Osun elections as a case study , the votes in ikirun had to be recast because of violence , people moving from environs to go and vote PDP outside their polling unit , there was even viral video of girl with hijab claiming police and APC didn't allow them to vote in Ikirun whereas most of them were from Ede town where adeleke was born

YES! I'm saying removing those votes WERE JUSTIFIED! If INEC that's supposed to be the umpire doesn't act when faced with brazen, in-your-face rigging then who would? We're yet to hear the reasons why the Supreme Court gave the ruling it gave (a ruling which ended up making the tally of final votes cast more than that of accredited voters) so we're not privy to the facts of the hearing to say one way or the other what the defence teams cited or didn't cite!

In any case, you have to wonder why the useless Supreme Court believed the position of that crook Uzodinma and not that of INEC.....that it cancelled votes from those units due to rigging! After listening to the facts of the case, two lower courts saw reason with INECs position.....TWO! Then your APC Supreme Court came along and, with one stroke of the pen, overrulled the lower courts well-considered judgements and went ahead to deliver a ridiculous ruling that ended up making total of final votes cast more than that of accredited voters! Let's see how they'll wriggle out of this one!

Having a snazzy website isn't enough! I need to see credible Igbo personalities like Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Soludo, Pascal Dozie, Pat Utomi, etc, support the initiative before i financially commit to it!

Even if everyone voted and there were no invalid votes, the maximum number of votes for that day cannot be more than 823,743 ! The reason Buhari wanted a puppet Chief Justice of Nigeria is very clear.

Unless the arise and fight the mockery of democracy going on, APC will continue to do the same thing. If Police and Army aren't used to stuff ballot boxes, then INEC will be used to announce fake results. If the people are patriotic and mange to prevent INEC from manipulating the result, then they will use supreme court puppet to do it. Either way, they will subvert the will of the people. But the people have a right to protest! The state assembly has the responsibility to impeach an imposter.

The supreme court is the leading judicial authority in the land, and are in a position to set judicial precedent on matters which have wide-reaching, national implications for justice and fairness! As it stands, they are the law, so don't give me that cra'p that their hands were tied and they were just following the law! I'm sure you've heard the saying before that 'the law is an ass'? What happened yesterday was a travesty of justice and lends credence to that assertion of the law being an ass!

Did they ask what reasons INEC had for cancelling votes from those units? They should have taken their decision based on the weight of evidence and proof INEC presented before them to back up their claim that Uzodinma presented illegally thumbprinted ballot papers! THEY ARE THE LAW and can make a ruling based on the facts before them...thereby following the spirit of the law and not just the letter of the law! Their pronouncements will now set judicial precedent, and in future, any thieving politician that wants to use the instrumentality of the state to rig elections will know that once evidence of said rigging is presented before the courts, he will be turfed out on his ass faster than he can say, 'hey...wetin happen?'

Fact of the matter is the judiciary is now in the pockets of that bigoted despot that calls himself president! They've been cajoled, threatened and bullied to do his bidding, so Nigerians should just wave goodbye to having a free and independent judiciary that can stand as a bulwark between them and executive lawlessness!
