Police do not preach forgiveness in case of a crime.
Even when rich men are involved, they go directly to their victims to beg and if it
fails they start intimidating the victims. The police may be hostile in such a cases but
they cannot erase the crime and there are several ways to pressure the police.

As long as a crime has been committed, reported and recorded it is not the duty of the police to move forward or not.
Even if one police station refused to take action, what stops the victim from approaching other ones?

Police can never tell you to forgive if he was an armed robber.

They are scammers with no iota of conscience. They are saying for she to get her money back, she should give them her Instagram password. Please who does that. They have also refused to pick their number of 08084056525. Scamming people and saying they are an investment company.

If your friend was truly scammed, let her petition EFCC.
