So he should sell it for 600k huh? That's like less than 4 thousand dollars. You then go further to say whoever buys it must be high, chai!

You really are a specimen, a case, for a case study. The mind of a hater, I'm sure you have your PHD, Player Haters Degree!
Car TalkRe: LAGBUS Accident On 3rd Mainland This Morning by YoshiMaster: 12:31pm On Nov 11, 2013
zeelo2014: also need to be cautious on wet road.
Sad, but just this morning with the rain and all, I saw some guy swerving at like about 100km/h. I was doing about 70, so I could tell by the way he zoomed past me, and it was raining like crazy! I was just wondering what he had to gain, was it music that was making his blood hot, or an emergency?

He was even driving an SUV, and we all know they have higher centers of gravity. Anyways, people should really be careful, trying to shave a couple minutes off a journey by being absolutely reckless is really meaningless in the larger scheme of things in this life.

All these Entertainers/Athletes have it too good men, N2,000,000 just to kick one leather ball shocked

I wish I could offer up tickets for sale, so people could come watch me work at my job. My job is more interesting than football, I sit on a chair in front of my PC, and I go hard. Maybe I should move my desk to a stadium pitch, and start charging people N1,000 ticket fee to watch me click away.

PoliticsRe: Man Punished By Soldiers In Lagos For Crossing An Express Road by YoshiMaster: 11:52pm On Nov 04, 2013
For every supporter of this soldiers act, you know you all are indirectly wishing this on yourselves.

Everybody breaks traffic rules at one point or the other, when your time comes, is this how you'd want to be treated?

In front of your friends? Wife? Husband? kids? Really?

When on the flip side, others in similar situations in developed countries would simply pay a fine, or do a couple days jail time.

Lets try to be consistent in our approach to problem solving.
Christianity EtcRe: Why Wouldn't You Marry A Sister From Your Church? by YoshiMaster: 7:38pm On Nov 01, 2013
DailyNews: The fear of getting a NO from someone they will be seeing so often. Imagine if he builds up courage and walks up to a sister he had been admiring in the church, and unfortunately, the sister says: NO! I am taken, occupied, not ready now, etc.

The guy will never be able to cope with the shame, especially when he will be seeing the sister in church always.

You know, after many stories and experiences shared by different guys of how they got turned down or snubbed by some rude and manner-less ladies they cherished and wished to love and marry, guys of nowadays have learnt to keep quiet even when they cherish a lady, most responsible guys always keep that admiration to themselves, most times forever.

Not all guys can handle rejection from a lady they cherish and have fantasize a good future with, hence, many responsible guys in general have withdrew from wooing and and toasting women.

That's the sad situation right now. I know plenty guys in this shoe.
I used to feel that way before, but not anymore. It is understandable that some might feel that way, but you gotta shake it off!

What she gon do? Eat you when you see her after the "NO"?

Men, I take the "NO" and move on, so many things to focus on in this life, and besides the "YES" always drowns out all the prior "NOs".

The only thing I perceive as awkward, will be trying to talk to every single girl there, that will just be a tad too much(don't overplay your confidence).

Nairaland GeneralRe: Nairaland Has Done More Harm Than Good by YoshiMaster: 9:14pm On Oct 27, 2013
russellino: I honestly believe the A.C.N social media workforce is responsible for the explosion in tribalism over the last few years between igbos and yorubas. They diverted attention from many issues by calling every critic an igbo who should leave SW issues alone or a PDP stooge. It was effective at first but ppl aren't fooled so easily anymore
I'm really not sure who's responsible for this escalation we are witnessing here on Nairaland, but all posters should holster their tribal guns from time to time.

If Fashola does something wrong, we should address the issue, not Yoruba. If GEJ does something wrong, we should address the issue, not Ijaw, and so on.

I like Nairaland, but can do without the animosity displayed here. I mean I hang out with my guys and girls Friday nights, Saturday nights, all from different tribes. I go play basketball with different peeps, even some Chinese dudes, and I don't see the hate, its all love.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Nairaland Has Done More Harm Than Good by YoshiMaster: 8:27pm On Oct 27, 2013
I keep thinking all this tribal stuff is being orchestrated by some hidden powers. Maybe they come in here with multiple IDs to bash different tribes, and then people from the tribes that are being bashed become sensitive, and fire back, hence the cycle continues.

I always laugh when people try to classify the characteristics of a person based on their tribe, freaking hilarious!

Even God gave us free will to choose how to live our lives, yet the Tribalist sees Igbos as this, Yorubas as that, and Hausa's as this and that, pathetic, really limited thinking.

Who are these "so-called" mouthpieces for tribes anyways? Today someone issues a statement saying "We Igbos...", or "We Yorubas...", and then people roll with it.

Fact of the matter is that most people that engage in tribal bashing have a lower mental capacity, failing to liberate their minds, they are mostly mental midgets.
PoliticsRe: Open Letter To The Tribalistic Fool by YoshiMaster: 2:06pm On Oct 27, 2013
seanet01: Foolish OP.
There is nothing bad about being Tribalistic
Tribalism is a strong feeling of identity with and loyalty to one's tribe or group.
Again OP you are foolish and du.mb
"Tribalism is the state of being organized in,[1] or advocating for, a tribe or tribes. In terms of conformity, tribalism may also refer to a way of thinking or behaving in which people are more loyal to their tribe than to their friends, their country, or any other social group"

I guess u couldn't extend the so called definition of tribalism you posted above, to having a tribalistic view of things in Nigeria.

So let me ask you this, oh wise one. By your definition of tribalism as "loyalty to ones tribe", then in a country like Nigeria with multiple tribes, can't you see that having a tribalistic view means loyalty to ones tribe b4 country?

Just as the OP said, you get education, but you don't use it, don't be wasteful dude!

Btw, I'm harsh because you called the OP foolish, how did attacking the OP add anything of benefit to this thread?
PoliticsRe: Diary: Train Ride In Dubai by YoshiMaster: 3:09am On Oct 27, 2013
otokx: It is when you travel outside Nigeria and return that you will know our leaders are very wicked.
Very, how can they be so heartless?

Thieves and their supporters, hoodlums in high places, and some sycophantic followers with dark ink soaked wool covering their eyes.

In 2015, the election campaign is still about light, road and water. Can u imagine that bs?
PoliticsRe: Diary: Train Ride In Dubai by YoshiMaster: 3:02am On Oct 27, 2013
Dubai's come up is crazy fast, what was it, like 20, 30 years? It just goes to show how much you can get done when you are focused.

Isn't is through focus that a magnifying glass is able to channel the suns energy at a point and intensify it?

Sad really, but I don't feel like bashing Nigeria today (what more can we say?), but we really need to be focused, very sad.
