DropsMic:Shut up. Drop your inferiority complex. |
veeshock:It comes from the Bible where most verses are so ambiguos that you can interprete them a hundred ways. |
Waste of money except for borading schools. |
After the devil, fear women. See how this evil feminist allowed her boyfriend to stab her just to make him look bad. She could have fought him and collected the knife but she didn't. She must be jealous of the assailant's success. She should be sued for allowing herself to be stabbed to teach others a lesson. |
This is why only simps believe what victims say. Even a video evidence is not enough. I think the senator should also sue the victim for 1 trillion Naira to teach her a lesson. She must have been jealous of his success ![]() |
Angelfrost:That will be a foolish action. Extremely corrupt youths coming together to forcefully take over from corrupt elders. I don't know why people believe that violent uprisings is a solution especially among unpatriotic elements when experience have shown that it end up ruining the lives of those who hoped most on it. |
Trump doesn't care about fraud or inacurate result after all he believes in "winning" at all cost. He is scared that people who would normally not go out to vote may be tempted to do so if mail in voting is made available. His strategy has always been to enourage low-turnout which mail-in voting could render useless. |
freshkpomo:You voluntarily visited a website and watch the content. Then, you want to blame rape on the choices you actively made. SMH |
Only "simps" will blame the innocent men here. We should be careful of "false" allegations and starts killing false accusers. Those real men must have been tempted by the evil jezebel "feminist" who wants attention and likes to bring down successful men. Even her brother is in on the game of seducing the upright men. Real men must show support and defend themselves against evil women at all cost. |

emmanuelewumi: osato45: Samfloxin: UDUJ: ![]() The person you guys are advising is actually a man. Technically, he can have a husband but they won't be needing female condom. |
Why is the police arresting innocent victims? We should be careful of "false" allegations and starts killing false accusers. I hope they sue her for 1 trillion Naira to serve as deterrent to others. Those responsible boys must have been tempted by an attention-seeking evil "feminist" who is hellbent on bringing them down because of their success. Real men must defend these boys but simps will condemn them. |
Chukapage:Sick boy. I can see that your existence is really painful and bitter. No one deserves to be living in such mystery. When you commit suicide, be brave enough not to pin it on someone's head with an attention-seeking video. |
Heathrow44:No, Mr. Izu should have avoided relationship to avoid problems. Better still, he should have been careful of unwanted attention. All I see is blackmail via suicide which doesn't prove anything to begin with. |
Crackhead25:Another emotional outburst. No one accused him of rape but harrassment which he owned up to. He just wanted attention in death. If he were accused of rape and he ended up killing himself, that is no evidence of innocence. |
Bluffly:He was never accused of rape but "harrassment". The boy must be sick. |
Where is the eveidence that he was innocent? He was never accused of rape, he was accused of harrassment and he owned up to it via chat. Mr. Izu died due to mental illness and not some "false" accusation. |
SarkinYarki:Fixed. |
Asour:It is not illegal for a bank director to secure more than N20 million loan. You should direct your question to First bank. Perhaps a FOI request can override the banks need to protect customers information. But logic demands that a director who helped a friend to receive $65 million dollar and caused $40 million dollar to disappear isn't particularly poor as he must have been in the game for long. All these while he was in detention? How is his detention relevant to the loan application? Even if it is trillion, it is the perogative of the bank to review, approve or reject a loan application in line with their policies. A bank's fall is NOT "not our business".Yes, it is still none of your business. Commercial banks are established to make profit for its shareholders just like any other business. A bank's collapse or acquisition is a normal part of a capitalistic system. There are those who deny the reality but experience from every "free" country shows that banks are no more protected from failures than any other big organizations and the so-called regulation are often useless in the long run. These guys are ridiculous. There is nothing ridiculous about the loan. Assuming the worst when you are not privy to the full details is lazy. If you have evidence of foul play, you can pass it over to the CBN who has the right to impose fines. We don't even know the exact amount he borrowed as he already got 50% without needing a loan. We don't know his investments, net worth or whether the loan was requested using his personal name only. Even this ammended act is a joke. If all I will get for borrowing billions is a few millions fine, then that is hardly a deterrence. |
RuudVanNisteroy:Again, you are missing emotions with business. There is no "shame" to First bank whatsoever in this transaction. The only "shame" that can be felt by a for-profit business is losing money consistently. The summary of this is that First bank gave out a good loan which will yield profit. |
