The reason being that Ure transferring from Ur mum's account... Most time the account Ure transferring to must bear exactly the same name as the block account or directly into the school account ...
U can try by having Ur mum transfer the cash to Ur own account before u initiate the transfer into ur block account

In the alternative u can use a dom account.

Koblenz is of course a better place, it is held in a positive light and with good proximity to cities in North Rhine, like Cologne. However, the challenge is if the semester ticket covers there and if its even available in the school. The problem with Rhineland Pfalz is that, they don't have much clustered big cities. May be except from Mainz and its good proximity to cities in Hesse, e.g Frankfurt and Baden Württemberg.
But another question is, would your semester ticket cover those places. Cost of transportation without that card is actually a big financial burden.
Apart from one or two places which are manageable like Trier, Kaiserslautern and the other mentioned, I don't really fancy Rhineland Pfalz and Saarland, though they are in the west and the reports from my Landau and Saarbrücken friends didn't do much to endear me to them. (Talking from a hustler's point of view and not academic)
P.S. Ludwigshafen is an exception to the rules

In Koblenz it also includes a student transit pass (public transportation within Koblenz). In total, students at the campus Koblenz need to pay 142 € per semester.

In Landau the contribution is currently 91.50 € per semester (as of summer semester 2015). The semester ticket for public transport is not included.

To all my ogas in the house, i hail ooo. i nid u all to sincerely advice me on somtin which has bn bordering me now for some days. i booked for my appointment on 9/7/15, to my surprise, i was given 27/8/15 (ridiculous right?). i tot they said visa processing only takes 6-8wks, but in my case, it is goin to be more than that if i'm going to consider the time i booked and when the visa itsef wld be out. The deadline for enrollment is 30/9/15. I sent a mail to the embassy to request for a new date, no response. i also sent a mail to my course coordinator for enrollment deadline extension, no response. To my to ogas in the house, is it a gud idea to send a new application to the embassy and try to see if a new date wld be given to me or is there any penalty for doing this. pls wat do u think i can do. Advice

well, the issue of d embassy changing interview date because of enrollment deadline is rare(might be possible but haven't seen any yet)
At dis point, I think Ur best bet might be Ur course coordinator...

If the two options fails den Uve to pray the embassy process Ur visa within 3weeks(dis has been d new story of recent probably ur application didn't run into any issues) but Uve to make sure Ure very fast with funding and ticket immediately u get an approval...

The last option (I really hope u don't av to go thru with dis option) is to ask the course coordinator if he could differ ur admission till next year summer semester...

People like u really want to study in Germany". As we enter her office, she tell me make i sit down as she sharply type some things on are computer. I was very relaxed. Nd some minutes later, she burst out d first question. What is the name of your school and what program do u wanna study? I yarn her sharply. All d questions she asked was exactly dsame questions we all know.

I answered all her questions perfectly. She asked abt d city my school is located, oh boi, come see as dis oyinbo dey smile..me wey don sabi Freiburg pass my hometown now sef. I answered d question nd she no even bother to ask me what i know about Germany.
Also, when she asked about why i want to study the program, i yarn her stuffs so tey she skipped d next question wc is relationship btw my MSc nd BSc.

That checklist is actually not new, I remember something similar was sent last year as you get a reply for an appointment date but they didn't attach that this time around. Just use it as a guide to arrange your documents but pleeeaaasssee make reference to the one online because its more comprehensive.
I still feel the man at the gate just wanted to add a touch to his usual drama that is why he brought out the list or else, checking the documents has never been part of his responsibility.
I will cross check the two now and show you how I arranged mine exactly and the little changes the VO did...but that will be later.....

After all the guy's drama she left her cubicle for lik 30min wit all the files and later returned , I was asked to step forward and interview begins... I WON'T BE REPEATING QUESTIONS HERE because THE QUESTIONS HAS BEEN COVERED MANY TIMES. I'LL JUST BRUSH SOME THINGS.

Started by asking me if I speak german, told her Nope but I'm learning already and that I got in touch with d Int'l office @ my uni and was told the school offers 2hrs /week of german for Int'l students. she said ok AND SHE STARTED BOMBING QUESTIONS, SHE WAS VERY FAST , B4 U FINISH A STATEMENT SHE'S THRU WITH THE NEXT QUESTION, SO UVE TO BE VERY CALM AND FAST AS WELL TO CATCH UP WITH HER PACE..WELL ALSO NOTE THAT HER ENGLISH ISN'T TOO GOOD SOMETIMES AND UVE TO BE VERY ATTENTIVE, FAST IN THINKING AND READ HER LIPS AS SHE BOMBS U WITH QUESTIONS OR ASK HER TO REWIND SOMETIMES WHICH SHE ALWAYS DOES...

She's so smart and asked me why I want to study the course like 3 times at different intervals and in different ways to be sure u really know wat Ure doing... She asked about germany as usual but I guess She's tired of hearing d same story over again so b4 u say 2 statement she'll just ask u for d president, chancellor, population etc. Those are d main point she wants to be sure u know... So I couldn't really bomb her with my long story about Germany

Asked wat I'll do after masters and I told her I'll gladly proceed on my PHD at d same university, and same course and she was like why.

She didn't waste much time on the sponsor issue because she was like my account is already funded...

She asked me for d states and after mentioning about 5 she bomb the next question...

LEST I FORGET SHE ASKED ME WHO IS THE GOVERNOR OF RHINE PALATINATE, I TOLD HER I CAN'T REMEMBER BUT TOLD HER THE LORD MAYOR OF MY CITY AND SHE WAS KIND OF IMPRESSED...

It's really getting crazier,I was just wondering whether dey crashed on d lawn overnite ... Our Rivers man started by 1st giving his peptalk @ 6:45 say no questions entertained till 10:30am. And said he's attending to d short stay visa applicants and family reunion first dat all students visa applicants should move to the back (as at den there were close to 70ppl on d queue, men u can't even try complain make d man no send u home)

After attending to dem, he started attending to students applicants BUT THE MOST SURPRISING THING TODAY IS THAT OUR MAN DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER CHECKING OUR DOCUMENTS ARRANGEMENTS. JUST PASSED ALL THE STUDENTS APPLICANTS INSIDE. (we were about 6 and I was d first on the queue)... I was really glad that there was no bad show from d man today and I think mainly because d crowd was just too much and he was trying to-do everything sharply...

We waited patiently @d reception for our chinkogerman woman to call on us and waited for about 30min before he signal for me to come forward.

(BIG THANKS TO OBIWANN...ALWAYS MAKE SURE U KNOW A NAME FROM THE ADMISSION OFFICE OF UR UNIVERSITY because THE WOMAN WILL ASK YOU WHO IS UR REFERENCE AT THE UNIVERSITY IMMEDIATELY SHE COLLECT UR DOCS) all my documents were arranged and wrote my details and signature at the back as instructed so I didn't have any issues with the woman other than she checking thru my doc and taking my fingerprints biometrics den requested for d visa fee... Hello y'll, I was also at first bank today to find out about the block account transfer matter.
I was told U'll fill form A with all other requirements.

Charges: 1% of the amount Ure sending + #4000...

I Hope this will finally put to rest all questions about block account transfer, most banks does it, the only different is the charges and their exchange rate.

D wohnort is under question 2. Dats is for applicant's spouse. I no think say u don marry so it doesnt apply to u. I think u should add late. Cos if they ask u who is sponsoring u in the interview they should assume its ur mum. Or u can wait till d interview day and if she asks u can say ur dad is late.
