Travel / Re: Osita Chidoka: Disparity In Air-fares At Nigerian Airports by Xander85: 1:37pm On May 02, 2019 |
I said it in 2015 didn't i....i said it when GEJ was still president, that if perchance Buhari/APC manage to snatch the keys to Aso Rock, that we should kiss goodbye to any meaningful development for AIIA Enugu. But even i couldn't predict what's going on with that airport now; the little gains we made during the GEJ regime have been stagnated and even eroded by this wicked, anti-Igbo Buhari/APC gov't! 4 Likes |

Kennydoc: Thank you bros! These people are just PURELY EVIL! The whole intention of that fixing of runway at Abuja airport and transfering passengers to Kaduna airport was to sneakily upgrade the infrastructure at Kaduna airport and make it take on int'l flights as they were eyeing the int'l operations at AIIA Enugu with hatred and envy! They were like: how dare PDP, GEJ and Princess Stella upgrade AIIA Enugu to int'l operations....didn't they read the script written after the civil war that Igbos and Alaigbo should be marginalised, deprived of any federally assisted investments and rendered useless? I mean, how bloody dare they! They were furious that there were three int'l airports in the south and two in the north, and they just had to do something about it! Any wonder works on the new int'l terminal at AIIA Enugu stopped as soon as the bigot-in-chief Buhari and his relative Hadi-Sirika assumed office! The useless eye-service visit Hadi-Sirika made to Enugu (when south-east members of the national assembly compalined about the poor state of infrastructure at AIIA) what has come of it? 'One Nigeria'...don't you just love it!? 5 Likes |

manchy7531: Impressive stuff! This is all self-effort...not waiting for a gov't job that will give you the chance to steal money! If they could just do up the roads and plant some greenery, the place would be perfect. When mapping out these new areas, they should also consider having open spaces for parks and recreation areas where families can stroll down to and relax under the trees or play with the kids on swings and slides! 4 Likes |

The way Owerri has been stripped of vegetation that can help improve its ambience and suck up carbon dioxide is very worrying! You see some pics of Owerri and you thing you're looking at a shot of Dutse or Kano! You know Sokoto has more trees than Owerri! 2 Likes |

Imo1stson: I don't like seeing us waste scarce resources on what the federal gov't claims is their own sphere of influence and responsibility! If we had state police then i can understand, but why should we spend the money we don't have buying equipment and building offices for a institution the constitution says belongs on the exclusive list? They're not even talking of changing the sharing formula to decrease what the centre gets in view of the fact the federal gov't presence is near non-existent in the states! 3 Likes |

All these useless and faceless armchair critics should do themselves a favour and STFU! Those of us who love Mazi Kanu will continue to love him, while those of you 'one Nigeria'/let-Igbos-continue-in-bondage schmucks that always hated him can continue in the hate....it's what drives us! You bastards seem coordinated and persistent enough in your bid to try and divert attention from the main issue at hand which is the emancipation of Igbos/Biafrans from the shithole and killing field that Nigeria has become! You're on nairaland daily trying to promote tangential issues like the one the OP is promoting, and useless talk about what one fat, greedy frog is mouthing off in Port Harcourt or wherever else it is he's ensconced! We couldn't care less! It's clear you idiots have entered panic mode, considering the number of anti Mazi Kanu and IPOB threads you start everyday and how they extend to many pages in a matter of hours...all filled with you bigots falling over yourselves to come and insult Igbos and Mazi Kanu, thereby proving our point that Nigeria is anything but a nation and has no business continuing to exist! Knock yourselves out! It's all motion without movement i can assure you! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Osagyefo98: Mazi Kanu doesn’t need to ‘bring loads of insults to Igbos’! You and your alternate monikers are doing a good job of it yourselves! It’s not hard to see that, besides trying to cause enmity and disaffection between different Igbo states, your other remit on this forum is to try and see if you can sell the narrative that Igboland consists of just ‘your five south-east states’ that Igbo haters like you love to lay emphasise on! You’re a two-faced, deceitful, bigoted and troubled excuse for a human being! 4 Likes 1 Share |

Politics / Re: New IMO International Cargo Airport Ready, Awaits President's Approval- Okorocha by Xander85: 9:28am On May 01, 2019 |
These people (Okorocha, Buhari, APC) are just playing on our intelligence! You'd read this news and think that a proper job has been done....kinda like how they pulled out all the stops to sneakily upgrade kaduna airport, and how they reconstructed the runway at Abuja airport, with billions spend in both instances! What they're actually talking about is a couple of ugly warehouses that i could easily do for 15 million naira each (if it will even reach that amount)! These guys just want to make it look like Buhari/APC are doing something in the south-east, and that the south-east benefited from Rochas being in the APC, which is a bold-faced lie! When you talk of the launching of a airport upgrade for which a president would attend, you'd expect to see a new and expanded runway; a new terminal; and new operational/navigational equipment that would help expand the airports operations! As long as Buhari and Hadi-Sirika are in charge, you can just forget any meaningful upgrade to operations and infrastructure in any airport in the south-east, and if they do manage to do anything (which they will blow their horn about on the roof tops), you can be rest assured they'd make sure it's of inferior quality and scope to what they would do for their own airports in the north or in Lagos! Bunch of hateful, bigoted bastards! |

id911: Sorry, but this can’t happen in Nigeria! Don’t you see the way Buhari is worshipped in the core north even though there are those of us who believe he’s committed enough crimes to have him locked up and the key melted! Likewise, others may see a president from the south in similar manner, but i’d be stupid to sit by and allow one of mine be hounded out of office in the name of revolution (and i don’t care what they say he’s supposed to have committed), when i know the sort of ‘game’ being played in Nigeria in the name of democracy! ebuk4real: The question i’m asking is: what is APC doing with all the extra money they recovered from ‘PDPs 16 years of looting’....coupled with all the extra money that would have come into the coffers of the federal gov’t these past four years since we’ve gotten rid of the ‘thieving PDP’ and now have saints in office? Shouldn’t Nigeria be seeing positive gains on all fronts since all this extra cash is coming in? 3 Likes |

How about functional airports; functional seaports; Nigerian centre of commerce and industry, with the multiplier effects that goes with it; political control of the commercial and political capitals of the country through force or subterfuge; military installations; control of all military and paramilitary institutions; taking a disproportionate bite at the presidency cherry, while conniving and colluding with likeminded Igbo-haters to ensure no Igbo/Biafran rules Nigeria; etc! Of course only he who wears the shoes knows where it pinches! I expect you to accuse Ndigbo/Biafrans of ‘just wailing because Buhari ‘won’, and being ‘sore losers’’’ 14 Likes 2 Shares |
