RomanceRe: Ever Been In Relationship With A Narcissist, Share Your Experience. by Xinjin: 8:51pm On Jul 16, 2023
pansophist:
Narcs are like thieves, their operations are in the dark. They target the inexperienced and believe in their own exceptionalism on manipulation until they jam a narc slayer like me that will deal with them wotowoto.

I can be a friend with a narc forever, just to learn more from them, and counter their every move. I don't mind taking a few blows, but it's a small price to pay, to know their operations well.

I haven't dated a narc before I am too smart for them. I already know them from afar, and will never personalize those devilish creatures. And I don't care if they are black goats, in a dark alley, I can sniff them or feel their heartbeat. Pretense doesn't help them.

All this know-how comes with intense knowledge of human nature, a hardcore personal development journey, and not infusing my bias in a situation base on my feelings.

If your actions proves to me that you have narc tendencies, I will believe you. Your words are meaningless, I always look at your actions.

NArcs arer loosers. You don't have to chase them off. Befriend them and learn more from their operations.
Yeah we can make mistakes with words, but actions shows the real intentions.

We eat veggies too... Didn't you check those dishes that I posted? They have veggies, either cooked altogether, or they're on the side, just like your dishes have veggies too.

And since SA is a multiracial country, we also eat dishes from other ethnic groups, i didn't post them because I don't necessarily regard them as our SA native foods.

We're not only limited to the ones I posted here... And I know few people who are vegetarians and they're doing just fine... smiley smiley smiley
OK I see!

I just don't like food that have too much oil, even when I make my chicken stew or beef stew, I make sure that the stew is not too much because I wouldn't want my chicken or beef soaked in too much oil to a point that it would be just floating in the oil.

I easily get repulsed by such food.

Some of your people posted your Nigerian food in this thread and most of these soups of yours look like they have tomatoes... Even that goat meat that still has its coat on looks like it has tomatoes, or is it goat stew?
We use pepper in soup not tomato, the cow skin you saw was fetched out from stew. I also don't like too much oil in soups/stew, too much oil isn't healthy and I supposed many Nigerians know this, But we're oil loving people.
See this thread for some nice 9ja delicacies https://www.nairaland.com/2272900/common-nigerian-foods-recipes

Then it means those pictures posted by your people here claiming that they're soups are stews because most of them are red... undecided undecided undecided
lol seems you don't like oil at all, oil in soups doesn't change the green color, indeed they remain soups. What makes stew in Nigeria is one main ingredient "tomato". I'm curious, how do vegetarian survive in South Africa, it's hardly likely they'd survived.
FoodRe: List Of South African Foods by Xinjin: 5:03pm On May 24, 2023
Samantha124:
What's the difference between this stew of yours to what you call a soup in Nigeria?
short answer Nigeria stew major ingredient(tomatoes and paper, color = red), Nigeria soup (green vegetables, color =green).

The both can contain meat. Nb: some soup are not made with vegetables and are not green.

Uses
Soup: mainly for eating swallow.
Stew: mostly for eating rice

For your own sanity, get a good laptop, strong Internet connection, enough power supply, enough pocket money. If you enter this field trying to manage any of these, your experience might not be a good one.

SmartyPants:
Well for you I think it may be too late - you may need to adjust your dreams a little.

But I think this thread should be a warning to the unmarried - don't rush into marriage. Before you do, you need to work and build up to the stage where marriage will help you develop your dreams, not hinder them.

2 years ago, a colleague from the university who had gotten married looked me in the eye and said Smarty don't do it! - until you've accomplished your self development dreams otherwise marriage may become a trap.

Get that master's first. Build that side business first. Buy that car first. if within reach, build that house first. And not getting married early doesn't mean running around with women either.

ProgrammingRe: Is DSA Really Necessary For A Programmer/web, App Developer? by Xinjin: 8:09am On Mar 20, 2023
Yes and No. Knowing dsa is one thing, building with your frontend is another thing. So you need to separate them and know which is important at what time.
Knowing dsa improve your fundamental understanding of programming languages and data structures. You may not need it to build a project. At the same time you may need it to answer why a code be written in certain ways bearing in mind 'efficiency'
Overall knowledge of fundamentals of dsa is good for a programmer.