RuudVanNisteroy:That is not the cause of the crisis. Directors weren't borrowing billions because they can't. CEOs, shareholders, and politicians took the majority of the money. In some cases, it was outright frauds by CEOs. The banks directors must vote to approve the loan. Was that done by First Bank management? You shoudln't be asking me that question, forward it to First bank assuming you are a concerned customer with significant investment in the bank. Loan approval process is not the same for all banks even though they have similar requirements. It is wrong to assume what you don't know. Your argument would have been valid if a director of first bank alleges a foul play in the process. Even if we assume that First bank directors didn't vote to approve the loan, who is to complain? You, the CBN or the Shareholders? And if all it takes to get billions in loan is ordinary votes by directors, then what stop the directors from voting for one another? How does such vote stop fraud? You don't know the suspects net worth(regardless of the source) to assume he doesn't merit the loan. BTW, banks losing some bad loans is not some earth-shattering event in any country, at least for banks that aren't afraid of performing their economic function. |
RuudVanNisteroy:This idiot should never have been called to testify in the first place. He got involved in money laundering and he is still claiming innocence. No one needs a banker's account to receive money unless the source is fraudulent. His "friend" could have used his own account but he needed his partner's in crime protection. He claimed he had no idea where the funds came from, if a stranger had asked him to receive some large funds for free, would he have agreed? It is funny that he didn't mention his own "cut" of the scam. The former banker said the EFCC allegedly compelled him to provide funds he never received. The fact that they didn't ask for $30 or $50 million suggest that he indeed secretly hid $40 million dollar from the stolen fund. They were alleging that I had in fact taken $65m as opposed to the $25m, which I stated that I had received. The EFCC investigators interrogating me made it clear that the only way that I could/would leave detention is if I made their suggested shortfall available to them.Good job here Magu. “Because I never had this EFCC invented $40m to give, I had to use my personal connections to source for and raise about 50 per cent of the said amount while I was in detention. I managed to borrow some of the money from the bank where I am an executive director and surrendered it to the EFCC through my legal counsel and was eventually released from detention on May 20, 2016.Nonsense, you didn't have the $40 million becuase you shared it to other beneficiaries. Your personal connections are the same beneficiary of the stolen funds that you were arrested for so the returned fund was never your money to begin with. I hope this corrupt banker get at least 10 years in jail time. |
RuudVanNisteroy:That's none of your business. If First bank considered him to be credit worthy, so be it. Calling for investigation or interventions into every micro-decisions taken by organizations especially a private one is counterproductive and only create an hostile business environment which is reflected in the price of goods and services. If it is illegal for an executive of a bank to get a loan from his employer, please clearly state the law against it. And BTW, there is no such thing as "insider trading loan" and it doesn't mean what you think it does. |
Half-assed list. We need the contract names and the fund released to each senator. |
Sega is a well-known cashtivist though he has his good days. |
asanwafo:Who is this? I see you are confused because of my stand. People updates burglary, traffic robbery, kidnapping, corruption allegations and others on their social media feed. How is that your problem? |
If he does, then APC has already won! |
So what? |
skfa1:All crime reports should be taken seriously by law enforcement agency regardless of initial evidence. The public are however free to believe whatever they want. |
Ikem11:Civilians don't file rape or any criminal cases, the government do. Don't you think the same should apply to all crimes? Perhaps we should start jailing police for every case that court exonerate a suspect and also jail the person who reported a crime such as armed robbery or car jacking. Rape is a serious crime not just a crime but an unending emotional one. The way media trial of rape in going in Nigeria in future will start putting so much doubt that will soon bring laws that may somehow frustrate real rape cases. This baseless argument have been made since the 15th century. Yet, here we are with rapist facing more penalty(not lesser) and backlack everyday. Rapist defenders will never ever change their mind regardless of the merit of the case. The good news is that their opinion is inconsequential as it won't affect the real legal case if any. I strongly think anti media case rape case should be put in place. If u feel raped, go straight to police or file a case in court and don't start media trial first.England actually made now-defunct laws to protect against "false accusation" but it didn't stand the test of time because no other crime is afforded the same protection and it allow rapists to operate freely. Suppose you live in a shared flat and your newly bought iPhone XR got stolen. You decided to report to the police and the likely suspect got interviewed but later freed. Should you be jailed or harrassed for "false accusation"? Should everybody who ever reported a wrong suspect be thrown into jail? How about journalist and people who comment online about "corrupt politician without "concrete" evidence. Should they also be thrown into jail? |
gbami:How is she desperate to bring the guy down? How do you bring down a guy in a country where people get away with crimes even when caught live on TV? |
ProfAmaben:Nobody made you a rapist but yoruself. If you believe otherwise, confront your mother for your abuse. BTW, that "model" is already in trouble with the law. |
