Yes, just the BC ,such a lucky woman, it's not a crime to give birth at home. Just 2 days ago , a woman in Dallas gave birth to her baby inside the car just as they got to the hospital entrance. They even congratulated her in the news that day and said kudos to her courage. She shouldnt pay any money to the hospital because they won't even collect it. They don't collect money for service not rendered in America.
