sluk:This is part of the problem with parenting in Nigeria...attaching needless importance to irrelevant things! The most important thing is the fathers love, guidance and involvement in the life of his kids....shikena! As long as the dad is not under-dressed, every other thing is marginal! |
gurunlocker:Hehehehehe ![]() You're a regular Sherlock Holmes....it's hard to pull a fast one on you! |

MXrap:Moderators, can you say you've not seen this post? Why hasn't this despicable creature been banned? |
The moderators are certainly complicit in all this! If not they would ban all these fools derailing this thread, and make a rule that no one registered in the last one week is allowed to comment on here unless he will be banned! It's easy to spot those up to no good, as their profile will show they registered just a few hours or days ago, and are only interested in going into arguments and making abusive posts solely on Igbo threads to derail them! Once you ban them as fast as they create new monikers, they'll soon get fed up and leave us alone! All these fools on here abusing one another and posting the same abusive pics repeatedly are either one or two people or part of a group that's threatened by this thread! One of them was yarning the other day that this thread has outlived its usefulness, yet he's spent all day on here posting cra'p! He's the same guy that told me i'm not Igbo, yet we can all see he doesn't want a Pan-Igbo thread to thrive! |
vanbonattel:I hope you all know this guy i'm quoting here is trying to derail this thread again! He's possibly the same person/s that's answering himself with different monikers and trying to stir up an argument between two Igbo states just to post dirty pics and engage in exchange of abuse....again, all in a bid to derail the thread! |
andycom:And as if that wasn't bad enough, he'll then go and assault our senses by slapping his ugly grinning face on every other billboard available to declare 'governor is working' and that the citizens have never had it so good! |
JoannaSedley:I'm with you on this! There's just too much hot air coming out of some states in the south-east! It's all playing to the gallery b'cos of the upcoming elections! See Ikpeazu talking of a Dubai-like city when he hasn't cleaned up small Aba and Umuahia first! It's only Umahi i have little confidence in b'cos there's actually something on ground to back up his own talk! |
Pidginwhisper:My sentiments exactly! I have to admit Iheanacho hasn't lived up to expectations, and i find this disappointing because i like the guy. I think his fathers greed in wanting him to sign for Manchester City, instead of a smaller club where he'd have more playing time, was part of the problem. Now he's suffering a crises of confidence! |
dam2000:It is some peoples life long ambition to see this doesn't happen! They see the 'IBO' as either a defeated second-class people that sent out soldiers to kill their leaders in the 60s and hence shouldn't be placed on the same pedestal as themselves, or they see the 'IBO' as the competition that shouldn't be given a level playing field with the 'other two' ethnic groups least they overtake them in development! |
Asshurbanipal:I think there's a YouTube 3D video somewhere. |
vanbonattel:A Dubai-like city, and the federal gov't is only staking 10 billion naira on the project!? That one can't even take care of the landscaping....that's if they're serious to deliver a world-class project! |
That was one way the election was rigged in Buharis' favour....and with the active connivance of Jegas' INEC! How come the figures are so much more for the core muslim north.....millions more!? It's so they can get all the illegal immigrants and underage kids to vote! They've upped their game this time around, and are planning worse for next year! Signing the electoral bill will dagbaru their plans...hence the excuses! ![]() |
abdulazeez1002:It's a rouge asteroid plummeting down from outer space and hitting earth with the impact of a couple of nuclear bombs that sent the dinosaurs packing! They couldn't cope with the resultant drastic change in climate as a result of the impact, and it was only the furry little mammals at the time, that could hide underground that managed to survive. Those furry little mammals are our ancestors as a matter of fact! But i get your point though! ![]() |
MXrap:If it's outlived its usefulness, just stop visiting it....simple! Unless of course you have other intentions and you're one of those that derailed the thread a few weeks ago? ![]() |
It says a lot that countries like South Sudan and Somalia are less violent than Nigeria! As an investor, it's these type of reports that will determine where you go to invest and where you avoid at all costs! The only tourists that will be looking for a fun place to go for vacation, and then proceed to shortlist Nigeria as a possible, are those with a death wish! ![]() |
OBoy50:Hehehehe ![]() |
Revolution (of the Arab Spring stylee) can't work in Nigeria! We're just too fractured to be able to speak with one voice! The ruling elite that are about to lose out will always fall back to pandering to the ethnic and religious cleavages to confuse and befuddle their talakawas! This has never failed them in the past! |
It's obvious Nigerians have realised that something has to give....we can't just be doing the same thing we've been doing since 1960 and expect different results! The problem is they're just scared to explore uncharted waters! |
You mean even Somalia is a safer country than Nigeria? ![]() |
PointZerom:With no national day of mourning or flags flown at half-mast! |
Hassan88:Nice try with your diversionary tactics! |
GoTV:It's not 'yahoo boys'! I watched the news yesterday, where those freed said their captors were herdsmen! |
surgical:But what exactly is in that bill that's freaking them out like this? The other day, was watching the news and saw (i think it's) the senate leader being interviewed, and from his statements you could just tell he was preparing our minds for the inevitable......Buhari not signing the bill! Also saw Keyamo on Channels TV saying similar stuff! So can anyone tell me just what's in the bill that's giving them sleepless nights!? |
ANSMEDIA:Everything federal gov't....federal gov't! What kinda warped federation are we running bikonu! Besides, where will the money come from for yet another ill thought out duplication of functions for which i'm sure a body already exists!? It would just create new overheads and pretend to spend money on capital projects and schemes like the NDDC is doing! |
abc115:Is the rest of Nigeria getting any of the things you listed for free? Unlike the core muslim north that gets free proceeds from oyel and gas! Tell you what; how about they take all these things listed -that make them feel they're doing me a favour- and go form form their own country!? It will be my loss and their gain innit? ![]() |
delishpot:No wonder the Nigerian economy has been ran aground since they took over in 1966! |
Zieina:I had a feeling you were gonna post this pic as one example! She's pretty no doubt, but it's interesting you could only find a half-Nigerian (mixed-race) to help buttress your point! Is she resident and schooled in Nigeria like Bianca did? Notice how she's more made-up in comparison to the younger Bianca? Her look is the typical carbon-copy look of most mixed-race and white girls in the UK and US...she doesn't stand out amongst her peers like Bianca does! Some may look at her and even say that though she's pretty, she does come across as looking a bit hard and lacking in emotion unlike the pic of a younger Bianca! |
Because their main aim of going into politics or governance isn't' selfless service! Right from when we were all kids, we all associated governance in Nigeria with stupendous wealth, privilege and using your convoy to run poor, hapless Nigerians off the road and into the nearest gutter! ![]() |
