BusinessRe: 1st Bank Customer Care On Strike? by XKZ(m): 10:48am On Jun 30, 2014
FirstBank responds to my emails.
And when I call FirstContact they pick up. I call them quite often to reset my online banking password.
I've found their service to be quite satisfactory.
I'm not saying I've never had issues with them, but does anyone score 100% all the time?

PhonesRe: MTN Nigeria Throttle Blackberry Usage Speeds For Subscribers. by XKZ(m): 4:28am On Dec 03, 2012
leonn: Funshybam u are 100% correct there is no data cap for all blackberry plan on the MTN network atleast for now.....nairalander's stop raining insult when u have not verified..
I used BlackBerry Complete from MTN for a month. I activated it at their service centre and was told during activation that there was no data cap.
A few days later N500 'disappeared' from my phone. I called Customer Service to complain and was told that I had exceeded my data allowance of 200MB and was now using my credit to browse.
In all honesty, this did not stop me from accessing mails, BBM, facebook or twitter when there was no credit on my phone and I could still download (and upload) but only at night. However credit kept 'disappearing' from my phone whenever I recharged.
And thus ended my brief love affair with MTN BIS. I'm now an evangelist of the etisalat gospel...

You're the first Nigerian I've heard claiming to have achieved such download speeds on any network. Lucky you.

PhonesRe: Does Your Phonebook Look Formal Or Informal? by XKZ(m): 9:42am On Nov 11, 2012
Formal.
I'll even go as far as asking for your surname when I collect numbers (if I don't know it).
That's why I love Samsung, they let you store a person's real/formal name and a display name (where I put the nickname) and that's what I see when you call.
Before that there were times I'll see a name on my phone and be wondering 'Damn! Who is this??'

Does that give him the right to insult Lagosians?

Sisi_Kill: Rotflmao. . .okay that was funny!! cheesy cheesy

Yeah, he shoulda been a little more diplomatic but it is still funny.
It isn't just funny. It is disgraceful coming from someone who claims to be the leader of a cosmopolitan state like Lagos.
It begs the question 'is his village better than theirs' or 'does he believe villages Should be zones of lawlessness'.
And this is someone who probably will want to run for an office on the national stage...

krafty iyk: did u listen to ur selfhuhhuh if u were in dia shoes, u wud done wathuh? murder 4 weaponless undergraduateshuh?? my frn i can already guess d part of Rivers state uu come from! by dia words we shall knw dem.
They are not the first weapon-less 'alleged' robbers to be lynched. It happened/happens all over the country. Done by vigilantes (OPC, Bakassi, APC, etc) empowered by their communities to protect them (the community).
Have undergraduates, before now, not been found guilty of theft, armed robbery, assassination or cultism?
As to whether I'm from Rivers and the part, that does not deserve an answer.
CrimeRe: Aluu Community Demands Release Of Monarch by XKZ(m): 2:55pm On Oct 13, 2012
Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Is it the same lynch mob mentality visited on the 'Aluu 4' that we are proposing for Aluu indigenes/chief? Doesn't that show we are all the same and would have done the same if we were in Aluu's shoes?

Mad Cow:

... When Bakassi boys took over Abia state and Anambra state and started executing known criminals in public, people were happy, same for Lagos with OPC. This is not a first time occurrence...

At last some honesty. We are all guilty. This has nothing to do with Aluu. Only hypocrites will make this about Aluu. Whatever needs to be done to ensure barbaric acts like this never happen again goes beyond Aluu.

TravelRe: Dana Crash: Delayed Rescue Operation Wasted Lives – Residents by XKZ(m): 2:19pm On Jun 05, 2012
The 20 minutes is most likely subjective time. Like when someone is in a queue for 15 minutes and complains 'I've been waiting for over an hour'. I'm sure the witness wasn't looking at his watch and taking record of elapsed time.

finguy: Nway if I may link all the stories into one. A commercial bus picked up passengers randomly not knowing 4 were robbers and one a suicide bomber. He later stop to buy illegal fuel from a tanker parked in a nearby push cos its cheaper (wetin fuel at 140 dey cos) while he was getting his tank filled, one of the robbers decided to light a cigarette but his lighter wasn't working, so the suicide bomber offered to help light it for him with his bomb! Nd they all kaboom! Lol
It all makes sense now. Thank you very much. Your analytical skills has given us a clear idea of the situation on ground.
