PoliticsRe: Oil Price Collapses To $11 Per Barrel Amid Covid-19 Pandemic by Xisnin(m): 3:09pm On Apr 20, 2020
Corporate2020:
Save oil till later? Europe, America, Australia and Asia are moving to electric cars, that means very soon car manufacturers will stop producing petrol and diesel cars. Countries are also moving to alternate power supply including solar and wind. So, when is the later day that oil price will go up? When Jesus comes?
Very soon can mean a century.

Solar and winds are pipe dreams used to cajole people that are not familiar with the industry.
The only real alternative to oil is nuclear which the "green" environmentalist hate.
People will eventually see through the parasitic subsidy being used to prop up the failing industry
and call for accountability.

Oil price will definitely go up.
The majority of the world's power still depends on oil.

Says who ❓

Every one is hungry, if you have enough and your brothers or neighbours are not having at all

Won't you be affected, then you start getting food to them
The bold is a lie.

You have no idea what hunger means. I hope it remains that way.
It isn't the BS theory you stated above where you can even give to your neighbors.

If your neighbors are truly hungry, you will be avoiding them like plague for your own safety.
You will even hide your car to avoid being marked.

my brother forget that one, this is Lagos, not everyone that drive car has money
A hungry car owner cannot afford to fuel his car.
If he can, then he is not hungry.

Everyone who drives a car has money to prevent hunger.
A car that can move is worth at least 100K.

That could feed the allegedly hungry person.

Fake news.
A yellow journalist and not the German government wrote the bill.
PoliticsRe: Why Is Foreign Education Of Nigerian Leaders Not Translating To Good Leadership? by Xisnin(m): 9:20pm On Apr 19, 2020
holocron:
It's not surprising that no commenter has a clue to the answer of this vexatious question! The answer is not straight forward.

1) The fact is that any education you receive abroad is likely tailored to solve the prevailing problems currently existing there. Thus the student will remain clueless as to solutions to real problems at home.

The process of teaching or imparting education has been described "the art of assisted discovery". Thus real education is home based or grown and must involve personal research and discovery. Yes. You must re-discover even the proverbial wheel if you must know it. Only then can you ascend to the discovery of helicopter rotor blades. Except new knowledge is linked or associated to old knowledge, learning will not take place. So, in terms of problem solving education, all those western educated blacks went there for nothing.

2) long before these people left African shores to overseas their psychology has already being twisted by the perverted form of education and indoctrination our colonial masters bestowed on us, and which has not been eradicated till date. They lack self belief and live in awe of the White man. They have already relinquished the African identity with the ambition to become a white man. Thus their ultimate aim in life is to emigrate or retire to the western world or At least relocate their descendants there. To them there is no point in making things good in Africa since their goal is to relocate themselves and /or their descendants to a better place.

3) the present state of things though disadvantageous to the vast majority is of great benefit and profits this western educated elite. Any system that benefits the vast majority will automatically lower there benefits, power, and privileges. So this is a further disincentive to any of them that might be tempted to be altruistic and self sacrificing.

4) the western educated elite is a strongly knit caucus. They will hound and crucify any of their members that might be tempted to dissent from the groups chosen path.

Etcetera etcetera...
In other words.
Blame the white man.
Take no responsibility.

This is the same answer you will get from any random layman in the street
along with "our leaders bad" mantra.

Social distancing is for those who must go out for important reasons.
Congregating in any form is not safe.

and you talk say you get sense for what you are saying ?are you telling us Nigeria/ river state are no more depending on oil? Are you telling us wike is not collecting his share of money making from oil? Can river state stand without federal allocation ?
No. But you should have paid attention to your meme and shut up.
A tax-based economy is not the same as exporting-based one.
Hint: Sokoto has no oil nor oil companies.

Are you telling use us those oil producing companies are not practising safety precautions than that River state government ?
No sane government will abdicate its function to a private company whose only motive is profit.
People can't even be trusted to behave when staring death in the face.

How did what wike did contribute to success of fighting against Covid 9 in his state and Nigeria ??
Wike is only answerable to his state and his aim is to prevent the wild spreading of Coronavirus in Rivers.
This means he has to put troublesome people in their place with arrests, charges, and forced quarantine
regardless of how powerful they are.
I am certain other companies have gotten the clear message that irresponsible movement will cause problems
for them in Rivers state.

Political difference should not undermined the sensibility of anybody.
This is advice you should have followed.
Just look at those who are "successfully" fighting Covid-19 who congregated to bury an infectious body
with no regard for the guidelines of health authorities.
This is the same set of people who are backing the irresponsible Exxon mobile with federal powers.
They don't care that their family could be at risk. Why should any state trust their judgment in life and death situations?

Why don't you type rationally for once in your life?

Wike doesn't control the police or military so your questions is mute.
Moreover, no sane person will compare law enforcement services with those
of any sector.

Let us even concede that these 22 workers are essential.
Being an essential worker doesn't give anyone the license to move around irresponsibly.
A doctor shouldn't be driving around the town because he is a doctor.

Even with Abba Kyari's death, some people have failed to learn that feeling too big does
not protect anyone from Covid-19.

Blame it on the leaders, I pity people who think the ones giving us bad names are yahoo boys. The no. 1 culprits are the leaders who sold our future to the whites because of Greed.
They see the whites as demigods but forgot the ppl they worship started from somewhere. Our Leaders have rendered Graduates useless, we produce graduates yearly but we fail to use them just because we want to import in other to steal.

Why do we always use foreign companies to construct our local projects all the time?
If Nigerian doctors can be doing exploits in away countries, it's a strong signal we can take care of ourselves.

The bitter truth is that, until Africans remove herself from poverty, stop migrating to other countries, her leaders stop travelling like Almajiris begging for aids, start making nuclear weapons, exploring the space, start making her own research and be innovative racism won't stop.

The respect Donald Trump has all over the world is the same respect given to all American citizens. In other words our Leaders are the cause of the mess we're in but I'm happy their children are not exempted from the racists remarks including them. I pray sense and pride should fall on them. A proud man do everything possible to guard his image. Gaddafi and Mandela comes to mind when talk about leaders who got pride. Not this Lemmings we've as leaders and the useless youths who support them and Asslicker their slave masters.
