and y'all thought I was playing ..The greatest gift I have is being able to notice emerging problems before any one does ... If Buhari spends 3 more year the country will be unrecoverable and it will become another Somalia or Afghanistan micro partitioned and ruled by warlords and bandit actors while what's left of govt will only be found in state capitals and cities .. you were all thoroughly warned So, what is the way forward now? |

Fixey: Imagine driving 80/100kmh and engine just suddenly came to a halt and refused moving. I think the driver even came down made some prayers after some introspection before it could move. Nostalgic, I saw something like this years ago as a teenager, one of our neighbours' wife died and on the burial day, her corpse was to be brought to pass through her husband compound where they lived before she died before they take her to the burial place. The vehicle got there, it was stopped, after few minutes and the driver wanted to move, the vehicle refused to start, everyone started saying she doesn't want to be taken away...after driving the children away, I don't know what they eventually did before the vehicle could start and she was taken for burial. Well, man is first a spirit being! |

On the other hand, while do brides and grooms come late to church on their wedding day? 3 Saturdays, I was on duty in my church because of weddings, ALL of them came LATE, and ended paying fines, despite singing it into their ears, the last couple lateness was about 1 hour. Kobojunkie: Because all of your ministers do not in fact understand the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven, a core message which Paul did not in fact address in any of his letters since his letters were already addressed to those who already believed and had an understanding of the core message itself.
Your ministers are liars who have found a way to latch on to Paul instead of Jesus Christ pretending they do so in the name of God. Bros, no be quarrel. Let's learn to be civil at least. You're trying to say something sensible but your approach now makes it lose its sense and meaning. It's well. |
