They said that Ironsi introduced decree 34 and cancelled the regions yet they dont say that decree 34 was a joint decision of the supreme military council. Ironsi could not have cancelled the 4 regions because the 4 regions were existing long after Ironsi died. They would have still been there if Gowon had not embarked on his state creation exercise and Nigeria would have reverted back to true federalism whenever civilian rule returned.

Aburi made Nigeria a confederation, Yorubas and their Northern cohorts then teamed up to fight Ojukwu in other to make Nigeria a far more unitary state than Ironsi ever made it. You guys can lie all you want but history cannot be distorted.

You will know Buhari is fighting corruption when 'Egunje' to Police, Army and other armed forces is no more. You will know Buhari if fighting corruption when the massive extortion happening in wharfs, Airports, boarders and other ports of entry by customs, immigration and FAAN have stopped. You will know that Buhari is winning the war on corruption when you can walk into any state Government office, demand a copy of your states income and expenditure for the previous months and it is given to you.

Buhari hasnt even started fighting corruption.

Look at the money Okoroawusa is spending to host a dicredited COAS like Burutai who wasted almost a thousand Shia Muslims just so that he can make an appointment. When people talk about 'one Nigeria' I laugh. They dont seem to realise that the only reason Nigeria is still one is because the North cant do without the South. The day that the North discover something on their land in commercial quantity that can give them huge profits, Nigeria will cease to exist.

Go and read about the Aburi agreement, read about how Gowon broke the agreement, then after that you can be informed about what caused the civil war. You think people fight wars for fun?
