You responded as well.

@Topic

What i said is just the gospel truth, we(Hausa's and yorubas) don't like the ibo's why can't we let them go? I did not start this thread to insult anybody but to know why we can't let them go since we don't like them. Moreover they seems to be the cus of our nation being stagnant. We cannot progress with some people wanting out. Disunity can never bring us progress. The more we keep them the more stagnant we will remain.
Well the decision is not mine to make but i suggest we let them go its for our own good.
You sound so nauseating that you should have been flushed down the toilet when you were born. What a louse!!!

Sports › Re: UCL: FC Porto(0) Vs Manchester United(1) [Agg:2-3] On Wednesday 15th April by youngies(m): 12:57pm On Apr 14, 2009
Manchester United cruise over to the Estadio do Dragao for their UCL quarter-final return leg against FC Porto, 19.45 GMT.
Aggregate scoreline: Manchester United 2 - 2 FC Porto.

FC Porto dashed Manchester United's hopes of a 1st leg win last week Tuesday when Mariano found himself unmarked got a last minute equalizer. FC Porto outplayed United in the 1st half, and remained quite good for the remainder of the game.
Their skill and quick passing game wasn't something United found easy to keep up with then, and definitely their game won't be any different now. And, FC Porto are yet to lose to an English side at the Stadium of Dragons. Surely they will be bent on keeping this record. With their attack force in top shape, as well as the rest o fthe squad, it's going to be one heck of a fight for a place in the semis.

Manchester United have been barely hanging on in their recent games, relying for the most part on late goals, and with a horrifyingly leaky defense. The team managed a 2 - 1 win over Sunderland in the EPL on Saturday after a poor performance by United standard, with youngster Macheda coming on as a sub to salvage things.
Now they've got their work more than cut out for them in this return leg. Anything less than an outright win will see them saying goodbye to the UCL this season.
There seems to be some hope for the defense though.  .  .Sir Alex has confirmed that Rio Ferdinand could return from a groin injury to feature in this game against FC Porto. Also, Rafael da Silva is back in training and may feature. This will give the United backline a much needed boost.
Villareal will not break easily, that's for sure. Question is if United will break easily.  .  .I'm sure we'll have Macheda on the bench too  Perhaps Sir Alex should just give him a starting place and let him blast in 3 goals by the end of 1st half.
grin Criziaa, why the sudden swoping of teams, Porto you must play, no hiding place  tongue  tongue

@ RichyBlack

People given position of trust to administer must be willing to explain their actions when called upon and take full responsibility for their deeds. To deny somebody his the right to air is view is to take away his fundamental human right. By locking the thread without explanation, RichyBlack has acted like the Abacha regime who would closed a newspaper house simply because they don't like what the paper wrote. Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice.

In this scenario, RichyBlack is acting like the prosecutor; the jury does not expect the defendant to explain to them why the prosecutor has brought him to court. The anus lies with the prosecutor to explain to the jury why he has brought the accuse to court.

RichyBlack took an action, it is for him to explain why he took the action. He cannot expect me to enter into his head and speculate on the reason behind his action. How do you expect me to defend myself in a court when no charge has been proffered against me.

I believe have done absolutely nothing wrong, nor broke any law in Nairaland that warrant the thread to be locked. I presume innocent unless prove guilty.

Foreign Affairs › Re: South Africa Bows To Chinese Pressure by youngies(m): 12:16pm On Mar 25, 2009
South Africa is China's largest trading partner in Africa, with 2008 trade standing at 100bn rand ($10bn; £7bn).

It is apparent that South Africa does not want to jeopardise its bilateral relations with China, one of its major trading partners.

It is disappointing that South Africa, which has received so much solidarity from the world during the apartheid era, doesn't want to give that solidarity to others.

Education › Re: Look Who Is Going To School In Nigeria: The Statistics May Surprise You by youngies(m): 3:58pm On Mar 19, 2009
grafikdon:
Typical gay pride Modus Operandi. You just smuggled your gay pride campaign into an Educational statistics thread. There are over 139 million heterosexual Nigerians living under the oppressive government and all you care about are the insignificant number of homosexuals. Thousands of innocent Nigerians are slaughtered in the North by religious zealots and ethnic bigots for no reason other than their religious and ethnic affiliations, with no interference from the inept government and all you care about is the fabricated ghastly tales of "Gay Genocide in Nigeria" by opportunists and irresponsible con men aimed at either uninhibited entrance into the western world or free hard currency from gullible western sympathizers.

Some months ago, a young woman was stripped naked and beaten to pulp by naval ratings. This incident had no connection to the victim's sexual preference. If you want more information, you can search for it. Before that horrible incident, a commercial motor bike operator was murdered in cold blood in broad daylight by a naval officer and like the young woman's predicament, it was unconnected to the murder victim's sexual orientation. There are thousands of similar cases all over the country.

1. Do you think the some of the illiterate armed robbers masquerading as the Nigerian police care about your sexual orientation before they plant bullets in your head for refusing to give them bribe?

2, Do you think the governors/senators/reps etc think about who wants to have sex with anus or a cow before they divert about 90% of the funds meant for development into their pockets?

3. Do you think the armed robbers care about who wants to open a church for cow wedding and chicken wedding before they camp in your street for 12 hrs and have a field day relieving you of everything, including your soup pot, and sometimes using some women for "kola nut"?

If you are a Nigerian, I believe you should ask more questions from people on the ground instead of relying on wikichitia and tabloids, if you are not Nigerian, I am afraid that people like you make 419 thrive due to your penchant to swallow every tale hook, line, sinker, fisherman and fishing boat.

While we are on this subject, perhaps I should urge well meaning Nigerians to strap bombs and blow the chit out of any western country that vehemently rejects polygamy or incarcerates anyone for practicing polygamy, no? Or is the acceptance of homosexuality the only measure of liberalism or civilization? huh
If I were this pro-faggotsy Professor, the bolded part must not go un-noticed. It should be printed and pasted on the walls of his gay bedroom. Nuff said.
Politics › Re: Can Nigeria Afford an Igbo President? by youngies(m): 12:48pm On Mar 19, 2009
NadiaOk:
Nigeria should be ashamed of itself. What ever happened to human rights and the freedom of choice and expression? Nigerian government wants to rule the hearts and minds of its citizens and this amounts to oppression for their large lgbtq community and heterosexuals. We’ve just seen the reemergence of Hitler’s Nazism in Nigeria and the UK, US and all self-respectable countries should cut off all aid and trade with Nigeria. How backwards! I know plenty of Nigerian gays and lesbians, people who work hard to make a living against that oppressive government. It will come to the point when the Anglican church is giving men, women, and children machetes to kill homosexuals, GENOCIDE! But they don’t know they will be killing their own children and parents. That is the break down of family values, what the church is doing, and if the pope were any God-fearing man he would educate himself and condemn Nigeria, too. As an English professor who understands the necessity of people to think and associate freely, I truly hope the world leaves Nigeria to live in its own squalor.
I guess it is too early for a Prof to be this high on an unfermented local gin and weed. Kindly move this your post to 'Off Topic' Section.
