We don't need anybody to interfere, when the court orders a suspects release,
any law enforcement agency must comply. If they don't, they are acting the script

Nigeria's government's refusal to execute death row inmates is due to the same reason they can't fix infrastructure
or fight povertyy.

If they had a conscience, they would have removed the death penalty from our law book.
