Let us not go out-of-bounds, but remember that the only way to be "Christ-like" is to serve God with a perfect and loyal heart, praise him unconditionally, read the Bible and obey his commandments. 1. Can you guys please recommend an inexpensive school with good reputation in the USA that I can apply to for Masters in I.T related course? I am a fighter and I don't give up easily. I like to think that I made a mistake and it can be fixed.
Please let me know your thoughts on my case before I start with my research.

awww sorry. Forget about your interview for now and focus on Question 1. Write GRE, apply to a reputable school, prepare and the visa is yours.

I second SQUARE65 on this one.

I don't think that the conditions on the F2 requires a spouse to be fully resident in the US. In other words, your friend can visit his wife with it or reside in the US as long as the F1 holder is in status. From Square65, I would only advise him to apply for B1/B2, if and only if his wife didn't declare him as her husband on her visa application. Even with this, he would not state his purpose of travel as going to visit his wife.

Timing is not the issue. Why do you think you were denied? Correct every mistake before going back.
