Where you see tea sellers are usually a place of convergence and it is always 99% likely to have a mosque attached to the 'relaxation spot'. People preparing to pray @ the same spot would either drink their tea there after prayers or discuss socio/political issues @ the same spot(mosque/tea point/relaxation spot barely 5meters apart).
