What he has been avoiding is ARRAIGNMENT. Immediately he is arraigned, he will get bail on health ground. This is the second bail he is getting on health ground. None of his cases have been heard.

As I said before, Dino cannot refuse to attend a court session if the court needs him.
The court power is virtually unlimited when dealing with contempt cases.

The police could have explained the situation to a judge instead of playing cat and mouse with Dino,
unless of course, their case is too weak.

The police were very stupid. There is no reason for harassing Dino since he wasn't running in the first place.
